Its a welcome development since there are no credible alternatives. The members of opposition parties need to come under an umbrella to wrestle the ruling party and if ACN is the alternative platform there is nothing one can do, atleast that will wane down Tinubu's influence and tribal politics! |

GEJ truly thinks he owes his victory at the last poll to the rigging masters like Anenih, defying the millions that trooped out en mass to vote him in. An appointment like this is expected when Nigerians chose to defy logic and voted for a candidate under the umbrella of SHARE THE MONEY. |
This is what we get when we have a President who lacks the courage to make a difference and his cabinet peopled with men and women who wears corruption like an ornament and flaunts loot like a medal together with political elites who are uniformly corrupt and heedless under the Umbrella of a Political Party whose main aim is to "SHARE THE MONEY". |
It will be quite disheartening if the FG eventually jettisons the Ribadu report but I won't be surprised because irresponsibility is statecraft with this government, transparency and accountability are all illusions |
If there is a trophy for liars, Maku truly deserves one. I gba wo ni Maku oni ku, "na when Maku no go eventually die" even if he misses the ill fated chopper! |
Maxymilliano: Better be late in coming than never Bro...I am gratified, but it seems it will be once a week service to and fro right? |
This is commendable but the minister failed to give a date to when the train service to Kano will commence. There is a train service from Lagos to Ilorin presently and Offa is nearby Ilorin so this is more like the old routine |
PointB: I guess you are the eediot and hypocrite here, not to have noted your kinsman submission. Are all of your bloody twats born with the same disease of hypocrisy. I won't be surprised any way.Eeya, the ranting of a mad man. Continue with your foolery, that is the only thing you are good at! |
Rochas is simply turning himself to an imperial overlord. He feels governance is same as running his business enterprise! |
PointB: While the section that sat back during the election, are crying, whining and cussing all over the place like Nigeria belong only to them. Let's not forget this! GEJ has the mandate to lead Nigeria for four good years. You lot's can keep whining all over the place as it's in your gene to bring down government by persistent bad-belly and negative propaganda as incisively noted by Sanusi Lamido.Rather than address the issue of gerontocracy as practised by GEJ and in extension PDP, you've resorted to buck passing and blame game. Guy, your IQ and idiocy has simply gone beyond slowpoke category! |
Most of the components of these locally made cars are still imported and how many vehicles can a Nigerian company like innoson manufacture annually to meet the demands of the MDA's? This is likely unrealistic for now rather government should first start by creating enabling policies and assisting with capital for the assembling companies to be more competitive and efficient before making pronouncements |
Elueme: Leave those nitwits to continue in their wailings. The pain is that their paymasters and tribal heroes are not favoured in the appointments so they gonna cry wolves. However, why is ACN compensating their party faithfuls with all kinds of frivolous contracts and appointments. How many boards are the likes of Lai Mohammed holding. I think the man Lai Mohammed hails from Lagos but was a commissioner in Osun at a time. Why are Tinubus controlling the revenue drive of Lagos state? Edo State for instance, ACN faithfuls are chairmen and members of all the boards, no outsider. Irrespective of where on planet earth, party faithfuls control governing boards of ministries, departments and agencies. So these nitwits should stop being jealous and live up to the reality that things like these are the benefits of being in the winning party just as Fashola, Oshomohle , Ajimobi ,Aregbesola and fayemi are busy enriching his party stalwarts. While I do not dispute that party faithfuls should be compensated with appointments but should a president who proclaims an exit from our inglorious past with his transformation mantra slide back to the ways of the past? Is there a dearth of vibrant and resourceful personalities who would help drive the change of transformation in PDP rather than succumbing to the same old recycled politicians? Seems you are contented with "sharing the money"? Lai Mohammed was never a commissioner in Osun state and even if opposition parties also do the same, shouldn't PDP being the big party set good examples for others to emulate? |
blink182: can you imagine, shey Jonathan will tell us they are the best people for the job.Of course not but with GEJ, Gerontology is his style. GEJ is full of surprises, you just can't decipher the depth of his mediocrity and his moronic decisions |
Joke. The FG should also bar itself from patronising "foreign cars". |
If you can't read and understand English, ask others to teach you. What is the meaning of FATHER? You need to go back to school. If you can assumed FATHER is an insult, then MOTHER would be what? Olodo... Go back to KG ma friend. Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii If my father become President, ask me what i think he would do, and i will explain? So where is the insult? Pls where is the insult? You're only trying to play the role of ''THE BOY IS GOOD'' ![]() Any small thing una go expand am to lokoja. ! I begyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
You assume everyone who visit this forum is a kid like yourself. You aint know jackshit. Grow up kid, if you find it pertinent to compare folks kindly visit a playground where toddlers like yourself indulge in such discussions! |
GEJ Jnr, how far? How's your Internet connection in Aso Rock? Spiffy? Lucky you, sir.
![]() |
.... I'm still trying to understand the rationale behind this appointment.
Guess its more likely Ekwueme will emerge as the Chairman of PDP's BOT so this appointment is a compensation for Anenih to drop his ambition. The recycling continues, these old men have mastered the art of pilfering and plundering our treasury, aided by a President who played on the sensibilities of many for a fresh air! |
So Anenih a man of over 80years and a Seasoned thief has been brought back to finish what Bode George started. Let the fleecing continue, the future is bleak for the youths of this nation! |
This is one of the mosquitoes I've been expecting ... Keep sucking !! Mumu
Guy don't you find it insulting asking others what their fathers would have done if they found themselves in the position of president? Did anyone force GEJ to offer himself for service? Is he not proclaiming himself as a crusader against graft, so who should be held responsible when thieving politicians and civil servants keep amassing public funds at the expense of Nigerians? Surely, a big dopey like you lacks intelligence and manners! |
@Op, you are a bloody nitwit. I blame your dad for not sending you to a good school. Silly slowpoke! |
Why shouldn't people rejoice at the demise of an oppressor? |
karl max: just like the hypocrites do beat around the bush dullard!instead of u to back up ur useless conspiracy theory that GEJ approved the use of the chopper for kabukabu u resort to abuse that has been the modu oprandi of idaats and simpletons that always come on public forum to exibit their foolishness.just like ur blaming GEJ for what has been the norm in the corrupt system called nigeria(which he is trying to change) am blaming your fada for bringing yet another simpleton to the long list of ur generation retard!Aint got time for a pipsqueak who has no regard for others parent. |
Idokojimmy: Good question. This has the mandate of exposing the inconsistency, and irrational crave for power. Before the 2011 elections, Elrufai publicly declared that Buhari is perpetually unelectable, predicating his argument on age, failure in his handling of national issues and assignment and his irreparably dictatorial character. Most politicians have been known to make pronouncement only to back track. GEJ was a signatory to the rotational policy of PDP only to rescind later. El Rufai tweeted this in his personal capacity and I doubt if he is the spokes person of CPC or Buhari. Youths will become President when the quasi intellectuals among us stop being butt lickers of corrupt politicians. |
@Op so what is the fuss for? El Rufai is a loyal CPC member and its only normal to root for his leader. You people keep lambasting men like El Rufai and Melaye but your day is never complete without their tweets. Yeye dey Smell |
karl max: it is only a hypocrite that would expect it to end with a wave of magic wand. And only a small mind would expect an age long problem to be solved in 2years.and if I may ask where u present when he parmmited the use of the military aircraft for such pupose.I guess he also permitted the use of policemen as houseboys and house girl to private citizen and also permited military men we see everyday who escort smuggled vehicle and other contraband from cotonu!Airhead, its obvious you've got nothing in your pea brain so I'll pay you no mind! |
karl max: @Okija_juju thanks for letting them knw that dis didn't start under GEJ like they would want some ignorant nigerians to believe.see how they painted article as if the misuse of the military and other security operatives started under this government.me ma go like hire there submarine for site seeing this december.Because the impunity did not start with GEJ doesn't mean it should be further encouraged under him. GEJ partly takes responsibility for this mishap cos he is the C in C to the armed forces who permitted the use of a military aircraft for "kabukabu" services. |
Afam, you are a disgrace! It's impossible for you to comment on issues that affect the SW without trial bias. If you think that road is more important to Igbos than to Yorubas (whose states surround Lagos) then I think tribalism is eroding your reasoning ability at an alarming rate. Do you know how many people from other Neighboring SW states use that road on a daily basis...
That guy @Afam is seriously lost. It beats my imagination that some believe the guy is intelligent but I see nothing in him than a dull bigot! |
Na lie o. The Presidency would have made the announcement together with the crashed victims if it was true! |
Since the poor masses aint having a Fresh Air with bad roads, the skies have decided not to give a Fresh Air to the political elites! |
Nice, wish other ministers were half as efficient as the aviation minister. |
Make dem try am now, dem go know say some people crase pass agberos and okada riders join together! Inshort Fashola should ban Okada totally and let them do their worst. |
