Last time I checked, that was how power handed to Buhari on the alter of integrity and personal qualities, just to get Jonathan out the seat, now everybody is talking about a better recent past.
I've known Tinubu since I was 8,and there's no way I'm voting for Obi ahead of him. They're not in the same league in any way imaginable. I won't blame him for Buhari mal-administration either. He's not part of decision making.
And if I'm going to be joining forces with anyone, it would be with people who will be voting against the top 3 contestants.

Why not just make the two versions available in the south since its still valid, so people will be able to choose?
It's OK to start the e-passport regime in the south, but make it available side by side the existing one, until all the centers are issuing e-passport and the other one is completed phased out.

Why not even test run the e-passport in one state in each region for equity sake?

For a whole State to have 89% of Students with credit pass in at least, 5 subjects (including Maths and English), that would mean for every 10 students, 9 of them have 5 credits (Maths and English inclusive).

Some professors are holding sensitive positions in Nigeria and they are earning far more than those professors in classrooms.

It's OK to reference advanced economies when it's convenient for you.

You mentioned Agriculture, Security and Health taking higher priority over Education in the USA, UK, Russia? Where does the President's Social Media Aide fall in these categories?

A professor who is just a classroom teacher is still behind policy makers.

We have professors holding sensitive positions and they earn far more than professors who are in the classroom.

If you really know the reason why governments subsidize education, you'll know a Professor's job is way more sensitive than posting tweets.
Apart from skills necessary to drive the economy, there are other untold benefits of education. I doubt you or even Buhari know this.
Nigeria spend trillions of naira annually servicing lifestyles of very few individuals and we wonder why the country is the way it is.
Political appointees and elected office holders' pay should be regularised with what's obtainable in the public service and no one under any circumstances should get any extra bonus anywhere near 30% of what they earn.
Anyone who is not comfortable with it should find another job.
Governance is a call to service, not a means to get richer.

Even as bad as Buhari government is, to God be all the glory, I've been able to increase my monthly earnings by 1000% in the last 10 months alone. It's all about having the right skills and positioning yourself for opportunities. It has little to do with the government. Even if $1 = #10000, I will still be fine.
See, my own definition of good governance is very realistic: security of lives and properties, creating enabling environment for businesses to thrive. Most other things will fall into place.
I trust Tinubu more to achieve that.
It's going to take more than calling him thief, drug lord, certificateless,or sick to make me choose Obi before him.

Personality and track record, Tinubu is better than Obi by miles, except you're born in the mid-90s.
You can hate him for helping Buhari become the President or being in the APC, but don't ever compare him to Obi when it comes to governance and leadership.

The next President has to bite the bullet and then phase out or remove petroleum subsidy. Simple. But Nigerians will fight very hard to keep paying for cheap petrol (cheapest in Africa)

Also will next President be willing to raise taxes? Nigeria has the lowest tax to GDP ratio in Africa.

Looking at the top 3 aspirants, none of them has the will to implement this twin unpopular measures.

Raising tax and removing subsidy at this point in time would be counter-productive.
The next government needs to get the country back to where we were in 2015, before implementing those measures.
The first thing to do is to cut down the cost of governance by at least, 50%, or better still, restructure the whole system. Any other thing is a waste of time.
