So, I've been having my normal flow as usual until March this year. Happened that my flow was delayed for some days and when it finally decided to come, it showed up as spotting.
I spotted for close to two weeks and felt something was wrong. I visited the hospital and Dr prescribed duphaston for me for 7days. After completing the dosage, I noticed I started bleeding uncontrollable for 3days with heavy clots
The bleeding didn't stop till I got a different supplement for balancing hormones (actually a family member recommended it). The bleeding stopped but spotting surfaced again.
I went back to the hospital and Dr said I should do a hormonal profile test
I did and the result shows I have low progesterone. Dr confirmed that it wasn't pcos because I was suspecting it could be.
I did a couple of tests that showed it wasn't pcos
Pelvic scan result came out good I didn't and have never had menstrual cramps (except once in like 6years) Never missed my period Never had hairs on my body or face Never had water or whatever it's called on my breast
None of those symptoms
Dr insists it's a case of hormonal imbalance
Again, he gave me another dose of duphaston to take for two weeks
I've completed the dosage but I'm noticing again that I'm bleeding
Please what could be the cause?
Has anyone experienced this before?

For the five days I had the shots, they were being administered to me by different persons, I think about three different persons. The first day I took it, the pain was there but not much. It was that painful. The last shot was the best, I didn't feel any pain at all. The first day, the subsequent days, and the last day were all handled by three different persons, the pains I felt were just different in all those days.
Now, the thing, one week after I finished taking the shots, I still feel pains on my butt cheeks, especially when I lay down. Honestly, I don't know what to do. I thought the pain was supposed to be gone by now. Why do they still hurt? Could there be a problem or something went wrong during the course of taking the shots? Honestly, I don't know what to say or do? Please, I need your help/suggestions/opinions on what I can do so that the pain can stop or at least subside.

@ bolded in red is completely untrue. When I served as a doctor in 2019, I was earning 40k a month, and was required to work for 24/7 for one week , then the other week I had to come from 8-5pm MondaytoFri. So I had only 4 days of free time in a month.
All attempts to leave my PPA proved ineffective because it was a militaryhospital, my LGI and the state chairman didn't help. I was angry and depressed. I also almost got exposed to HIV because of my superior's incompetence (a Major) and had to suffer nightmares and swinging mood for 4 weeks because I was taking PEP(drugs to prevent HIV after exposure).
