No cervical collar to stabilize the neck incase of a cervical spine fracture.

it's like you don't understand how bad things are in our Healthcare system. Most government hospitals don't have cervical collar, patient get it out of pocket, go and price at mushin or Eko market. You are now talking about an infamous private hospital like Doren specialist hospital.

My Sister started behaving weirdly last few Weeks. She laughs alone, talks alone and is sometimes restless especially at Night.

The whole thing begins on 25th July when i had unprotected sex with my bf. before then my last period came on the 17th of July. so i had sex just about a week after.

The Igbos, among the major ethnic groups in Nigeria, are really the least tribalistic (and in a nation comprised of more than 450 ethnic groups this is a good trait for peaceful cohabitation). There are many Igbo people around Nigeria, and they all appear to be very comfortable there. Sometimes, an Igbo person settles in a foreign land.


The Igbos are also commercially minded, yet this is simply one example of an Igbo man's flaming ambition and desire for greatness. The Igbo man enjoys feeling superior to others, both people from other ethnic groups and those from his own, and he uses all of his skills to make that sensation a reality. The Igbo guy views himself as superior because of who he is and not because of what WE have or WHO WE ARE. The Igbo psyche is ruled by individuality rather than communalism, which may explain why they come across as more progressive than people of other races.


The Igbos, however, are most flawed by this similar tendency. Igbo people are also known for being cynical, shrewd, and brutally astute, much like Shylock. It causes the Igbos to see everyone as just another rung on their ladder of success, including other Igbos, and they are less likely to hesitate to take shortcuts as a result.

In a country where political participation at the national level is mostly defined by the communal support of your own ethnic group, the Igbo have been rendered politically useless by this very attribute. This same characteristic causes other ethnic groups to use a long spoon whenever an Igbo guy is present at the table. It is a quality that breeds an enticing brew of anger and terror of the Igbos in the hearts of others.

He left the Anambra treasury with more money than he had when he began serving as governor. So Nigerians, I can say with certainty that no family in Nigeria hasn't been taken advantage of by an Ibo man. The majority of them are hateful and egotistical, but among them, we found a candidate who will rescue us from the woods and lay the groundwork for us to start building and being proud to identify as Nigerians.

The two candidates mentioned above have spent the most of their careers turning Nigeria into the world's most impoverished nation, but Peter Obi is a genuine guy with integrity who has the know-how to restore our greatness. So let's bury the hatch and choose him to lead us on a better road to greatness. I won't lower myself to respond to hate speech; instead, I'll only address posts that make sense with facts and enlighten us for the greater good. Happy weekend let make Nigeria great again.

I got involved with Jenny (not real name) an undergraduate student couple of months ago after my 3 year old relationship with my girlfriend crashed. I am not ready and not financially capable of bringing a child into this world. My academic pursuit and living expenses is draining all my resources and the present economic recession isn't helping matters at all.

Jenny's mum called me an hour ago threatening to personally deal with me if I don't do something about her daughter. Her request is that I should register Jenny at a hospital or i will get what is coming to me. Please I need advice, I haven't told anyone about the situation I am in. What type of legal action can the mother (she recently returned to Nigeria from oversea) take up against me besides sending her boys to beat me up?

So, I have been able to save some money from my little business and I'm thinking of getting an accommodation for myself.

You can say that again! When it's that time of the month, I find myself silently cursing Eve and wishing she hadn't eaten the forbidden fruit, to thrust all of us into this mess, while also wishing I would stop bleeding already.

I don't know whether to stand, sit or lay down, the internal and external discomfort is just crazy. Not to mention accidentally staining your clothes or fresh bedsheets, then having to change/wash them. The struggle to find the best sleeping position nko, to avoid staining the sheets/mattress, waking up at odd hours to wash up again and change a soaked pad, not being able to go back to sleep afterwards and generally not sleeping well because of menstruation.

It's even worse when it starts within the week and I have to be at work. I am insanely self conscious and not focused on work, I carry all my sanitary items (baby wipes, nylon bags, pads, fresh panties etc) to keep refreshing and changing as the hours go by. It can be extremely uncomfortable doing so in a public rest room.

It is beyond icky and uncomfortable, it is a nasty plague I can't wait to be over and done with.

As nasty as it is, menopause is no joke either
