Would the court required a video evidence of that actual carrying away of the missing family member to prove that the group kidnapped the missing family member?

The only challenge here may be the weak and corrupt judicial system that may easily be arm-twisted. But I see this case heading as far as the supreme court and at the end, the army will have to give account.
