I'm familiar with this kind of training. I attended one myself, but not a 3-month ish.
Daily stand ups, agile workshops, weekly tasks, assessments and algorithms, and capstone project at the end of the training.
We were not taught just how to code, but how to do it well. Data structure is not even something you can master in 3 months.

I underwent 6 months intensive training in Software Engineering. Despite the fact that I'm already comfortable with with programming, I was still playing catch up with back-end by the end of the training. We were passively taught React and Angular, but I can't still say I'm proficient in front-end years after.
Software development goes beyond just writing code. Consider design, speed, optimization and so on. You want to teach that together with a front-end technology like React in 3 months?
You can't even pass an interview be just an intern with 3 months training in just back-end.
Na when dem tell you to implement linked list on live coding you go know say you no know anything.

It's actually easier to get a job as a programmer in a Bank, than getting a job as a Teller in the same Bank, if you have the required skills.

With your experience, 3 years in Java and .NET (is that not what you meant by Core?), you're good to go with Turing and/or Crossover.
Their screening processes can be difficult, but you can always reapply after failing an attempt.

I have a friend that's into UI/UX. She relocated to Europe last year through that.
However, we still have people earning far less, as little as 120k, doing far more than what people earning 350k are doing.

I've been to every meaningful parts of this country, I've never heard of any market so called Igbo or Hausa market and if you go to any market in any major city, you will always find a fair number of Yoruba people there. There are as many Yorubas as there are Igbos in Kano, Kaduna, Zaria, Sokoto, Katsina, Jos, Birni-Kebbi or Abuja who are doing well. Wherever you get the idea of "Yorubas can not do anything outside of their region".
