Foreign Affairs / Re: “don’t Blame Us For Not Supporting The Nigerian Army” – US Senator by hilli666(m): 9:48pm On Jul 24, 2015
Buhari is a novice and has made his first rookie mistake. What American wants is for you to follow the right protocol, which is not to go directly to the president to request arms...no far from it. You meet with lobbyist on K street, they hook you up with people in the military industrial complex then you work out a deal and trade oil and natural resources, like magic your cargo of pure, top notch, American grade, terrorist killing, goodness will appear - neatly wrapped with that good brand new smell that we all love so much - at your destination of choice.

Trust me the Americans want to sell you weapons but they also need plausible deniability especially knowing the Nigerian army.

Go immediately and get sage, copal and sweet lemon grass. Burn it in your room and around the house. Naked yourself and chant: Tumbokoh Tumbokoh, kphaya kphaya (3 times). When paranormal activity is that strong to the point where physical objects are being thrown around, then some entity is seriously trying to get your attention. It could be friendly or Evil, but you dont want to wait and find out: Trust Me! Oya begin dey run go market.

Nairaland / General / Re: I Hate The Arrogance Of Nigerians!!! by hilli666(m): 10:11pm On Apr 06, 2012
I read an article today, in which an American Billionaire was interviewed. As he sat admiring the picturesque view from his pent-house window, he calmly said "Someone was meant to enjoy this view and God Chose me". The point being Nigerians are Nigerians because they are Nigerians! Some race was meant to be arrogant and God chose us. When walk into any institution we immideatly begin to analyze the route with least resistance to the Bosses Chair! Can you honestly say that you have never thought like that? go ahead and lie. In our hay days, we were powerful imperialist, look at the great and power empires we created. If not for the arrival of oyimbo man, our own betrayal and our greed, the entire continent of Africa will have been our playground. Dang here I go sounding arrogant again, I must be an authentic Nigerian, the rest of you are all diluted or Made in China"

Politics / Re: Nigerians Living In Poverty Rise To Nearly 61% by hilli666(m): 9:19pm On Feb 13, 2012
How did we go from 1 Naira= 1 Pound, to 250 Naira=1 pounds?  From power @39% to 61% all in less than 50years. Yet we have more resources that most of the countries in the world (Yes I said MOST). This is why the Whites said Africans are incapable of anything else but Manual Labour. Still even with our much sought after independence and freedom from slavery, we continue to prove them right. As long as one generation is scared to fight ,die and make sacrifice for the next generation, this will remain the status quo! Fela summarised it all " I know wan die, I no wan quench, papa dey for work etc."  Excuses we make so we keep avoiding our responsibilities and the inevitable. The satus quo  must go!

defendingtriotic. Sometimes my patriotism gets the best of and I find myself blindly definding Nigeria, especially when the topic of her poor state of affairs is brought up. Nigeria does contribute a lot to the world, I mean how can it not. I cant think of anything positive at the moment. I'msure if I ponder some more on this issue, Ill come up with something. For now the facts continue to elude me.
Religion / Re: Have You Ever Seen An Angel Before? by hilli666(m): 3:45pm On Feb 02, 2012
Next time you all run into an "Angel" or have a chance encounter with your so called bright lights and spirit guides. Can you please ask them the solution for the high crime and corruption in the country; ask them why " in a country with more churches and mosques per square mile" crime, diseases and poverty pervade every aspect of life. Ask them why they didnt appear to the thousands of innocent people who have been brutally slaughtered, raped, toutured, extorted, oppressed, intimidated, robbed.  Ask them why since we adopted Christianity, we have seen more suffering and pain than ever documented in our history; Ask them if God is mad at us, and if so, why? So we can begin to fix thiese problems. With all the millions of people experiencing paranormal phenomema in this country you would think we would have advanced as a society. Or is it not the same angels that people in other advanced cultures are seeing?? Maybe our angels are "Nigerian Angels" , and are just as incompetent as our failed inscrupulus leaders.

Okay Okay calm down guys, lets sit a talk about this like mature adults. I know we all have our resentments about the President, but seriously lets list out some of the good things he has done. It can't be all that bad, for example he endorsed bread made with casava, he bought some new jets for the countrys top office (Please feel free to jump in and add your own). The fact that his wife cant speak english give hope to millions of Nigerians women. It sends a clear message " you dont have to be educated to be first lady". I mean if we can look past security issue, corruption, failing infrastructure, incesant power outage etc. This guy just might be a progressive president.

All hail Johnatus our beloved and dear president. He and only him only with his tagbon speaking wife shall combat the crazed suicidal extremist. For his intrepid venture, I shall give him a charm that will protect him from bullet and all harm, all he needs to do is show up at bokoharam HQ without any bullet prove vest and security entourage for the charm to work. and boldly announce to the bokoharam aboki's "I am president Johnatus, the one you hate so much, I have showed up without any security and protection, just this chewing gum looking charm that someguy from Nairaland gave me, and i comand you to stop your nonsense with expediency"
The rest will unfold on news, you will see the wonder and power of my charm in action.

Politics / Re: We Will Fight Boko Haram With The Law - David Mark by hilli666(m): 4:55pm On Jan 24, 2012
Dear Father in Heaven

We are grateful for all the blessing bestowed on us
You have giving us jungles teeming with wild game
Our lands are filled with huge resource deposits
Our ocean are filled with fishes in assortment
There is nothing you have not blessed us with and for that I am truly grateful
However there is one more favor I have to beg from you
Please save us from incompetent politicians.
Politicians like the one mentioned in this post who think they can
fight bomb wielding, suicidal, fanatical, religious, extremist
with imaginary laws that are less visible than even you God.
I thank you, I know you will find it in your mercy to add just that one little last request.I
I know it sounds like we are ungratefully to even ask you for anything considering all the blessings you have already giving us.
Blessing that most of the world cant even dream about
But we are Nigerian, and we are special people and deserve special treatment.
You wouldn't want your "special children" to do something as primitive as protest like the "Arabs"
or event a working democracy like the Europeans
Or get our pretty blessed hands soiled with blood in rebelling for a good government.
No those actions are beneath us, you said all we need to do is ask and we shall be given.
So we are asking.
Amen

No they would do what we all will do "Swear retribution" and retaliate. Then you woud say because they retaliated you had attack even harder killing more people. This is the problem with illitracy.

Politics / Re: Facts On Lekki Toll & The Tinubu Connection by hilli666(m): 10:24pm On Dec 20, 2011
Once the name chagouris is involved in anything, my heart just sinks. And what is Chagouris? if not but a link back to the west, I bet the Clintons and other western politicians are going to enjoy the renewed contributions by the Chagouris family. Maybe the Whites were wrong, for labeling Africans "nothing more than just a bunch of illiterate, unmotivated, lazy, disorganized porch monkeys", what they really meant to say was "Sheep" because even Monkeys won’t put up with this "rubbish. If 200 million people can sit and watch while a few pillage their resources, then maybe they deserve it. Now I see that the greatest sarcasm is in the platitude "Eko o ni baje" and I used to think it meant something.
Like sheep we are being led- without resistance, almost voluntarily to the slaughter house. It seems the whites are still in charge, for every picture involving the construction of a new Mall, or bridge, or Toll Booth, or Airport all I see is “whites” in "hard hats" with the "walkie talkies" giving the instructions.
It's all blurry now, I don't know who friend, family, foe, thief, pastor, baba alawo, devil, democracy, military, mend, boko haram is.  They all seem the same, and ends to a mean “EKO O NI BAJE".  Fashola you whom we held dearest and closet, might just have gotten too close, close enough to cause the deepest wound.

Romance / Re: What Do Modern Women Want In A Man? by hilli666(m): 6:37pm On Dec 08, 2011
The truth is, women don't know what they want anymore. They have been systematically brainwashed, and have lost their lost their natural predisposition in their vain attempt to emulate the western woman. Today she wants the sensitive guy, tomorrow she wants the bad boy, next its the rich man, and then on to the academic guy. She breaks hearts on her quest for the perfect man without regard to anyone's feelings but her own. If she has to settle, then she will chose the rich guy, because with his wealth and busy schedule she can get all of the above. She is not content with the role of mother hood and considers it too base and unworthy of her "true calling" as Man's equal/rival. She wants sophistication, recognition, power, beauty and respect; She has developed an ego even worst than man himself. The worst part is she has the power and she uses it at her discretion. The only threat to a woman, is another woman because the more choices a man has the less powerful she is over him. Maybe that's why there are more women than men!

Now bring on all the hate comments calling me a male chauvinistic pig  grin
Gaming / Re: I Think Battlefeild-3 Surpassed Call On Duty-3, Agree? by hilli666(m): 3:54pm On Dec 06, 2011
Hm lets see:BF3 has Huge virtual maps, totally interactive and destroyable environment, realistic physics, ability to operate multiple vehicles, real team dynamic (e.g. support, sniper, engineer, medic all playing and supporting one another), phenomenal graphics, real gun simulations and sounds, realistically animated characters - if you haven't had an orgasm by now, you should seek spiritual help (Just kidding)
I play multiplayers with some of my friend in Nija, Mexico and USA and we can spend a hole day collaborating, gisting, yabbing, once we could hear a players wife insulting him in the background  in yoruba, yet he was acting like he was a love-vendor.

COD: just run around and shoot people and get scores. Totally lame, if you bought this game I suggest you demand and refund. Then go and purchase BF3 and add me (get your head set for some cool convo) and lets game.
Business / Re: Failure To Remove Fuel Subsidy Will Lead To Economy Collapse – GEJ by hilli666(m): 7:56pm On Oct 25, 2011
Send an email to your elected official if you oppose this action. Those of you who are not to familiar with how the fuel subsidy removal will impact the economy, please do some research and come up with you own opinions. I however, am against it.
Granted, removing the fuel subsidy, will generate more money for the economy, however I'm concerned with how that money will be managed. What I don't want is another avenue for theft, only this time with already poor people and struggling businesses have to pay more for petrol and other petrol related derivatives. So please let your voice be heard, post it on the presidents facebook, tweeter, email or call. Let them know where you stand, I have already done all this and so have thousands of Nigerians. (People say this doesn't work in Nigeria, however I still encourage u to try)

For all those ethnophobic people out here that keep bashing Yoruba people. I want to point out that the only living detail from and Africans soldiers perspective of the Burma war, was written by a Yoruba man. Many tribes fought in the war, where is their written recollection of the war Now we all want to revel in the stories of our heroism, but two topics down from this forum, you can witness people bashing Yoruba people. I'm not Yoruba, but can we please stop the tribal bashing?? See what we can accomplish when we come together in solidarity.
