And he is suppose to be some kind of genius. No be only genius, na guiness. He has no relationship with his father. He severed the ties.Big bully though. People keep leaving Twitter but he thinks money is everything & so disrespects people as will. |

Praxis758: UK: a country where the systems and institutions are bigger than any individual.
Ekweremadu’s case would have long died if it were to be in Nigeria.
The Police and DSS would have incarcerated that boy. Though not a Nigerian, am a bit hesitant believing the young man’s version of events. He explained when the case was new, that someone had introduced him to the family & they organized the processing of his travel documents. He’s not a child. Among all the people in Nigeria, why was he picked? They must have had a deal, but someone advised the guy to act dumb & cry crocodile tears, in order to gain the UK government sympathy and be granted asylum. If indeed this family is guilty, then I’d say their cup is full. Let them pay for the evil committed .If the young guy is lying against them, I pray that in due to time, he’ll get to deal with the consequences of his actions. |

Femich18: I'm not a Catholic but I just love those 2 hymns. I do play "To God Be the Glory" over 10times a week. I just love the Hymn. Its a Means of thanking God for things he Has done in my life Actually hymns are sang mostly by the old protestant churches Eg Presbyterians, Anglicans, Methodist etc. Catholic hymns are such as Ave Maria & others with tunes that are uniquely Catholic. If you hear them sing the popular hymns, it’s just in the spirit of unity, but usually borrowed from the Protestant groups. |

incandescentena: If she wasn't gonna keep the baby why leave it for nine months?! Some youths have lost it, because their parents never gave them good upbringing in the society .
No values! No morals!! .
The parents failed. The community failed. . We have a saying where I come from that anyone still in the child-bearing age should not point fingers at other people’s children. That’s because you don’t know how yours will turn out. You can be the best parent in the world, but somehow your children will fail you. You cannot monitor them 24/7. After giving them advice, one can only leave it in God’s hands. While some parents are negligent, it doesn’t apply to all. You can only play your role as a parent and hope the children listen. |

Asked to provide dates & times, they cannot provide evidence. Asked about other balloons seen flying, they have no comment.China has been stealing intelligence from NATO countries. Didn’t they find another ballon in Canada? The ballon they claim is a weather ballon, was equipped with signals to collect intelligence. 4 ballon’s in a week. Some of you act like you’ve not seen the arrogance displayed by the Chinese in Africa. They sure have been stepping on many toes. |

Road2Success: That's our plan for now. Because once my wife is pregnant cat will turn our window to crying zone. Normally, I don't attached any meaning to this things. But I don't know if there is any meaning to it.
You can send your wife to her parents house when she is close to labor. Just to know where the problem is coming from. Bro please tell me you are joking. So this cat shows up only when she’s pregnant? The devil is a liar! I grew up in a part of Kenya where I never witnessed witchcraft or diabolical events. However as I continued to mature spiritually, I’ve come to realize that the spirit world is real. That’s why Jesus cast out evil spirits. With that said, you need to increase your prayer momentum. You said you are not religious but, you need to pray even if it’s The Lord’s Prayer. Does the landlord’s behavior that you explained look normal to you? People will be occupying someone’s property . They use water & electricity yet, the owner is okay with rent not being paid for 2 years? Spiritual matters are solved spiritually. I tell you if you walk closely with God, you don’t even have to know someone is diabolical. You’ll be very uneasy and restless in that environment around them. Learn how to break strongholds and to command demons out. Tell principalities and powers of darkness that they are under your feet. Begin to bind and lose. Better still, start blasting worship music day & night. Likes of Dunsin Oyekan, Victoria Orenze, Nathaniel Bassey etc. Sometimes put on prayers by the likes of Pastor Jerry Eze, Apostle Joshua Selman & Archbishop Duncan Williams. Do that for a while and see if your landlord will start to appear agitated. Look out for an increase in attacks. Meanwhile, be looking for a new place to move to. When it comes to warfare, we don’t play games. Where I come from, we have a saying that an arrow shot in the night, is sent back in the night. Wake up!!!! |

247Hustler: The beginning
As the title reads, this is a personal account of my struggle in the last 20+ years. I hope this motivates someone to keep faith in the face of daunting challenges.
I am the youngest in a family of three, raised by a single mother. I am the only son and the first and only college-educated among my siblings. My parents divorced when I was two years old, and my mother took up the responsibility of raising us. Unfortunately, she passed away in 2003 when I was in the first year of junior high school, at the age of 12. This marked the beginning of my struggles.
Due to my mother’s death, I had to grow up quickly so I could take care of my basic needs with the help of my grandmother. And in the same year (2003), my sister and I were taken to stay with my maternal aunt to continue our studies, but we had to leave in 2007 when we were in SS2 due to maltreatment from my aunt. For survival, I became a motor boy, following pick-up trucks to load and unload firewood, charcoal, and other woods used in making furniture. The job was very stressful, causing me to often miss classes due to vehicle issues or problems with the police. I did this job for over two years before quitting after my high school graduation. I also worked as an operator, mixer, and carrier in a brick manufacturing company for a few months.
Seun, Justwise, DisGuy, Fynestboi and other moderators, please help move to the front page so others may benefit from this. Hey how are you? Thanks so much for this piece. Very encouraging. So much perseverance & resilience. Currently in the US. Looking to get some advice from you on how to go about online jobs. Sometimes people don’t like inbox messages, that’s why I’ve decided to message you here. Thanks. |

Ohh a war with China won’t last 30 minutes? Since your Chinese are so confident in their skills , why are they constantly trying to steal intelligence info from other countries? Antiochus: China said it was a baloon that monitors weather that strayed into U.S. There are other ways of spying out a country from the outer space with powerful satellites a capability China and other world powers possess. I'll wait for U.S to retrieve the baloon and satellite attached to it and analyse to know if it was a spy satellite. Do you know a 2nd ballon from China was flying over Latin America? When asked if that too was monitoring the weather, they didn’t respond. |

StPete: This story is definitely one-sided and looks like something concocted to paint the guy in bad light. The most probable thing I see from the marriage might be that the lady married the guy because she thought he had money. The family of the girl was also drawn to the guy because they thought he had money
Lemme wait to hear from the guy because this story is embellished to draw pity toward the girl Whether she married him for money or not is irrelevant. So many have married for money, so she isn’t the first or last. However, there’s absolutely no good enough reason, a husband should beat his wife. If he’s tired of her, her parents , siblings and friends still need her. |
Politics › Re: Atiku Has An App For Cashless Vote Buying - Femi Fani-Kayode by Beey(f): 6:30am On Feb 03, 2023 |
Seun: According to chief Femi Fani-Kayode, the reason why Atiku supports Emefiele's cashless policy and is against the extension of the deadline for old naira notes is because PDP has an app that they can use to send money cashlessly to his supporters during the election.
During his interview with Seun Okinbaloye of Channels TV, Fani-Kayode said, "they know about the special app that they have. They know about the number of people on that app that they've already collated so they can be sending credit to them on behalf, so that when they don't have cash it'll say "Atiku is sending you 10,000 naira" throughout the election period. They have a plan for this. They know what they want to do."
He said, "So people should suffer? Simply because you have an app? And in that app you're going to be sending people money? And say 'hey have credit, you can cash the money later?' Their plan, and they are working with CBN, is to ensure that no money comes out at all in this country up until the end of February. That's their plan."
Source
Do you believe him? Do you know the name of the app and the number of people on the app? Should we all join in order to get paid💰? Oga Seun. How far? Quick question, why do you allow pornographic content in your site? Or does it fetch you more money? I don’t have to open some of the topics listed in the romance section to know the content is dirty. Moral bankruptcy everywhere. Smh. Or are you going to ban me again? I cursed out an idiot who came for me & I ended up getting a ban. Some of your MODS are as useless as they come. We enjoy the site though. You just have to nip the weeds in the bud. |

jonili: I've seen numerous topics in the past about toxic workplaces but I never thought I was going to find myself in one of them. Share your experience and how you were able cope till you left.
I'll go first.
My current employers are indians, I've heard stories about them and how toxic they are, but I am not the type to generalize, I always believe most of those people who complains were just unlucky to meet mean indian bosses but my perception about them is changing, between Dec 2022 and Jan 2023, more than 8 people have resigned, some left without resigning just to have peace. Salaries are paid towards the end of another month, no confirmation for staffs, no appraisals, no promotion or salary increase, no good process, people are always assigned tasks that aren't their responsibilities, bosses always nagging, with narcissistic tendencies.
They lack good leadership skills, their only method of communication is to yell at you, they would try to intimidate you, blame you for their mistakes, they also believe they can always get away with anything. I feel the only I feel the only way to manage the situation is to get away from the toxic environment. Now I feel like resigning just to clear my head but I can't quite just to sit at home and they are very much aware of the high unemployment rate in Nigeria, that gives them even more confidence to mistreat Nigerians.
Share your experience on how you were able to cope before getting another opportunity. I am of the opinion that anything that continuously takes my peace of mind is too expensive. There are bosses people hate on for being strict and needing the job done by the book. In that case, I’ll know to make improvement where necessary. However, there’s a category of sadistic people who wanna act like your life is dependent on them. In that case, I’ll gladly shut the door and burn bridges. I have refused to be treated like a child of a lesser god. |
