Operations are covered by it. A friend removed a lump from her breast via NHIS and I had my CS via NHIS, the hospital charges 500k for CS but patients will only end up paying 50k. So it covers some operations, pending on your package.

Its just 15k to register and you are covered for a year, paying only 10% of all medical expenses within the period of that one year.

Based on my own experience, register with a hospital, when you get the card take it to the hospital you submitted during registration, activate it.

Anytime you are sick take it to the hospital you registered

Expensive drugs are not covered by it, but the cheaper ones are, blood test is covered by it but operation is not covered by it

I normally bath with cold water even during cold season which I enjoy. Are there any side effects for its excessive use in the long run?

There is nothing wrong with bathing with clod water once your body can withstand it and you don't have any health challenges

But once you approach 50/60yrs, you will want to switch to warm bath

I met this new guy. It's long distance and we say we want to make things work. He will visit soon according to him. But he is asking for financial help barely after one week. For a child of his age to be lying smartly gives room for strick discipline

Sit him down and have a heart to heart talk with him in your private room

Promise to give him whatever he ask of only if he can stop those habits and do better in class

Keep an eye on him and inform his class teacher so that anything the teacher observes, will be passed on to you

Cut him off from visiting your neighbours children, he must learn the habit of staying indoors, more especially if you living in a flat

Engage someone to be teaching him lessons and that will keep him indoors and busy, he won't remember those goodies

What you are about doing will help to control him during teenage years

I applied to unilorin (MBBS, Direct Entry) and scored 80% all to no avail
