The prof is in a position of authority over the girl. Therefore irrespective of whether the girl is an adult or olodo the prof messed up. She can get her own sanction separately. But since she did not co-operate, I wonder if she did anything wrong. It is conceivable that the prof purposely failed her in order to pressurise her into having sex for marks.

The prof has abused his position and smeared the name of the girl. He has undermined the exam grading system of the school thereby casting aspersions on certificates/degrees issued by the school.

I know baking powder in moderate amount is good for stomach upset by reducing stomach acidity.

If she chooses to divorce, the hubby will be distraught initially of course but it will save him time and avoid the chances of the lady's ex fathering a child for the hubby.

If she returns to her ex, whatever she gets there she has to bear with humility. The ex might be out on vengeance, to break her marriage, use her and dump.

If the ex bf was previously hiding his other liaisons by hiding phone at night, who says he'll stop that behaviour to please a returnee ex who's now even a divorcee?

Church must have given them a marriage certificate and the court has a copy. You go to court for the marriage certificate if the place u wedded didn't give as it is not empowered to conduct marriages or u did not approach any church or mosque at all. Meanwhile, this becomes necessary when u wanna travel. It doesn't protect anybody.. U will still deal with ur issues in court when and if yawa gas. Many marriage certificates from some churches are not worth the paper they are written on. They are not permitted to even conduct marriage.

I have long argued here on NL that traditional marriages such be eligible for customary court issued marriage certificate. When it will be automatically transferred to national registry making it officially registered. That way at least some people won't need to do traditional, church & registry marriages.

Since she is flush with cash, she could splurge on a family abroad vacation all expenses paid by her. A legal proof of marriage will be required for the visa processing. This might be her best bet.

She should only do that after she is convinced her husband has forgotten about the issue, and she is still desperate for it.

So if it has to cost millions to travel abroad and manipulation just to get a marriage certificate, then the marriage doesn't have a strong foundation of trust and common purpose.

It is not by force to marry na. There are men out there who will happily do her bidding especially gold diggers (excavators).

It seems like ticking the boxes: money ticked, car from dad ticked, house from dad ticked, registry marriage to be ticked by hook or by crook.

Well, some get into marriage because of pressure of society. Or all their friends have married. They forget that the same society will laugh at you if your marriage wrecks a few years later. Because you didn't prepare for it.

If you contribute meaningfully, you will even earn respect. Most who earn money know the value of it and manage money better.

A relative of mine married a guy with a good job and good pay. She had a fairly decent job too. Years down the line her hubby lost the job. Without any benefits. We still do not know the circumstances. It was such that getting a job in the sector will be almost impossible.
And huge school bills for their kids & university fees for his younger siblings. Suddenly my relative became sole earner. For quite some years she shouldered everything.

Imagine if my relative didn't have a job. She and her kids would have suffered, perhaps needing us to step in as relatives.
