Another issue ill like to know about is the true source of the so called violent verses in the bible. Are the command to go to war in the bible from allah or are the part of the false story addition by man.

What I've learned so far from these thread.

1. The thread has been made unpalatable by too many abusive speech. I wunt ask muslims if abusive speech is natural to them, but to every one else , is use of abusive and derogatory words natural to you.

2. The thread does not follow a format, everybody is just trowing accusations left and right.
3. That mohamed marrying a 6 year old girl is justified cus the people at that time practice it. now is that practice praticable in our time? If its not, why?

4. I also learned that the law to kill non muslims is because of the war against meccans, well the killings did not end after the meccans where defeated na!. It has continued up till today.

I disscussed some of these issues with an educated Muslim alfa, he too agreed with the "marriage practise as at that time explanation" but the conversation ended when I asked him if he will allow his 6 year old daughter bring a young man home for marriage , talk less of his own age mate.

Who Is God ?

Do you want to know about the term " God" , or who is called "God".
Or is ur search based on the Christian "God" or those who are called "Gods" in the scriptures. ?

The op has lost sight of the more important things, hence he has failed to see the wonderful and fear inspiring works of Jehovah in the creation of the earth.
The earth is created perfectly for human habitation.
Let's look at the vast oceans with its salt water. First we must agree that at all times there is enough natural fresh water for man to drink. Drought is as a result of mans inability to harness or manage the availability of such resources. So if we have enough fresh water , why are we complaining over salt water.
The oceans being salty is as a result of the presence of dissolved chemicals and compounds which mostly come from land and without the ability of the oceans to manage these chemicals on a large scale you can't imagine, you as a human will not exist .

Let's look at a few wonderful arrangements of Jehovah concerning how he arranged the oceans to be salty.

Oceans as reservoir: these compounds, chemicals and metals found in the sea are essential to mans survival on earth. But it becomes poisonous if its found in larger than normal amount in any particular location . Hence Jehovah arranged a process where these chemicals can be managed on land and transported to the seas where it can be kept till its needed again on land . The ocean is the best kind of reservior ever.

Oceans as natural transporter: the oceans helps transport these essential chemicals from one place to another.

Oceans as a distributor: the oceans helps in the distribution of these chemicals around the world in such a way that it encourages mans survival. Most of the cycles in the world, h2o, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon ,sulfur , metals and others all us the oceans as a means of completing its cycles. Man cannot survive without these cycles.

Oceans as provider of essential food for man: most sea foods come as a result of animal need and perfect use of the salts/chemicals in the ocean . Crabs,lobsters and shrimps will not survive if these chemicals are not present in their present presence amount. bet the op like lobsters and sea food.

Oceans maintainer of mans environment: let's look at the carbon cycle. The compound is present on earth for man to use as source for different kinds of energy . Carbon gets into these seas, gets dissolved, combines with other compounds, get dissociated from chemicals, absobed by plants and micro organisms, get used by humans again . All these is not possible without the oceans being salty.
Whitout these chemicals there will be no planktons, without these planktons, no food for small fishes,whales and humans to eat, without these small fishes, no life can survive in the sea, without life in the sea, there will be no life on the earth, the life of the op thus occurs cus of its well arranged environment, and such environment cannot occur without a salty sea.

Oceans as source of entertainment : the coral reefs is as a result of the direct use of the salt in the sea.

So can the op see jehovahs wonderful works for man?. He provided enough drinking water and then used the rest to ensure our survival . To ensure balance .

Man cannot enjoy all the seas offers without it being salty.

Guys, the bible did not say enoch ascended or teleported to heaven. Apostle paul said "all" the faithful men and women he mentioned their names( enoch inclusive ) died. He said they did not receive the reward but saw it afar off.

The heaven where elijah ascended to is not the heaven where the spirits resides.
Why? Flesh and blood cannot enter there.
Elijah did not fufill the criteria for entering heaven
And furthermore elijah was said to be active on earth several years after the chariot in a whirlwind took him away, even after elisha became prophet.

I hope you read the account of the so-called rapture, if the faithful ones has been ressurected before then , who will now be resurrected during that event.

What the bible affirms is that such a mother will be held accountable for her actions.

The Bible specifically does not mention what happens to such babies. So anything said would be speculations and educated/informed guesses which could be totally wrong.
For Example When King Jeroboam's infant baby was sick, the wife sought God's prophet for a cure, she was told the baby would die but he would be the only one that would be properly buried because something good was found in the baby, whereas all other children of Jeroboam would die shameful deaths with no proper burial.

When Rachel was pregnant with Isaac and Esau, the scriptures said he saw the two of them struggling in the womb and saw that one would be greater than the other.
So that shows God can see something good or bad in a baby and can make judgement based on it.

Whether God does that for all babies or dead babies, i don't know.

There was also a prophesy about Rachel weeping for the babies and children that were killed by Herod and the prophesy stated that all the children would be resurrected.

That is as much as i know from the scriptures about the matter.

A mediator is a negotiator who acts as a link between parties. A person that tries to get agreement between people who disagree with each other. If Jesus is this mediator ('the middleman') that reconciles man to the almighty God, is it reasonable to say he is the almighty God himself?

He occupies a middle position, stands between man and the almighty God, his father. That is why before you can do anything with the father, you MUST pass through him, the mediator. This position and role of his belies all teachings and claims of Jesus' almightiness. You can't pass through the almighty God to see/meet another being.

Again, almighty God cannot and will never die for whatever reason. He is 'the king of eternity'. No one can be described as such if he has ever experienced death.

If you follow the chronological of event. What would you have done in that circumstance? Give up, blame the causer of the problem(Ibrahim asw), give up on your faith or use faith where the hope of surviving is only by a miracle? The lesson which everyone of us must learn from the story is never to lose FAITH 'IMAN' in Allah when face with life trials and problem.
