The certificate is not forged. The evidence that it is genuine is very overwhelming and WAEC has officially attested to that. Isn't there any other issue that you people can criticize Buhari on? Does this mean that he has done so well that the only thing you can use against him is the issue of his certificate which has already been shown to be irrelevant to Nigerian voters during the last elections?

Haba! You don't know me so stop assuming anything about me. I'm not a politician and I don't belong to any political party. I'm just a regular Nigerian with a keen sense of politics and I keep my eye on what's going on in the streets. Nigerians don't care about this certificate issue at all. If you have any connections in PDP please let them know it's a losing strategy to keep talking about Buhari's certificate.
I want a very keenly contested election next year and may the best person for Nigeria win.

You cannot just go to waec for attestation if you lost photocopies of it and can't quote your registration number.
WAEC should produce the original rollcall of the candidates who wrote it back then if they dare.
All schools have a roll call of people that sat for WAEC with registration number. WAEC should produce the original roll call in their custody.

If you're not satisfied please take WAEC and Buhari to court to force them to produce the master list. In the meantime campaigns will continue and voting will proceed. If the opposition does not clearly state what they will do for the people and how they will do it better than the present govt then they will lose woefully again.

Some people even said that if he has NEPA bill they'll vote him but it's no longer the order of the day. They are all corrupt and nepotistic!

WAEC has produced what they say is an attestation of his certificate so what else do you people want? Even the person that posted this story clearly stated that if the certificate is lost and there is no copy of it then there may be no way to retrieve the original certificate number. It's time to let this issue go and focus on real issues cos Nigerian voters don't care about certificate. PDP should not learn the hard way again.

If Buhari's WAEC certificate is the issue that PDP intends to run on in the upcoming elections then they have lost already. I don't know why some people are never able to learn from the past. This is a pointless issue, let's move on from it please.

The military under the direction of IBB overthrew Buhari in 1985, imprisoned him, ransacked his house and carted away important documents including his credentials. When he said his documents were with the military that was what he was referring to. When they denied that it was with them in 2015 they meant that all those documents had been thrown away. There's nothing inconsistent in the entire narrative for those who have been paying attention.

His sureties will most certainly lose their money and their properties cos that is the law. I have never heard of the British govt or any developed country ever extraditing a citizen of their country to Nigeria or any African country to face charges. Do you have any example of that?

First of all he doesn't live in Israel. I'm sure he's just there for pilgrimage as a Jewish convert. He lives in the UK and the British authorities know that the whole Ipob issue is purely political. They will never extradite a British citizen to Nigeria over something like that. Maybe the requests they granted for India were for Indian citizens.

It's not the father's choice whether or not to receive the reward. If the govt is offering a reward then they have to pay it. No evidence that the father even knew that there was any reward before reporting the son. He did the right thing and that's all.
