pocohantas:  My dear Sis, Anyone that wants to watch war news or other negativities, Al Jazeera will get that person entertained for more than one hour nonstop...And they are always there to cover it...whenever I thought of it, I thank God that television is not monopoly ...Just Imagine that Al Jazeera was the only news channel in the whole world... I wish I can see one of their staff member and ask if those negativities do have some impact on their mind and heart in their normal day to day activities... How do one sleep at night just thinking of negative things to report nonstop |

The way you wrote those things, one might be thinking that Nairaland is a continent or a country where Alpha male dominates....It's about time you realize that it is a faceless forum...What you read most times are just fetish from some people who wished to be what they were not offline...most of them are thick glass wearing nerds with backpacks.. OP, you too should learn to pen down a balanced 'right up'...You have highlighted what you think women does, from waking up in the morning to doing domestic chores... No time did it ever occurred to you that there are men out there who are committed to their family and family lifestyle...give some credit to some men while writing sometimes...It will not cost you anything if you do that.. etrange:In as much as I wanted to agree with you but her attitude is inexcusable.. she was wrong.. her husband can do chores around the house but that kind of errand is just downgrading him to a junk status in the presence of his siblings. I don't care about their financial status.. She will not die if she does honey can I speak with you privately kind of thing..I believe that OP did not just drop inside their household unannounced... She can always hide the fact that she was wearing the bigger trouser instead of doing it Infront of his siblings.. As far as I am concern, that errand was not an emergency... She can always do that herself since the husband was with his siblings or she can wait for them to go.. Opening her mouth and even saying the reason why the man must get up while he was with his siblings was just a no no...I believe the husband will never send her for an errand if she was with her siblings.. 46 Likes 5 Shares |

If that kind of arrangement works for them in their household great,...I know it doesn't work like that in many household... As long as he wasn't complaining.. assuming he was, he would have changed it.. But OP, what was she doing when she was dishing out such instructions?... This is the kind of situation that we all pray to have reasonable girl child as siblings...Ladies have ways of settling this kind of disrespect.. Assuming OP was a woman,... sisisioge: I might be wrong but I feel it's the case of "inferiority complex"...The wife being experienced more than him in the act is the problem here.... Since he was a virgin, he feels dating an "equally yoked" fellow virgin in the person of a pastor's daughter would be the best.. As two virgin novices, he will lead while she follows during bedroom matters...Since it turned out that she was more advanced, his inadequacies came in to play...he feels turned off instead of doing his best to learn.. I just hope a lot of water has not passed under the bridge yet...Because I smell see finish in your little story...especially how you get to know that her room was tastefully furnished... I wondered how you did a giveaway price and yet the money was not handy for you to collect... I think we are in the same category...Bad business men that attach feelings too much...only say I better pass u in this case because if I do give away of 11k rice that was supposed to be sold at 45k,... I go collect full amount for that give away amount there before I go allow her carry the product or I give it to the highest bidder... If they don't have and they were her close friends, they should have made an excuse and promised to come on child dedication... Instead of eating well cooked meal and walking way knowing fully well she was not father Christmas.. It sounds like Daniel is from a knitted home...So he should know how to get to the mother's heart.. since the mother knows that emotional blackmail might work on him....
