Who is talking about cheap fuel from Dangote, I was only talking about landing cost, which will not be there anymore and subsequently reduce market selling price.

It would be cheaper compare to if it still imported. The cost of importation incured by importers of fuel would not be there.

For instance if fuel without subsidy from USA cost 2 dollars per litre plus shipping, the cost might be 1.7 dollars from Dangote without landing cost from USA. So marketers in turn would be able to lower their price because there would be more competitions now that everyone with money can book and buy directly from Dangote.

Some women don't know how to communicate through words but action. You can use carrots and stick approach to correct this issue. Regional Premier or minister will be the highest authority in every region. In collaboration with regional assembly, he can make and remove any under performing governor or local administrator whose positions are mostly ceremonial and not electives. The only elected officials in every region would be "Premier/minister"and members of regional assembly through carefully selection from institutions within a region.

Regionalism is semi- independent entities, there would be a minister or Premier in charge of every region. Federal government would still be powerful but limited in scope. The central will maintain national armies and foreign policy, while regional governments pays royalty or taxes to FG to maintain her limited budget.

No, there is no need for amendments of constitution as it become useless after the adoption of regionalism. What presidency need is to override Legislature acts and deal directly with masses through Plebiscite.
