hisexcellency34:Not quite right. Say, the best Nigeria born strikers in the English Premiership. There were more prolific strikers in other European leagues in the past and a few better in the Eagles dugout over the years. But yes, his stats in the EPL remains unmatched. |
I think they better all pack out immediately to save their own lives. The dude may return and set the whole building on fire while they sleep. Clearly a deranged fellow. |
.... a little laughter to lighten my angry mood all morning.Inflation is seriously messing with my delivery schedules. The faster prices change the longer it takes to get stuff. Everyone is busy with calculators constantly these days. No one works anymore. Very annoying. |
That is 60 meals for a man on minimum wage. Assuming all he does in life is wake, eat and sleep like an animal, he still wont be able to do it thrice a day..... Just how glorious the Nigeria State is..... Many nations will not get near this brimstone of severity before going up in flames and consuming all that resembles authority.... How Nigerians remain docile in the face of these abuses is the research topic for all time. |
.... everyone can see how important even a TAPIN can be. Who on the Red side will have cared how it went in this night..... |
“He must be a Nigerian president, not an ethnic president, not a regional president, not a religious president,” Baba-Ahmed said. This is reflective of what is happening presently.... what they realise the present leadership of Nigeria at the centre has turned this country to.... the consequences of which they have become the biggest losers in the power equation... with the south getting wiser, bolder and more demanding of an egalitarian society.... and the resources they have used for decades to divide and conquers its constituent parts now ebbing away.... Do I sense desperation in the corridors of the 'owners of Nigeria ?... Interesting times we are..... and restructuring by default, no thanks to the utterly shambolic rule of the Buhari Presidency..... everyone has lost out. |
AllahThePig:Roman is in for the money..... (laundering if I might venture further). This man looks like in it for the love he personally has for the game. |
airsaylongcome:You can say that again. 7:45am was a banker weekdays before sat tv and the net stole the show... Good ol days.... ![]() |
Devilish country. That is all the contribute to the world.... all they are good at.... weapons of war... ![]() |
We have been saying this repeatedly. Low lying, coastal cities have little economic viability going forward. The losing battle to climate change and ocean level rises will guarantee that much of Lagos, Portharcourt, Bayelsa, Calabar and Uyo will simply vanish from the map within the next hundred years or become prohibitively expensive to live in. |
Franking:So the south should clap back. The men quit pursuing money while the women quit the so called feminist movement and start making babies in mass.... or else all the money, degrees and professional certificates will only go to serve our folks north of the Niger who are presently multiplying like bunnies. |
RodgersAkpafu:Plague kwa?... ![]() That's rather harsh sir. |
TemmyT002:What is the true meaning of development, the clothes you wear, the cars you ride, the houses you build or the liberties you enjoy....Let us Africans think deep and act wisely. We were led more than a century ago into cross-Atlantic slavery on the premise that development carried a materialistic face and we are still struggling to come to terms with the reality that you cannot be moving forward if you trade ease for freedom. After all Mr Buhari is 'developing Nigeria' with the loans he serially takes..... but at what cost? |
Sirjamo:This is the reason leaders are elected. To do the difficult duty of discovery, innovation, advancement, sacrifice and evolution in the quest to better society. Obasanjo who you all insult did the difficult duty of reducing the debt to a manageable levels. Have you asked how he did it? Has you principal asked how he did it when oil prices were lower than they are today. Leadership is not for all comers. It is not for 'managers'. It is not 'come and chop'. It is difficult. Nigeria is difficult and it takes a cerebral, dispassionate and emotionally stable person to handle her successfully. And I am sorry, but the truth is that we elected an individual who simple does not have the capacity to lead a complex nation such as ours successfully. Next time we should do due diligence and ask serious questions with a view to weeding out those that will ask us silly questions in the future like the one such a poor citizen as yourself asks.... If Mr. Buhari did not know where one earth he would get the funding to run his government except to mortgage it then he should have given way to others with better ideas. That is what nationals of serious countries do at the polls. They seek a battle of ideas. |
I rather think Peter Obi and others should focus their energies on what matters. the governance of this country and help galvanise proper opposition to the present misrule. I will only speak about Mr. Kayode when his actions begin to impact governance but since we all agree he is worthless so why waste time and energy pursuing worthlessness. |
No wonder incidences of kidney failure has gone through the roof. The teeming mass of desperate, ignorant citizens marching confidently towards an early grave. |
Enugupikin:But it should also trigger a positive response in States seeking to attract investment and this is what quite a few folks complain about. That these northern States have their cultural and religious beliefs and practices getting in the way. So to them its like eating your cake and trying to have it. My thoughts generally about the whole thing is simple. Restructuring. If the north had been more receptive to restructuring they would have 'dialogued' through to better positions for example trading off one set of positions for another, for example perhaps letting go of open grazing and keeping VAT. But when they keep hard line positions on everything progressive they are bound to lose all. I keep on saying it. Without restructuring, this country has little or no future. |
Rhozabeth:That is the problem with NGO's. Earnings are unpredictable because they are voluntary. And unlike businesses it is hard to augment by other sources of resources when budgets are in deficit. It takes a lot of faith to comit oneself to such huge expenditure when income is uncertain and back ups don't exist. |
Keeper Ramsdale is the big reveal of the season so far for Arsenal. Big upgrade from that German clown called a leno. |
What exactly is Pepe doing in this team. Played absolutely nothing. Just horrible. Cannot hold onto the ball, putting pressure on his team with incessant turnovers, cannot cross, cannot pass, cannot even take a decent corner kick to save his life..... |
So is Wike saying the South-South is PDP property. All these so called leaders and their undying thirst for ethno-centric, sectional politics eh. We are not just ready to move forward. I thought he was desirous and ambitious in moving up towards the centre but this is a stark reveal that those heights may perhaps be beyond him so a fiefdom is all that's left. |
Premiumwriter2:Hmmmm.....naso.... but the mystery surrounding all these is that after all said and done, next elections you will still queue up to empower your oppressors and even fight those trying to ask in pity if the long term malnutrition has not affected the faculty upstairs.... You will soon hear stories about how desperate Nigerians are trying to squeeze water from stone but just to say 'enough is enough' to their so called leaders, mba. He is my tribesman..... it is our turn.... |
Absolutely disagree. I am not putting figures but the best performer amongst the three was Ndidi. If you understand the power of the Napoli midfield and the way Italian teams generally play you will realise just how much influence he had on the game until Brendan began to destabilise it with funny changes. Just look at the mess made by an overwhelmed Tielemans to understand how well Ndidi played. Osimen next simply because scored both goals but prior to that, in the first half he was simply a bucket of nerves and totally lacked composure. Nacho comes third by my assessment. His play was just average all round. Still cannot anchor that attack or link up properly with the middle. When Harvey Barnes and even Ayoze Perez are stealing your shine then your game must improve if it is your job to deliver goals. I would rather offer Patson Daka the rating given to Kelechi. |
Unfortunately most Nigerians won't support the agitation for laws that will tame government over reach in order to protect their pet oppressors. So we are in this cauldron of a country, boiling away together. |
By what authority does he conduct his business. A business that requires serious regulation and oversight in the climes we are presently. He will need an A-list attorney (no pun intended) to get out of this. |
Viking07:It is very common during the rainy season where lightning damage frequently occurs over the power system particularly on the older networks. Even in Abuja central where the network is relatively modern these things do happen and surges can jump across a whole host of safety devices including inverters for that matter. |
Mmadu2:It is possible for damage to occur from a power surge or fluctuation if you habitually leave the device on standby without adequate power management/protection devices. Take it for analysis. The kind of damage will determine what or who caused it. |
slyfox35:Stop this please and be informed. Air Accident Investigations are not time bound. Some take weeks, some take months, some take years while others have never been solved and such cases closed. Remember Flight MH370. The aircraft has not even heen located and the case is closed. |
That is their legacy to be remembered forever as the chief canker worm of a government. Borrowing to keep their contractor's paradise going. |
They say the economy is bad and there is no money, yet we spend humongous amounts to maintain a so called Minister to do this nonsense. Please folks, exactly what is the job description of this Mr. Lai. and the function of the Ministry he presides over. Why are Nigerians so disinterested in the way their resources are being wasted on frivolities. How can we be budgeting billions of Naira for this sick drama.... chasing Twitter around for weeks on end like some juvenile playground antics.... Absolute nonsense.... ![]() So shameful how government is being reduced to an object mockery and ridicule. |
After dividing Nigeria for six years with clannish injustice all the king;s horses and all the king's men are struggling to put this country together again. It will take an extraordinarily competent statesman at the centre to reverse and repair the damage to the fabric of this nation this lot has caused.... and they are adamant we have not hit the bottom of the abyss yet.... Nothing has come from their mouths since inception that placates, unifies, demonstrates solidarity or empathy. It is just threats and violence day in, day out. What kind of fathers of the nation are these folks. Treating their people like beasts. |
derbykol:Should be, Pa Adeboye is not the founder so should not have issues in transition.. |
