dayokanu: The children are in the wrong here.

people divorce everyday. Women divorce men and men divorce women. it would be heartless to tell the man to continue living with their mother if he doesnt feel like it again. Would it be better if he stayed with her and stabbed or shot her?

The man spent his gratuity he earned the way he wanted, The woman too could have worked and earned her gratuity and spent it on a new boy toy Would it be right for the kids to go to the house of the new Boyfriend and throw her belongings out causing her physical harm in the process?

Nothing is by force in the world. A couple can marry at 12noon and by 3pm one decide he/she isnt interested again. Likewise they can live for 60yrs and still say they are not doing again. Fight no dey inside
The man is wrong! how can you treat someone like that? why didn't he share the money? i mean give her some.

Pple divorce everyday but please divorce with some sense and your sanity intact. a woman who has been with you all that long, given you 4 kids that you both raised! now you retire and hook up with a younger woman. How abt sharing the mooney or giving everything to her and start life afresh with your opeke?
What the man did was wrong. We may never know what their mama went through for the children to have acted like that.
no one is saying don't divorce but give that woman what she deserved!

Did the man share his gratuity with his first wife? that was what he should have done. that money was earn because of the support she gave her husband. for the husband to now want to bring in a new wife is horrible and big insult to his real wifey.
if the guy was wise and smart, half if not all of the money should be given to the woman. Maybe she would have had enough to seek medical help and not some cheap dibia.

You better wake up from your hallucination! Help your pastor into reality too while at it my friend.
Your mind is being used. Nobody is a witch.
useless waste of time imo going to your pastor by the way undecided.
Sitting and listening to him preach on Sunday for 1hr is enough.
Consultation for why you have not got adm into Uni is a waste of his & your precious time.

while waiting for jamb, go learn a trade.
The mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Tpia, i once mentioned Cotton seed soup a while back. It used to be my favorite soup cheesy.
Cotton seed soup is really delicious.
one soup which i've rarely seen mentioned on nl is cotton strand soup.

its made from seeds of the cotton plant.

its used as a seasoning and has a rather unusual flavour.

not really my favorite but i think it deserves a mention.
i think you are scare of her achievement, it is psychology.

you have already lay down a foundation full of trouble with your current assumptions.
if i were her, knowing your fear, i will not take the job offer because henceforth, it's gonna be trouble and suspicion.
now make sure you meet that lady's need. go get a job with same offer you are making her leave.
Food › Re: Grinding Stone, Grinding Machine Or Blender: Which Makes Stew Tastier? by armyofone(m): 2:31pm On Jun 29, 2012
not a fan of blue machine blender. its mix too much stuff into the tomatoes. imagine hidden beans and co together with your tomatoes.
grinding stone ummm i told grandma na punishment. after grinding pepper, your hands will be so sore/hot from pepper.

i don't think any of them make your stew tasty.
your skills in combining the right ingredients/measurement will make your stew kiss

if for anything, i had wanted it ruled to favor Obama. Why? the same thing Republicans are rejecting was something Gingerich, Romney himself, Hilary wanted at a certain time in the past.

Yesterday Michele Bachamann was making so much noise on Fox news. I hope she is able to eat lunch and dinner today. tongue

Preach on dear, preach cheesy grin

Coogar and his paddies will listen at some point grin

ronkebp: My people, Nigerians do no not know what love, marraige and respect is, for the sake of the good ones, i will say "some". There is nothing long courtship...say 5-10 yrs will bring if not immorality and fornication. I personally love the Indians and the way they love and marry, majority of the times, their marraiges are arranged, but they know what "for better or worse means", and to say majority of them have their own gods, and do not follow the Biblical "keep yourself till marraige" thingy.

I have thought about it and made my resolutions that what marraiges are going through in Nigeria now, is just because of the immoralities. "sex before marraige" is a platform for failure already, that is with a partner, not adding or counting a lady that has slept with 5- 50 men, now, add abortions ontop...what did they expect their marraiges to be in the long-run?? if not a big sham and failure. I tire.
Family › Re: Which Do You Support: Marrying The One You Love Or Loving The One You Marry by armyofone(m): 2:44pm On Jun 28, 2012
haha Sagamite, interesting.

how do you know you are s.exually attracted to the person?
are you equating love to se.x?

Sagamite: Speak for womanhood.

I cannot love someone I am not intensely attracted to sexually, no matter how much she respects me or treats me right. The word intensely is very important.

why court for long with the gal playing wifey roles? Why?
Family › Re: Marriage: Does The Length Of Courtship Matter ? by armyofone(m): 7:13pm On Jun 27, 2012
long term courtship without eating the forbidden fruit, oya now, dig into it.
long term courtship with eating what does not belong to you, gal playing wifey, live in lovers etc say you are experiementing what the marriage proper will be?
Mbanu.
long term courtship no way for me personally.
