I spent six months in Ogoni land during NYSC, the three months was spent in frustration, the other three I started learning their language and Akwa Ibom too.

I am currently learning Hausa now.

Mewar University in Masaka was actually a science base secondary School, they rushed to change it to University. Most of these schools don't have the resources and infrastructure to operate.

Public Universities are not helping matter either. That's why after years in school, you are still not technically equipped in your field.

Education is flourishing in Africa and particularly in Nigeria where we too much believe in the paper, but quality education is gone to grave. Europe and America and Asia that don't glorify Degree are still the ones that have what qualify to be called a school.

Andoni, the water is too big. The first time I travelled to Bonny island through Bodo city in Gokana, I was terrified by the water. I hope they work on that road to reduce this monopoly of water transportation to Bonny.

I can speak multiple languages and currently learning an East Asian language and its alphabets. Their history is rich because I really want to read it in their own language and gain knowledge of how they moved away from third world country to a first world country.

I hope to read their own scientific research papers and see what exactly is wrong with Africa even though I understand why the problem is coming from.

Being literate in many languages is fun and amazing, I would have been speaking at least 15 languages by now, if I had the opportunity a lot of people had. If it's possible I want to speak at least 100 languages before I die.

Understanding different languages is one of the signs of an intelligent person. It's very important, although I didn't have the opportunity to learn different languages. I don't even understand my own language which is a big shame.

Did u include CD demo in ur applications when summiting back then?

Someone told me here in nairaland dat sometimes it is good to have gotten some radio skills like video editing, voice trainning and writing skills from a studio(all this normal studios around the streets or roads) before intending going to apply for radio jobs. He also told me to go to broadcasting schools too for traininng. Maybe all these ones are part of the experince too.

The only thing i want to do now is submitting applications with my demo CD in different radio stations and going there too asking if i can be employed to work with dem for free(volunteering).

But i want to ask, wat is the diference between volunteering and internship?

You are very correct. I didn't submit with CD demo, only CV and credentials, although I got invited for an interview, then was one month after NYSC, I was hoping I could get internship with them, something I can be getting stipend for transport.

Let's keep on working on our goals, those dreams that keeps us awake at night shall never die.
