you will have to invest a lot of time in this caper you are about to undertake.

What you have to start with is, start saying good morning when you pass her by or at least acknowledge her by smiling when ever you pass her

from there in two weeks stop her once and ask what time it is. This would help you hear what she sounds like (there are good looking women whose voice is a turn off)

Keep saying good morning and then add some jokes like: i finally found my watch and i'm still late (insert haha)

then the rest is up to you asking for her name and what she does. if she gives you a second look you can ask to exchange numbers because if possible you would like to take her out to dinner.
