The last constitutional conference submitted a report. That Buhari has decided to not implement because it would lessen the power grip of the North. It was partly meant to reduce possibility of the Northern threat facing us now. Jonathan had no time to do so before 2015 election.

By the way, Nigeria is not only North & SE. The conference had SW, SS and minorities contribution.

This gathering of same politicians who already meet in NEC or other bodies already is nothing close to nationwide conference. The status quo also favours 90% of the people meeting with Osinbajo & the VP himself.
