I believe there is a lockdown and stay-at-home order. What are these people getting killed doing outside?
Please please and please, people too should learn to sit in their houses to avoid all this killings here and there.

Abroad, the same lockdown policy was laid. the citizens abided by it and we don't get to hear about cops killing any citizen. Here, its a different story. We like to break the law and flout govts' orders. Now, see....
which part of Abroad were u talking about? When people violets the rules in the so called abroad, they get them arrested and they serve some terms in jail or pay fine not getting them killed. Get your facts right. What happened there was a first degree murder if you ask me.

Ok oooo, what do I know sef?
I'm even surprised. That means some people were not taking the virus and the self isolation / social distancing serious..

Coke? Na wa 4 u o!
Hahaha. U are really funny. The OP reminded me of my visit to a friend some years ago.. I don't really like visiting. My friends knows that that was my weakness those days and they took me for who I am .. though it comes across like being arrogant and being pompous. But when they discovered I was far from that, they accepted it...

so one of my friends got a new apartment. He kept on nagging that I don't visit people etc. That some spirit in my village prohibited me from going to friends / people's home...

So one Saturday I went to his house. On getting there he asked me if I want to drink tea.. I thought he was joking..I was like since when have I become the queen of England's relative that u were offering me tea.. All this time u have been coming to my place, how many times did I asked if u want to drink tea? Not even in winter I don't. "Abeg go and bring wetin u cook.. We dey live for oyibo land no mean say we don turn to them"..
Based on this thread I guess I was the one that did the annoying thing. smiley

She accepted waiting for me but she is the type that need result in anything she is doing. I want to take a decision I won't be regretting. I don't want love or relationship to mess me up.
My brother, if she doesn't say that she wanted her space but implied it through action, what is the difference? Potato potahto....

Find out the reason why she was acting like that or maybe someone is by the side beating the drums that she was dancing.. communications Bro. Talk to her.. u might get some hints

You can solve the puzzle if you can identify the reason(s) why she wanted her space. From there every thing will be clear to u like 7UP.

You can even figure out if she can wait for u or not...

From me to you OP. You can't stop your brother who is 21 from having a girlfriend. But u can educate him on the meaning of self isolation and what it was all about during this world lock down. It is for health reason.. No one knows who is carrying what.... Coroner is just by the corner.

Let him know that It was not a holidays where people comes for courtesy visit. Just let him know that so that he can pass the info to the girl friend.

I believe both of u are educated. Talk to him like an adult that he is.not in a condescending manner just because you are older.

Why isolate them for 14 days? Even the US is not doing that. That cost a lot of money and resources. Give them a test and if found to be negative, then let them go. Only keep those that are positive. Simple
That's not how it's done. In some cases the symptoms does not show on first test. They were in countries that were ravished by the virus. They needed to be isolated for 14days and on close observation. If they let them go, they might infect their immediate family even when the symptoms weren't there . And the family will infect the neighbours, and it will keep spreading.

I don't really know what or who gave u the temerity to insult his dad. Maybe u should revisit Google and find out the meaning of polygamy. I have never heard where a widower that decided to remarry was branded a polygamist.

The fact that the father still gave her daughter shelter when she needed it to me is still a plus. There are places around the world where the daughter has to pay rent even though she was living in her dad's house. Would you then crucify such parent?

The fact that the step mother still see a dead woman as a competitor or see the step children as a product of her husband's first love. Therefore was envious, How was that the man's fault..

I know that no reasonable person would like their parent being insulted. I believe u are reasonable. So stop insulting elders because u feel u have the platform to do so.

Don't say that. Life is full of ups and downs.. the fact that u have not witnessed it or that it has never happened to u does not mean it doesn't happen.

The husband was gainfully employed before he lost his job. So look for something else and tell the OP..

If u are living with them in that same house while still married, u are like an unwanted guest.. So whatever they throw at u, u accept it. That's just the harsh reality.

Take your child and nurse her.. Nemesis will do it's job when the time comes. Though it takes time but it will..

Don't do anything stupid that will make your dad and the whole family turn against u... She wants you to leave the house. That was her message.. it's up to u to understand it or prepare for more challenges ahead. .

Some people might imagine things or do things during the day... and they dream about it in the night.

Just forget anyone that mentioned spiritual husband or wife.. nothing like that. Have you ever thought of the morticians. What do u think they dream about in the night?

It's a play of trick. That the pot has two ring rigs doesn't allude it's doubled. The point is about the value of its emptiness. The alteration in the 4th picture of the empty pot was to create skepticism
I like the way you were trying desperately to convince yourself that those empty flowers pots were not doubled. The pattern of the pot has been given. There's no need to trick anyone in changing the pattern or making a ring rigs as u call it... The way you figured out that the yellow trophies were no longer two but one, use that same logic on the flower pot. It's that simple.

There's no benefit arguing this anyways. Have a good day man..

Softapplez:
Don't you know that it takes the grace of GOD for children to forgive mothers that abadoned them with their dad.

But a child will always look for the father and the no man has really ever run away from his own flesh and blood, though it may seems like it the first time but the man will always come look for his child.

But the reverse is the case when it comes to women.

Women that abadoned their children with their dads and ran away are likely never to ever care about them anymore and even if they come back later, the children will never forgive them, the worst case is if the child a woman abadoned is a female.

Forget about what we see on movies.

60% of children are more emotionally attached to their fathers than moms.

And 90% of female children love their dads more than their mom, they are emotionally attached to their dads than their mom.

So advising the pregnant lady to abadoned the child with the man is a very very wrong move because she might lose the child forever, especially if she is female.

By the order of the Peaky blinders.
The person whom u quoted asked what was known as rhetorical question... just Google the meaning.. you shouldn't have wasted your time with this long epistles...

Just wanted to know if u were still out of the country. If you are, Just go back and teach her on how to turn on the generator then u can go back to your Base.

With that she won't have a reason to call any male neighbour. Also before u return make sure that the plumbing is in good condition, electrical wiring etc.. Also find a reverend Father Mechanic for the car just in case.. cover every bases in your marriage to avoid cheating..if she is a Christian, insist that she attend online church service..so that no physical contact/ encounter with male species needed grin

On a serious note man trust is important in every relationship. If trust is dead, then the marriage is as well as gone.
Family › Re: Traveling to Port Harcourt by Richy4(m): 1:53am On Apr 13, 2020
The question alone sounds insulting.

"How much should I give her? I need to move on with my life..." haba!!

So what u were implying was that u contributed into bringing a child into the world, u won't play a role... u settle the mother and" off u go"..u need not to be there for your child. What is done is done. All u needed to do was to throw some naira notes to the mother.. whatever and how ever she chose to bring him /her up is none of your business. Is that right?

Though I was expecting the ladies on this thread to educate u about hormonal changes in some cases when a woman is pregnant. That might trigger her rudeness plus this your "Lovely" attitude too could make a reverend sister to use an F word.

First puzzle
Blue stuffs = 10 each
Red cars = 5 each
Yellow cup =4 per set
Therefore 10 + 5 × 2 = 20

Second puzzle

First green plant = 7 each
White flowers = 8 each
Flower pots = 4 each
Therefore 7 +8 × 8 = 71

Modified : (just noticed that in that pic one cup only was represented which means each set 4/2 =2

Two flower pots stuck on that pic. So each flower pots 4. So 4+4 =8

I'm gonna make two assumptions 1. blame it on the house u own/ the home that u rented. Because Rooms with Wardrobes or closets makes every rational human to know their limits in terms of buying clothing material. Some people with creative mindset even have the walk-in closets. all this were for organisations and to avoid trespassing from room to room...

2. she did not grow up in a room with wardrobes or closets.. some ladies like that got no limits... even if u construct 10 extra rooms, she will fill it up. If she can't find clothes to buy any more, she will learn how to buy cooler boxes and put in the rooms. And tell u that the cooler boxes were very important for every family

crystal clear, hearing from a woman alone is dangerous. Some women are devil by themselves. On the first page of this thread, scroll down, the second to the last person who commented, you'd hear her own reasons of marrying again. If she takes care of 70% of her current home, what stop her for renting her own house? How can a woman with two kids don't know her former husband relatives or siblings. She doesn't also know the grandmother of her former husband? Even if his grandmother is dead, Facebook is available. Why can't her search for his former husband's siblings only. Yeye dey smell from her story, she doesn't want to tell us she had bad attitude that's why her previous husband's family didn't accept the kids
When I was growing up in Nigeria wayback, I used to hear about Abuja Marriage.. as I began to mature in my teens those days in Abuja , It started making perfect sense. Yes, a couple can stay in a relationship with kids without caring where or who their relatives where. I saw that in Abuja in the late '90s. I did not say someone told me.I saw it..

Though this might be extreme but OP has the right to divorce him on a bridge of contract. this is because he promised to accept her for who she was with her kids and all what not after marrying her, he refused to honour his agreement... I don't know if you are good with Law sha... You may agree or disagree with me but I stand by the side of truth.

Bro, Assuming that reverse was the case, and the man had 2 children and OP refused to have anything to do with them or even allow them to set foot in that house, Do u think all these young men dishing out advice would have spared the lady? I have stayed long on Nairaland to know that advise here are based on genda. Noone wants to call a spade a spade.
