Based on our records, no student is missing for now. Three students –two from Kogi State and one from Benue State – were confirmed dead. Two females and a male and they were all from the department of business education and management studies.

Abdullazeez said they had set up a committee to investigate the incident.

He thanked the state government and the security agencies for their intervention.

The governor commiserated with the families of the deceased, the school authorities and students over the incident.

Mohammed said the visit was to assess the areas that required urgent attention, pledging that the state government would fix the collapsed bridge.

Wtf, who takes selfies almost midnight on a bridge after a heavy rainfall stopped me from going to the hostel when i have an exam to write.

They dont need to lie, they were probably snapping the flash flood not taking selfies.

Besides, the dynamic and static excuse is lame. Whoever awarded the job and designed the makeshift brigde should be caught and made to face the law because a bridge should be made to be safe and carry both dynamic and static loads. They caused loss of life, they need to apologise and condole not blame or deny responsibility.

This VC needs to be fired for this.

Check this out, i just found out that ebay has a limit of $1.5k monthly and $1k daily.

Sinebaba bought $1.7k worth of cards loaded 6 x $200 cards straight making $1200 which is above the daily limit. If he was able to load all the $1.7k even in 2 days, thats above the monthly limit.

Dont be naive. This is not mtn recharge card. No popular business person on this forum will load a card and refuse to pay. Something is not right about those cards. And if this is encouraged it would become more rampant. How would you feel if whenever you wanna purchase any of those cards your chances of having your account blocked is 50% because we are all in support of as long as you have loaded the cards you must pay irrespective of how the cards was gotten.

This matter should be handled with wisdom. It's not as straightforward as many people here think.

Sinebaba asked where the cards came from and the receipt was displayed right from page 1. Sinebaba has probably contacted ebay with that receipt and was probably told something which he refused to disclose. Instead he came back asking the op to contact eBay to hear what they will tell him. I am 99% sure Sinebaba knows exactly what is wrong but won't say since it will not favour his case. He knows, ebay would not give info on his account to a 3rd party Sinebaba is just playing pranks by asking op to go to ebay.

Another Nairalander confirmed the store where the card was gotten from.

Op has been very clean with all details of the transaction but sinebaba has been eluding the truth.

My guess is that there is probably a limit to gift cards and sinebaba exceeded his limits leading to the blocked acc. If sinebaba doesn't want people like us to speculate or cast aspersions, he should come clean with eBay's replies to him.

Lastly, if you have wisdom like you claim, ponder on thiss; sinebaba didn't load just load 1 card, what made him load the 2nd card if the 1st one bounced or caused the acct to be blocked? If the 1st card was legit and successfully loaded, why would the following card or cards be the reason the acct was blocked?

If buy N3000 MTN recharge card and decided not to load it, i advertised it to you and you agreed to pay me 2k for it. I scratch it, snapped and send to you via WhatsApp. You loaded it and it was successful, moments later MTN blocks your line. You asked me for the source and receipt of purchase of the card, i once again snapped the receipt and sent to you.

Will you pay me my 2k or not?

Do you think i will ask for agreement if it doesn't load or any other thing.

Me, I have not bought anything on ebay before but loading a scratch card is nothing new.

He scratched a card for you at an agreed amount, snapped the revealed pin which you copied and loaded to your account. If successful or any other synonymous word showed the card was validly loaded in you account, you are immediately indebted of the amount agreed with the seller.

Your account was blocked thereafter, how on earth can it be the card's fault.

Sinebaba, you have a debt to pay, all these meet up thing is a diversion and is an open threat to the op. You owe him that amount which you paid part, use the same method and pay the other part or else, ask the seller to share some loss. It wont be a bad thing if out of say 400k you pay 300k and beg him to understand or delay the balance.

Funny enough, the cars i have a crush on at this moment are 2011-13 Toyota Corolla and 2012-13 Mercedes C250 and 2012-13 Ford F150.

In Christianity, one is regarded an infidel if one can afford to help his/her immediately family or even extended family but does not.

To notice a struggling family and put a chip in their hands is not bad and can never be a wrong thing to do.

I am married and my younger sister is married too. My mum buy wrappers and cloths for my wife and children and have done far more for my sister. She paid their house rent for a couple of years and actually sponsored my sister for Masters.

Not that they were doing terribly but she sets a higher standard and would chip in. Say planning for a wedding, she will instead of tell my wife to wear Hollandais wrapper to appear her best, mum will buy a Super wax and both visit the same tailor. Its always my mum's idea, why not do this and we say, cant afford it and she says just buy the form.

In all, I am happy that my sister gets to finish her masters and would have done the same for her if i can afford it. It is just looking after family. We look after even friends and acquaintances.

What you posted is about 10.6mpg. A 4 cyl of your car should be around 20mpg at worst.

Another retired neighbor was a chronic womanizer. We knew that the death of his wife was a free pass for him to f.ck all the women who would open their legs to him. Marriage is not what he is looking towards.

What i am trying to say is that the best solution for grief is a new partner. If she remains unmarried, it means she didn't love her husband or is attracted to promiscuity such that the death of their brother is a free pass to waywardness.

In my family, we only encourage a young widow to only remain through her mourning period but free as a bird there after.

With regards to 3&4, If you reason very well, you should ask yourself the other parts of the story that are not written here.

From 3 @ bolded, how possible is it for 1 bank staff to deny bank service to a customer? How possible is that? Use your head and think. There are at least 10 staff in the bank branch, 1 person decided to deny you his service and automatically all the 9 others also refused to service you or what exactly? The branch manager also refused to service you and they all walked you out? So the entire bank branch staff walked you out or just one single staff walk you out of the branch.

Wait sef, was she walked out of the Dr's office or out of the hospital?

With regards to 4 and from these words of yours, "HE DIDN'T JUST REFUSE TREATING HER, HE WALKED HER OUT OF THE HOSPITAL.

Walking someone out of an office and walking someone out of the hospital are 2 different things. The Dr has the right to walk anyone out of his office for personal reasons because its an alotted personal space but not out of the hospital because its a public place.

Wait, how is one technically walked out. Did he physically push her out, instructed security to walk her out or how exactly. If he did so physically, that is assault, why hasn't she accused him of physical assault? If the security threw her out, why didn't she include the security men in her allegations?

If the Dr walked her out of his office, how did he do it because this is an allegation and how it was done is the only thing that can prove any wrong doing. Do you have the exact how she was walked out of the hospital?

If the Dr only walked her out of his office, did the doctor walked her out of another Dr's office in the same hospital since there was another Dr who attended to her last time.

Do not just believe any story you read without the mental capacity to read in between the lines. First and foremost, while reading, put yourself in the situation and how differently you would treat the situation. Was there a way out, why didn't the other available options explored.

Lastly, look at the whatsapp chat where the woman's sister who is a staff of the same hospital told the husband to calm down and remember that his wife is her own sister. What does that tell you, the man and his wife are blowing a small issue out of proportion. Look at the first doodle, "she didn't let him violate her vagina". That statement is entirely wrong and portrays someone who is unreasonable and uninformed. A male gynecologist doesn't violate unless proven by testimony and evidence of wrong doing by a medical review panel. You accuse someone of violating your vagina when hasn't even touched you, that is a complete fabrication of lies and deceit. The rest of the story could be mixed with a lot of more lies and deceit to give them credibility in their personal vendetta.

I guess only people of shallow minds as yourself can fall for such lies.
