Now you're coming out plain on how you detest the man.. Screw them both, but let's face reality on the accusation.

You're too old to spew incoherent conspiracy theories.

I do understand you but it's difficult-extremely difficult to be civil when supposed intellectuals spill craps.

Its usually obnoxious and could only be a reflection of an inherent shit, such as lack of mental reasoning before spewing vain conjectures.

Now read the crap you wrote again, think it thru and you'll see where you missed it.
I see you don’t see reasons to be civil. You don’t appear to know it is one strategy by a politician who is set to make a come back to have a lawsuit or two pending in court so he can be visible in the eye of the public before the next round of elections when he can make a fresh bid. That is my drift!

Those craps are figments of imaginations of Lauretta and FG has no hand in it.. It will most likely end in out-of-court settlements with the govt begging
Just keep your fingers on it and be civil about your comments. It should add value to you!

The point is that Abubakar Atiku has got to stay in the news. He needs the visibility to keep in the public glare as he looks at the next round of elections. Personally I think it is a misadventure because the FG who the Defendant works for and has enormous intelligence at its disposal might rake up murk against him in setting up a defence of justified publication.

Indeed so but inwardly you wished it was not Akin Ogunbiyi! Any day he’ll beat you hands down! Deji Adeleke deep inside knows Ademola was a hard sell but felt nothing was beyond n10-15 billion. In the result Ademola brought more shame than ever to The Adeleke Political Dynasty Of Ede, Osun State. On a good day Ademola Adeleke is one member of the Adeleke family who should be kept out of the way when the family receives dignitaries!
Also in issue here is intelligence focused on a worthy cause such as would make the individual a worthy example in life matters. Fraudsters, kidnappers et al who have succeeded in their criminal pursuits had to be intelligent and focussed! For Ronnie Reagan his intellect was responsibly focussed on a career in acting - Ditto - Arnold Schwarzenegger, George Weah (Football), Michael Jackson and Johnny Travolta who were acknowledged as career dancers. Ademola Adeleke has no history of focussed intellect in ANY career direction and not the least dancing! Those who know him well will tell you his focus was on truancy and irresponsible lifestyle in the mould of sleeping with three woman real-time and that stinks!! Ademola Adeleke has always been a truant in school and consequently the blackleg Of his father’s household. His viral dancing videos are not from professional dancing circuits but a display of his orgy and partying credentials through the decades as he crawled from one party to another from Ede to Atlanta GA while his mates were studying hard at school to make something worthy out of life. Just so anyone thinks Ademola Adeleke has changed - recently and while still a Senator sitting real-time in the red chamber he hired and had someone else real-time to write the school certificate exam for him! That was in his flawed bid to repair a damaged past of irresponsible and truant lifestyle. The matter has been seen to be so by the DSS et al. You cannot build falsehood on falsehood and expect something enduring for good to be the outcome! Now, after making a shipwreck Of his life overtime he seeks to govern and make policy for folks who have worked hard in life! It doesn’t add up!

Politics › Re: Saraki Kicks As Court Orders Forfeiture Of N1 Billion Houses by zoedew: 6:54am On Dec 03, 2019
JosEast:
A Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, has ordered an interim forfeiture of two houses in Ilorin, Kwara State belonging to the immediate past Senate President, Bukola Saraki. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had approached the court presided over by Justice Ridwan Aikawa, for an order of interim forfeiture of the properties said to worth about N 1 billion on the ground that it was acquired through the proceeds of unlawful activity.

The anti-graft agency told the court in an exparte application that it ‘‘uncovered monumental fraud perpetrated in the treasury of the Kwara State Government between 2003 and 2011’’, when Saraki was governor of the state. ADVERTISEMENT Based on the application, the court ordered the temporary forfeiture of Saraki’s two properties designated as Plots No. 10 and No. 11 Abdulkadir Road, GRA, Ilorin, Kwara State. An operative of the EFCC, Olamide Sadiq, said in an affidavit filed in support of the ex parte application that the move for the forfeiture of the houses followed the findings of the EFCC after investigation and “the report of a committee set up to review sale of Kwara State Government houses during the reign of the Governor of Kwara State in the year 2003 and 2011.”

He said the EFCC also received “a damning intelligence report, showing monumental fraud perpetrated in the treasury of the Kwara State Government between 2003 and 2011.” Sadiq said, “Whilst the investigation was ongoing, several fraudulent transactions were discovered. “That whilst he (Saraki) held the aforementioned position (governor of Kwara State), the common pattern was that after payment of monthly allocation by the Federal Government to the Kwara State Government, a cumulative sum of not less than N100million will be deposited into the Kwara Government House account.

“That upon the payment of the said N100million, same will, in turn, be withdrawn in cash by one Mr Afeez Yusuf from the Kwara State Government House, Ilorin’s account in bits and brought to the Government House.” The EFCC said it believed that Saraki developed the two properties with proceeds of unlawful activities. Counsel for the commission, Mr Rotimi Oyedepo, thereafter urged Justice Aikawa to order their temporary forfeiture to the Federal Government. In granting the order, Justice Aikawa directed the EFCC to publish the temporary forfeiture order in a national newspaper.

The judge adjourned the matter to December 17 for anyone interested in the properties to appear before him to show cause why the properties should not be permanently forfeited to the federal government. Meanwhile, Dr. Saraki has reiterated his position that the application to the Federal High Court, Lagos, for interim forfeiture order on his Ilorin home by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is an abuse of the court process and a violation of a subsisting order of the Federal High Court, Abuja. Saraki, in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, noted that the Federal High Court in Abuja presided by Justice Taiwo Taiwo had given an order “restraining the respondents (Commission) by themselves, their subordinates, agents, servants, or privies whosoever, from seizing, impounding, taking over, confiscating or otherwise forfeiting the Applicant’s (Saraki) right to own and peacefully enjoy any of his assets and properties”.

The right to own and peacefully enjoy property is not absolute. It may be curtailed by Law. The Law is that such rights are not maintainable in law where such assets are proceeds of corruption. It is also the Law that is ultra vires the Court to restrain law enforcement agencies from doing their job.

fergie001:
Cross River State is in danger of HIV/AIDS pandemic as National Aids indicators and Impact Survey results conducted in 2018 revealed that the State (Cross River) neighbours (Other States) and Cameroon had higher prevalent rates of HIV/AIDS.

Addressing a press conference in Calabar, Cross River State capital to mark the 2019 World AIDS Day, the Community Mobilization Officer, Cross River State Agency for Control of AIDS, Mr Ifere Obeten lamented the high prevalent rates of HIV/AIDS in the neighbouring States and Cameroon.

“National Aids indicators and Impact Survey conducted in 2018 has revealed that Cross River State has 2% prevalent rates and its neighbouring States, Akwa Ibom State has 5.5%, Rivers State has 3.8%, others States, including Edo, Delta and Bayelsa have different rates which exposed the State (Cross River) to danger of the pandemic.

“From the above indicators, all these States have high prevalent rates and Cross River State is neighbour to these States. We intermarried, people travelled from these States to Cross River State, to have fun and enjoined themselves and that is why we are saying that though, we have prevalent rate of 2% we are still not safe from HIV AIDS.

“We need to do more in driving the HIV/AIDS response; we need to assist the State Government in this process,” he stated and regretted the non-involvement of private organization in this regards.

Consequently, Mr Obeten noted that Cross River State is in danger as far as HIV AIDS is concerned because of the activities of the neighbouring States and Cameroon which prevalent rates are very high than even National.

“We also have a situation where we have people from our neighbouring countries like the Cameroon where the prevalent rates is also high. We have Cameroonians as refugees in over five local government areas of the State. We need to work extra hard with a view to reducing the prevalent rates. We need to do more in our houses and communities.

“Our resources are going down and our partners are closing up, and if government don’t take this initiative now, we shall soon run out of materials and eventually lose out on investment we have had,” he regretted.

Also speaking, the National Program Analyst, Adolescent Reproductive Health and HIV, UNFPA Dr. Araoyinbo Idowu said the commemoration of World Aids is centred on the contributions of communities in the overall HIV response especially in the area of leadership, advocacy, addressing stigma and discrimination and most importantly leaving nobody behind.

“The communities have played a central role in providing information and services,” but regretted that HIV indicators and impact surveys results indicate that women carried the higher burden compared to men,” he pointed.

I guess they mean different things to you! Variety is the spice of life you know. Constant however is the law of harvest. Witches don’t care about the good you do or fail to do - when you are their target it takes only God to deliver you from their control: flesh, blood and destiny! That is one reason God says to not allow a witch to live. God only deserves and has the capability to be in control! He will not share His glory with any! He hates the proud from afar!

Exactly how Jezebel felt when news reached her that the 400 prophets who helped her perpetuate witchcraft (the spirit of control) over her husband King Ahab and the people he governed had been brought down by The God of ELIJAH that answers by fire! They won’t share in the sin and curse(s) of Ambode incurred by Ambode’s wife when she touched The Lord’s Anointed and AMBODE lacked the balls to check her! Now AMBODE and his household can struggle with the curse in one undiluted whole until they seek God in repentance. God is merciful only if we will turn to Him.
