Trust me , it has nothing to do with unqualified contractors.. I have managed a private facility that has lift in it... We refused to renew the service agreement with the contractors, yet when we get into some emergency, we would call them .. The problem is that the owners refused to bring out money for the management of the lift... The lift was supposed to be serviced at most every six months but that lift was left unserviced even before I started working there ... One of my workers almost died after being trapped in the lift ... I just Thank God I left there with no lives lost... I even made sure nobody uses the lift again until I left there... It was a problem I came to meet there...
