agabusta:Dont mind all wailers. The act says the tribunal is composed of 1 chairman and 2 members making 3. A quorum is one third so the chairman alone forms a quorum. The learned one isnt learned afterall and Nairalanders are busy celebrating him. |
urchbarbie:Exactly, if the one with sole responsibility to plug all holes in the justice system is the one exploring the holes, what is really the responsibility of that man? Saraki is therefore not a senate president but an impostor. |
dialfa:What will Saraki achieve by that? How will that benefit you? I dont think Nigerians like you really want this country to grow. |
See more as several ppl park to take a pic. The last 2 pics are of the other side where former VP Namadi Sambo's house is located. I hear that a woman from South south of Nigeria owns the house. That explains a lot.

lungwun:I was going to ask same question. Anyways, i think my 03 accord 2.4l can beat that in terms of cost of fuel. |
This house is located at the bank of river Kaduna and can be seen standing on Kaduna's newest bridge that connects Angwan Rimi to Kamazo village to KRPC (NNPC) junction. There were hundreds of pictures been taken by passers-by which even cause a little hold up during this morning's rush hour. Everyone who has used that road would have asked "who the f... built that house?" "What was he/she thinking?". Everyone knows this was coming except may be the owner and his family. There is obviously someone living there. Till last week a car was parked there and i have seen movements even when there was some fload threat to the compound. They have a solar system and security lights can be seen. This happened as a result of yesterday's heavy rain. As it is right now, 75% representing 3 sides of their block work perimeter fence is down and only one side stands. I wish them luck. P.S I forgot to mention that its a 1storey building and the first ground floor is out of bounds. Any one in that water needs a miracle so if there is anyone in the house, then even an experienced fisherman will be at risk getting near there.

chukwudi44:Just imagine how his final removal will be celebrated. He is simply not liked. I remember all you posted in his defence and even misquoted facts just to make a point. I know you want him there as you consider him PDP at heart but APC under pretense. You will be diappointed even if this case doesnt get him out. |
dBard:Yes i know that and knew they cant get it before 8am tomorrow since the sitting ended late friday. I see that you base your opinion on the CCB case. For me, its cummulative. The search light is beamed at him, guns are pointed at him. He is like a cancer in APC, healing is never easy. I dont see him surviving a yr at this pace. There is never going to be a realignment. He has PDP and 10 APC senators that form a majority. APC knows they cant remove him this way so will find another way. No politician survives on treachery. The realignment may happen once he is unseated but not with him at the top of senate. I am more afraid that this senate may never know peace even after he is removed. And whatever they do to Buhari, it will be public character assasination of Saraki. Saraki stands to lose in one way or another. The very best he can have is surviving the next 3 yrs plus on the seat but may not find himself where he desperately wants to get. You know well if it were OBJ, Saraki will never forget. Buhari is just being careful as he has a reputation at stake but his goons have a lot under their 'baban riga'. If it happens that saraki remains, it will be an excuse incase of failure of Buhari who will always point at Saraki for all his misfortunes. Thats my reason for supporting Buhari in this fight so he can take all the blame when he fails but right now failure of APC will be shared between Buhari and Saraki. Who knows, the delay in cabinet may have been a fallout of this feud. I forsee a major crisis when Buhari's cabinets get to senate. If one name is droped, even I will shout, thats what Saraki/PDP planned. They will be seen as villains which isnt good for them. I know they wont play cool just appending signatures to his demands. Even if thats the case, they will want something in return from him and will be hard for him to oblidge every request. Thats why Buhari has no option but to fight saraki head on. Am more worried on who will succeed Saraki. |
dBard:I think you under estimate what these politicians can do for selfish interest and certainly once again dont see where the pendulum will swing just like in the case of PMB and GEJ. I dont see Saraki winning this war with the President and the APC. All odds are against him. They will keep coming at him a all barrels firing. You cant assume Senators will rally around him when they have not really forgiven him of his sins. Thats why i said PDP senators will rally with saraki, the 10 APC senators may still be with him, but once the realise there is no winning the war, they stand to lose their positions which will lead them to either abandon him or join him with at PDP. The 10 of them hold tbe stake of direction of the house with or without Saraki. For sure, within the next 1yr there will be a new senate president but its not going to be saraki. It could be PDP or APC i dont know but certainly saraki will get what he bargained. Just like i predicted GEJ's fall, Saraki will fall. Just wait and see. |
topsy23:I saw your neat job pictures. I have a project up north to finish soon. Am planning the finishing. I was wondering how to provide for a small inverter of about 2.5kva which will power selected power outlets, lights and fan. Am a civil engr so am playing with ideas only. My idea is to simply introduce a 1phase DB beside the main 3phase DB. By so doing, all points to be on inverter are placed in the 1 phase DB while the rest go to the 3 phase DB. However, one phase will be used directly from the meter unit to the inverter while two other phases go to the main DB. Where it gets complicated is that I plan a 10kva wall mount voltage stabilizer which I want the inverter and other points that will not be on inverter to be passed through. My problems is trying to prevent some crazy people from plugging pressing iron, water kettle or other heavy stuff that will kill the stabilizer. I will also limit powered sockets and some light points on inverter for power saving. Eg. fridge, freezer, inverter, 1 AC, all lights, all fans, 2tv points, water dispenser will be on stabilizer while half lights, all fans, 2 TV points will be on the inverter. Should I alternatively use 3 one phase DB's to eliminate the confusion? |
dBard:What you don't see is PDP abandoning him. That means Saraki has to decamp back to PDP. 10 APC senators are with him, once they see Saraki going down, they will either leave him or join him in the opposition. That will never be good for their political careers as they will be next targets. |
BALLOSKI:That means Saraki will soon be a goner. Yee pee!!! |
efilefun:Who knew a simple "irrelevant" unknown judge has the ernomous powers to send a Senate president, the number 3 citizen packing. Kai, i love politics. Saraki should have pocketed his ambition and live to fight another day. Now, he has dug a big hole enough to bury his entire political ambition. |
onowighose:I wonder how sensible you comment sounds to you. Tinubu faced this same tribunal but wasnt found guilty. Why is Saraki afraid? How come Tinubu stole so much according to you but hasnt been convicted? If you steal and get cought you should be punish accordingly even if i stole much more than you but have not been cought. You cant justify what you are saying. The law punishes those who are cought and pursues those who are suspected, those who escape the law may not escape next time but their case should not be a saving grace for those cought. |
chukwudi44:"Asset Declaration: Court Summons CCB, CCT Chairmen over Saraki’s Arraignment" www.thisdaylive.com/articles/asset-declaration-court-summons-ccb-cct-chairmen-over-saraki-s-arraignment/220558/ I wonder where you get your info from. FHC has nothing to do in this case and CCB have no explanation to the FHC judge. Saraki should go to the tribunal and defend himself, there is no where else to go. If the case doesnot favour him, he should head to the appeal court not FHC. If the FHC judge wants to know about the case he should visit the CCT but not order the CCT chairman to appear before him. If i were CJN, a panel of investigation will be set up against the FHC judge who obviously overstepped his boundaries embarassing the Judiciary. |
tonynickson:I love it. He commited anti party activities, openly disobey his party and remained unrepentant. He had it coming. |
Zabilon007:Thou knowest nothing of literature? Thou ought to read more for thine knowledge to shine in the presence of thine brethren. |
Kellyclef:The muslim have divided mosques too. Sunni and Shi'ite/Shia are major doctrinal differences in Islam and have seperate mosques. Others are Alawi, Wahabi and Sufi. They are just like Catholic, Protestant and the othordox churchs. There is local ones they call Izala society or JIBWIS of Northern Nigeria and NASFAT society of Southwest Nigeria. All these groups worship seperately. NASFAT specifically do sunday prayer meetings apart from the friday Jumu'ah prayers. Sufi are the most friendly and free with Christians while Wahabi is most hostile especially to the west. Taliban and Al Qaida are Wahabi Muslims |
EdCure:That will be dictatorial and very wrong. What will be their offence when charged to court, creating a church faction? |
sinizia:Enjoy your natural ignorance. |
sinizia:Why do you think lawyers are paid billions of Naira for this kind of cases. They build cases using lots of staff, money and time. Its obvious you have no idea of judicial processes. Even if APC knew the crimes committed, they can't go to court without proof. Besides, I don't think you are following the story. Saraki declared his assets to resume as Senate president, that is the basis for this suit. They are comparing this recent declaration to the previous one when he was sworn as governor. That means, he decleared around May 29 this year and that was when they had something on him. This case is based on false declaration not what ever you think. Pls use your head when next you want to reply me in particular. |
sinizia:And what will you say they did? Have you thought in your head why they didnt go after Saraki before now? He has spent 100days already, why did they wait this long. You cant take anyone to court without building a case first. What you may think as a case may be dismissed by a judge so you have to build a real case. |
giantstrides:This is where it gets very very interesting. It seems Saraki and his lawyers have no access to the constitution. By the time this tribunal is through with him, his political career would have been long gone and his presidential ambition flushed down the toilet. What goes around comes around. |
These pictures are owesome. I wish i had money. Please, i would like a quote on kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and doors (interior/exterior) so i can know its affordability. adanny01@yahoo.com |
adadadon:Shit, they have really found a way to get Saraki out. I hail APC. Witch hunt or not, this is a legitimate case that only the CCT can decide and no HC has power over it. Our judges are shameless, he should have know better than to summon a tribunal set up by the constitution. By that summon, the judge needs to be shown the way out by for incompetance or interferance. |
rotecch77:I like it. Thats because i am never comfortable wiping poo with tissue. I just typed shattaf on google and alot of it came up. Thanks for the name. |
I went to one interview recently but i looked like their CEO. The interviewer was a young South Korean guy in a well known South Korean company. I didnt drive cos it was in PH and i travelled from Abj. He asked me the mode of transport i got there, i said flight and he said "you mean you flew" demonstrating with his hands. He was surprised why i wanted to join them leaving my present job especially since i can afford to fly locally. He asked me that me judging by my physique ans the suit i wore (am heavyly built by God) if i am sure i wanted to come join thier stressfull job leaving the Abj one. I guess the guy was trying to tell me they only need graduate trainee. Of course i never got their call but the other young girl who we got referral from the same person and who just finish NYSC got called. P.S: its not a suit wearing company, its engineering. Oboy i was uneasy and obviously overdressed. |
sdindan:You still dont get it. The ones who thought they rigged had their results cancelled. Its on record if you search you will find. Allowing someone to vote twice using 2 different voters card is rigging but its a better rigging than chasing everybody away and writing whatever as the results. |
sdindan:The difference is that in my polling unit, you cant proof rigging because the total accreditated is equal to total votes. Who is so dumb to just allocate numbers and will forget the card reader has to be beaten. Is it the ballot snatching or the violence that has not been caught on camera. A witness was caught live in the court room. If a system is not perfect, making it better is a good thing. Even in America there is electoral malpractice that isnt caught. It doesnt nullify the elections as long as it is kept minimum. The scale of electoral malpractice in the SS and SE is beyond logical reasoning. Its just plane madness. |
sdindan:Hypocrisy is when you are cought lying but you point at someone else who you accuse of lying. Kaduna is my state. In my LG, 8 whole ward results were canceled for over voting. That means as soon as results were collated and total votes are counted against the total by card reader, the result is either canceled or entered. Me and my father who went to the village had to stand firm to convince every one in our polling unit not to share remaining ballot papers as that would lead to cancelation. Face the truth, the North always has transparent elections even though they cheat but intelligently. Bisides that, their is no case before the kaduna tribunal over governorship. El rufai won fair and square. I have seen some malpractice in my ward but it was understandable. Few people who had voters cards of their family members that couldnt travel for the exercise were allowed. Those fell under failed accreditation but you cant compare that with the violence in Rivers or the outright doubling of numbers in Akwa Ibom. You certainly cant compare 20 illegal votes to over 300 in Akwa Ibom. You cant compare when total number of votes is 400 then one party carries 398 leaving 2 for all other parties. |
It looks like GEJ is happy to have lost the elections. He looks hungover and he left the last button of his shirt unhooked which does'nt look like what an immediate ex president should do especially publicly. |
