Eko Atlantic: Someone should tell this guy he's the president and not a local gov chairman. He fights with anyone who gives no fvck about his ...These are the kinds that have taken nairaland to the dogs. If you don't have any meaningful contribution, better zeal your gutters before embarrassing yourself with your Giberish.. If that is how you quote and interprete things out of context better confine your idiosy to yourself because I have not seen where it was written that the president gave such directive. However, NAMA preserve the right to ground any airline if it didn't meet certain requirements so stop fooling yourself with your hatred for the president! You may never live to achieve what he has achieved. |
benodic: i am surprised that it is the arewa youths that are making a commotion over this issue. i was there myself and i witnessed this same arewa youths coming to kill us southerners for daring to vote for Jonathan in their own land. they already warned us before the election about what they were going to do and we thought they were joking until the day we saw for ourselves what the destructive youth in the north were capable of. the people who should be complaining have no time for that. my friend who lost all his property in the carnage and who i even tried to post his pictures in Nairaland here and other southerners who lost properties in the carnage have longed ago moved on with their lives.Sensible post. Arewa youths belong to the dogs, they can only bark but can't bite. When the real struggle starts we shall see. These youths and their garrulous leader are only pursuing sectional agenda so they will continue to renegade other regions of the country and be stealing us blind but Nigeria is wiser now. |
Whether it's 4, 5 or 13 billion naira or even dollars shouldn't be your headache provided your money was not forcefully taken from you to support the project. I worship in that church and I am blessed for it. Just give it a try and your level of reasoning will change.. I congratulate the founder, the pastors, members and the christedoms in general. |
Ujujoan: Fist off, if he's in a public bar, the noise will be too much for you guys to have a reasonable conversation. It'll be better if you waited for him to get home. One kind of lady i wish to be the mother of my kids. |
He agreed that his car windows are not bullet proof, as already stated by the police, but argued that they are double-placed-treated glasses only penetrable by close range shots. How double placed can the glass be that the velocity of a Ak 47 or even pistle bullets cannot leave cracks. This Alaye should say something else. |
Ok, good one. I knew boy Jona will shame haters. But what other manifesto will jihad ayatollah muh'd Buhari have na? Boy JONA wicked o, chei!. Fresh Air, 2015 ![]() |
Lai Mohammed must be a fool to have made his appeal to a state governor to compel on a president to shelve his official and state responsibility because of a sociopolitical event as party convention. This man has lost all sense of decorum and I am beginning to think he is more of a nuisance to his party than an asset considering his recent senseless vituperations. I don't subscribe to either party postponing their event( though I frown at the mindless disrespect the person of Lai Mohammed have for the office of the president of the federal republic of Nigeria ) but traffic control agencies should be on the alert to do a good job. It surely gonna be a very hectic day in lasgidi |
This is the prize of recalcitrant and overzealous journalism. I pity these fellows but they went too far serving the interest of some political elements. That document whether true or false was capable of causing disaffection in the polity hence it's a treasonable offence. A presidential directive isn't the business of Leadership Newspaper to make public. We should learn to respect institution even if we don't have regard for the occupants of such institution. These men have just landed themselves in trouble for a pittance. |
I suspected this man was only trying to get attention and act on the mentality of the non-discerning members of the society. An ex-federal law maker with no visible business driving on a 20 million naira Bentley but said to be fighting for the masses when his community in Ayetoro-, Kogi state have no pipe borne water, functioning health institution etc not to talk of indigent citizens whose Dino's 50,000 naira scholarship could have saved from illiteracy. Well, let his social responsibility bulge me not as he is not obliged or constitutionally responsible for these provisions though a morally upright, defender of the poor masses as Dino claimed to be is morally obliged to provide such little philanthropic gesture as above but I am appalled and ashamed at the way Dino stage some of these stunts. The guy is way too unintelligent for such schemings, by not allowing some shots at his Bentley so there could be some level of physical evidenceand truism to his lies. Dino is simply being hunted by his imagination. He should let the police know the mafias he had tried cheating in business that a sound hallucination from his deluded mind can now translate to a politically staged assassination attempt. Smh. |

Eko Ile: I hope you don pack your bag, pure water and akpu for your journey..You are really funny. I read your garbage anytime am less busy and at times it's difficult to comment because of the level of critical thinking, objectivity and reasoning on the forum. But suffice I say that you and some other folks have been too consistent at attacking anything that has to do with the present government but are so quick to shout uhuru when it bears on Tinubu and cohorts cum ACN/APC( it calls for suspicion). You are at liberty to have an interest but declare your nomenclature rather than hiding in the cloak of a social commentator to misinform some low thinkers like you.( insult not intended). You are not as pained as I am with the fate of our country and continent and you probably couldn't have made 1/4 th effort some of us have made to attempt a change in the polity but the Nigerian state is complex. We are making progress though we deserve to be better, you guys just acknowledge the stalk reality. |
~Bluetooth:If I may ask you, can you point at one thing you have achieved for Nigeria other than CRITICISE and discredit those who maybe making efforts ? That is the problem with your likes. Spewing rubbish and disparaging the people in authority won't change the fortune of our dear nation but our collective individual effort could. The biggest problem is the fact that your zeal maybe embedded in representing a primordial interest such as being sympathetic to a political party hence nothing good can come out of your perceived enemies( some people need some head checks) |
Eko Ile: What an embarrassment, even worse than elebel Jonathan abdul el reterdeen odechukwu's encounter with CNN.You are just a sadist and I am not surprise at your poo considering your status on nairaland. It's obvious you didn't watch the interview for reasons known to you but I did and I am saying unequivocally that are presentation was great. I don't know when your likes will win disciples for the interest you represent because your persistent parochialism and amateurish disposition gonna put some who might have been naturally sympathetic to your course off. You should learn honour by knowing the golden rule of public relations as patriots to always try not to bring your country down before foreign media and the world, better be non- committal. This is my grudge with ACN and why I will relocate to Gambia than see Lia Mohammed and Tinubu rule this nation. Neither do I praise the rogues in PDP but I have come to understand that a man is not viewed differently from the way his country is viewed irrespective of how saintly you may pretend to be. |
Let us see how this drama will end. Yet too early to conclude but I know this is not easy on the presidency. Balancing the' need for peace 'with' justice 'for the overall interest of the nation.. |
Ngozi finish this Armanpour lady sha o . Nice one, Ngozi, Armanpour should be rightly placed. |
These where great men who took the world a step higher than God made it. R.I.P Edward, u will for sure be immortal in as much as IVF remains yet a technology of tomorrow since it's obvious that infertility can only get worse considering the horrible lifestyle of many. |
Lagosianswag: Where Can One Get A Surrogate In Nigeria. You can inbox me for a chat. My clinic can help you work on something |
Why is ACN so jittery at the mention of the UPN? And why are they scared of another political party springing up ? Thought this is exactly what the PDP was accused of. I think the ACN as a party should be careful at the way they raise alarms and accuse others of every single misfortune that befalls them. The ACN has made the PDP their only manifesto and it's a very sad development for a party of its status. |
Some people actually think they are getting more popular because of the type of things they say on Social Media. In actual fact they are only getting more notorious and famous. A lot of the time politicians and activists don’t realize that they do not need more fame. What they need is more credibility. And while their compartment on Social Media will continue to add to their fame they pay the price for that by way of loss of credibility. I am fortunate to have learnt such lessons in the States, so I don’t let myself get bothered by such people. By the time they realize what they have done to their image it will be too late. Exactly why the likes of El Rufai are doomed politically even if APC clings power in 2015. Please, someone should advise Oby Ezekwesili on this sad truth. She's gradually losing her acceptability and credibility for leadership with her continued tantrums on twitter. Compare her with NOI, the latter is fast earning more respect and maturity why the former is gradually being seen as a voice of opposition. Reno displayed much maturity and intelligence in this interview and it speaks volume of his personality. |
Amaechi should just shut it and stop seeking sympathy where he was never going to find one. He should accept he is a renegade and a prodigal son, then ask for forgiveness and save himself of those other scraps. The bottom line is ambition. Gov Amaechi no doubt a man I like his leadership qualities became a god through the mechanisation of the governor's forum and allowed ambition to becloud his reasoning hence started challenging the presidency at every given opportunity. He found solace in the opposition and some northerngovernors whose antagonism is a blend of national interest and partisanship. Amaechi's popularity is fast deteriorating in the South South because of the way he is perceived. No body is hunting him but his actions. |
Right step on d right direction.[/quote} Hmmm @ on. Shem maybe better than somebody afterall. |
berem: Buhari refused to mediate on behalf of Boko haram, he was tagged their sponsor. If he had mediated, he will still be tagged a boko haramist. Meanwhile, some boko haram members were found in the houses of some PDP members in the north, yet Buhari gets the blame! and the blame still continues......Though you have never been logical but the day you became a chaperone and garrulously illogical was the day I stopped honoring your post. You can have a mentor, understood, but as an advise try to have a sellable figure as such. I wonder how Buhari went through the NDA, cos he caughts me as the dumbest Nigerian living or dead. Someone's with Buhari's mental acumen, is not qualified as a ward councillor and I wonder why the shout of presidency. A presumed leader who has no iota of diplomacy in him can't be a president. Buhari shd tell Nigerians the truth and explain what he knows about the Islamists Boko haram. |
karl max: here is the political career of the senators u mentioned nairalanders should take note of the year the said senators decamped to PDP AND THE YEAR HE WAS ARRESTED BY THE THE SAME PDP GOVERNMENT ON CHARGES OF TERROR ALSO TAKE NOTE OF THE PARTY HE BELONGED TO BEFORE HE DECAMPED TO PDPAn intelligent piece. Let the APC apologists and the choir masters of Azazi's testimony answer this.. |
ayox2003: Folks are always quick to point fingers at Buhari/Tinubu, without, for the sake of posterity, taking a cursory look at how events have unfolded on the political scene.Same old story trying to be logical but you can't deny nigerians of their feelings which says that Buhari and co are haramists and Boko haram sympatisers. Least I forget, Azizi died on his way from Oronto Dauglas's father's burial, not Orubebe as your rotten head is thinking. For your information we have heard ths over and over again, it's not going to change anything, so say something else. |
Exactly how government should be run. Instead of Arewa Youth to face reality on ground, they are ledastray by their greedy northern oligarchy. Me I they watch sha |

Eyah! So sorry. But what makes you an author of wisdom on this issue? Stick to your choice and let others, theirs |
It will be a costly mistake by Nigerians to allow this merger to take the reigns of power. Maturity is what counts. The best they can do for Nigerians is to be a credible opposition. So GEJ till 2019. Fresh Air |
alaoeri: Indirectly JTF are saying ωε can't curb these ppl.JTF IS ASKING THE GOVERNMENT TO LET THEM HANDLE THEM IN THEIR OWN WAY.. PERIOD! |
Sincere 9gerian: U.S. Excludes Nigeria From Africa’s Democracy Summit?O boy ey! dis situation is worse here in area 8, GARKI o, Infact en, no work o, mesef na sack cloth and ashes I wear, they roll myself for road. Come see everybody 4 road dey apologize to Obama to forgive we country unto say na we bomb the twin tower for 2001. Everybody just dey cry 4 Abuja cos say America no invite us too for this summit. We dey vex say whydem exclude only we country wen dem invite south Africa, Egypt, Ghana, Cameroon, etc. loooooool @ idiotic morons |
9999: Though Am a Bonafide Memeber Of ACN....Bt Sentiment Aside Nigerians Should Stop This Attack On GEJ For Pardoning Alamiesiha It Can't Be Easy For Him To Ignore a Person That paved Way For Him To Get To Where He's Today, The Fact is: i Would Do The Same, Fashola Would Do The Same For Tinubu, Many Of You Here Will Do The Same Too...& As For The White House They Should Go To Hell!!!From a logical Nigerian, who just said it, truthfully, leaving politics aside. God bless your sincerity. |
In a long while, this man defeated emotion and spoke some simple truth.. |
I need to be a member of the African People's Congress( the real APC). Bleep these gluttons, shit Buhari. He remains unelectable. |
way of doing things but proudly call "terrorists his brothers" to an extent of proposing amnesty for them.

, is a jihadist militant organisation based in the northeast of Nigeria. It is an Islamist movement which strongly opposes man-made laws and westernization. Founded by Mohammed Yusuf in 2001, the organisation seeks to establish sharia in the country.
