How do you see a marriage where the woman consistently deprive her husband intimacy just because the man is not providing, taking care of their responsibilities. Claiming she's suffering and struggling too much and catering for the children and the family. And would not like to give her body to her man, because her man is not meeting up.

According to her, she can only give out her body to a man that provide for her and her children, a man that buy her gift, a man that loves her.
As a man, what would you do?
Woman why do see provision as love?
Advice for such home pls
I will advise the man to be collecting outside and not bother her.

When I saw can US fight china I just lol. If I may ask how many wars has china fought? And we'll continue from there. If war is beans and garri then let China touch small tawian lets know how strong they are before you talk of fighting war masters (America).
It's not about being in wars. It's about coming out victorious. Syria has been in wars since the beginning of time, and barely makes it out of it. Does that make Syria a formidable opponent in war? Take America for instance, has been in many wars directly and indirectly, and has lost quite a lot, yes there is experience, however you can't compare such to people who has been to few wars and has won nearly half of it. What it means is that China will confront America physically, but if they do, they will win America because they will give it their all.

US dey chop steady blasting. The only pinch of respite is the larger economy that presents diverse, lucrative opportunities.

A lot of these folks have mismatched expectations.

And quite frankly, I don't know who they're complaining to on NL. With the exception of a few places like the US and Switzerland that erect barriers to citizenship, most of the developed world are quite generous with their paths to citizenship.

So become a citizen and help fix these pain points you've identified. Whether by voting, advocacy, or whatever: For once in your life live up to your civic duty and stop looking for those that will do the heavy lifting to create an Eldorado for you to waltz in and enjoy. You're not European royalty. And no, don't start with the mUh hIgH tAx crap. Paying your taxes is the bare minimum for the opportunity you're given.

They'll fail to drop their useless, unhelpful, shoddy mentality of making criticism an Olympic sport with not a single workable solution to offer.

Investment last year was 463 million usd in Nigeria. That's from 4.8 billion usd in 2008. For context, Japan made 5 billion usd in two months from just tourism and their population is just 120 million. 200 million people couldn't get up to 500 million usd investment. Little wonder there are no jobs anywhere even factory jobs are getting scarce. If you are in Nigeria and go to the bank to get dollars. It's war getting dollars from your account even small dollars like 100 to 200. With a tinubu as president and his reputation and the whole process that got him into the seat expect that number to drop to maybe 50 million usd or less.
Men, Nigeria is bleeped.

I'm not holding brief for any politician but when I come online I see people insulting men at the helm in government. If you were in their shoes what will you do differently please?

From where I'm standing our problem is beyond governance, the way the world is structured Africa is going to be in poverty for a long time, majority of products needed for sustainability are produced abroad, from your phones, to your cars, equipments for your industries and power plants, heavy duty machines, pharmaceuticals, down to your social media. Nigerians and Africans in extension will continue to wail about bad leadership. Call me a pessimist but it is what it is. Life is not fair and the way life is designed, one side has to be repressed for the other side to blossom.
This is what I would do differently. I will create a business oriented atmosphere, entise those phones and car companies to have their assembly in Nigeria, cut down cost on running government, introduce so many avenues to generate money into the country other than oil, get a working refinery in the God damn country!

Foreign Affairs › Re: Finland Is Set To Join NATO On Tuesday, A Blow To Russia by Regex: 4:04am On Apr 05, 2023
Appleyard:
You don't have to be surprised. Western politicians with few exceptions act based on emotions. Just imagine that at a time when many nations are now turning away from the Western-led bloc of imperialism and warmongering, diabolic gun-boat diplomacy, midgets like Finland ruled by equally emotional politicians devoid of pragmatic and logical reasoning are pitching tents with NATO, a bloc that most ordinary people in the Western hemisphere are increasingly seeing and protesting against as the greatest threat to the European and the global peace order.

Just recently, more than half of the lawmakers in the Austrian parliament walked out of a televised speech being made to the House by Zelensky of Ukraine. Other countries like Croatia, Hungary, Chech Republic, and Bulgaria are increasingly getting fed up and switching to neutral status in the face of the ongoing crisis in Ukraine because they understand that, once the real first shot gets fired between NATO and Russia, nothing would defend or save them from Russian nukes, tactical or otherwise. It is when war breaks out that the majority of these so-called NATO member states will realize that they don't have a population that is ready to fight for them. This is the reason they don't want people to see the massive anti-NATO protests that keep reoccurring in many cities across Europe--Prague, Madrid, Paris, London, Italy, Muniche, and more, that the Western mainstream media are refusing to televise. It is only here on Nairaland you see people celebrating Finland joining NATO because so many of them are just emotional while some are honestly ignorant of the facts on the ground.

Whatever, the world will keep on going but the doomsday clock is ticking closer to midnight. We can only hope for the best. cool

There are decades where nothing happens, and there are weeks where decades happen” – Vladimir Ilyich Lenin

The above quote by the ex-soviet leader, Vladimir Lenin is a perfect illustration of what is happening to the US and the dollars.

After weaponizing the USD for decades, nothing happened. But just last year, the US weaponized the USD against Russia, then boom, everybody starts moving away from it.

The US hegemony that uncle sam has built for centuries, has suddenly been dismantled jointly by members of the international community. And as usual, Russia always emerges as the savior.

These Russians saved the world from Hitler and paid the cost of losing at least 20M men dead, just to prevent most of Europe and the world from speaking German. Now they are saving the world from US hegemony.

They took the biggest blow. From sanctions to soldiers dying in Ukraine to restrictions and seizing of their foreign reserves, still, they are still punching. If this is not strength, then please, what is strength?

One country taking on the whole western nato machine, and still, they haven't declared war. If not for Russia, the world would be an evil place than it is.

I just imagined what the world would look like if the soviet union under Stalin didn't assist China during its civil war before modern China was founded in 1949.

If Stalin didn't give Mao security assurances, and warned the US that if they ever use nukes against China, they will also use nukes on South Korea. Russia protected China and then, gave them weapons to fight off the western puppet led by Chiang Kai-shek, who fled to Taiwan when they lost and are still there today.

Who also helped China in its nuclear program, making them a superpower and strong as a sovereign country. If Russia didn't pay these heavy sacrifices, I just imagined how the world will look like. If you are wondering why the Chinese respect the Russians, this is why.

Russia always pays heavy prices for the world. And if you love true freedom, sovereignty, and anti-hegemony, you must appreciate the prices Russia has paid to a world who are mostly ignorant and thankless about it.
This is country I truly respect and love, Russia! I will die for this country, I'm not Russia by nationality, but I'm Russia by heart, and will sell my Nigerian British residency to have that Russian passport, to be called a Russian than a British. What a fantastic nation is she! God!

Saudi Arabia is the most influential Muslim dominated nation in the world. They're also the most influential in the OPEC block. There's nothing, including in defence that US is currently offering Saudi Arabia that China can't. For example, China is Saudi Arabia's largest trading partner. China has the largest Naval Force (Warships and Men) in the world. If Saudi Arabia successfully influences OPEC nation pricing their commodity in Yuan instead of Dollars. It'll sink the US Dollars. This is exactly why China has been Cozying up to Saudi in the past year.
Thank you very much. This is what I want to hear. Anything to distablisethe dollar. Now Russia is joining the OPEC, omo American empire is fallen.

The only foolish ones here are those that believes three people can push a train with the fact that the rail tracks are electrified😂😂😂 is that not stupidness
Rail tracks are not electrified. They're just guide for the train, reason being it will be dangerous exposing the amount voltage to people. However there are cables underneath it to work certain things like change of track for different direction and or traffic light, but rail tracks falls in the risk of being exposed to high voltage from naked cables.

And yes you are right, a train that has up to 10 coaches will be difficult and in fact can not be pushed by 20 able men combined.
