Truth be told is the average Nigerian worker really earning "Living wage". You can not compare the social security programmes in Saudi Arabia to that of Nigeria.

We should not get too sentimental about this so called National Assets, i would rather view them as business enterprises, fact be told this asset may begin to depreciate in value with the force for renewable energy blowing across Europe, Americas, Asia. We may find out that 10 to 15 years later that we may have wished we had sold much earlier and gotten maximum value.... Do you realize that about 20 years or even 10 years ago banks would give any amount of loan to any investor to develop an oil block... but reality has shown that the value of oil block has diminished and most banks would consider it a risky investment given the low crude oil price...

My only prayer is that they sell it off to international investors... who are more efficient at managing such investments.

- It lead to massive brain drain – a great number of Nigeria best brains have been driven to other part of the world where they now spearhead developmental and scientific exploits.

Inner beauty first before physical beauty! Value the power of intangibles then you would understand the deeper mystery called LOVE!
Physical beauty fades with time, after a while it is propped up by facial make-ups, mascaras, foundations etc... it always amuses me when i see ladies at our car park already late to work, yet furiously applying make-ups!

A society that values "what we see attributes" more than "what we dont see" is walking on a time bomb!
