No, Lobbyists only try to get the executive to initiate and/or the legislature to pass changes to unfavorable laws or initiate new ones that will favor them. Students, politicians, Labor, companies, civil society, retirees, etc are all lobbyists. This is subject to majority votes, that is open to all. The lawmakers can also be quickly changed during election cycles if they seem to pass unpopular or anti people laws.

There was a time I dated a baker for two weeks. I knew the relationship ll die prematurely from day 1 cos the first outing he took me to was a sub per restaurant which has dirty environment.
