It is your choice to believe whoever you want to, but I refuse to believe an agent is needed in the H1B lottery process other than the company which employed the applicant.

However, please don't come complaining kini kon kini kon when kasala burst. Anything you see, take it like that.

I do laugh when Blacks in the diaspora find pride in their works and achievements overseas, seeing it as an opportunity to rank on the same level as their European, Asian, or American counterparts. I'm glad of their achievements though. Happy for them. However, the White Man still dominates.

The White man is the template for Black's progress. It may not be so in the past. But that's the case now. And they can do to the Black race as they are currently doing. So what's the essence of the King Kong attitude?

We don't even care about nation-building and development as individuals. Everywhere you go in this country, you just see more reasons why the country will continue to remain in the dark. Hardly anyone thinks. Hardly anyone that's logical. Hardly anyone trying to make it work.
starts from the little we can do right now.

Thanks.
It is a coping mechanism, especially from those who can still relate to their African ancestry. I omit African Americans as those ones are culturally detached and for a very long time. It still affect them though as the majority of non-black see black as Africa. However, for those with relatively recent ancestry to Africa chanting mumbo-jumbo, I laugh.

Remi Adekoya has written many articles, and finally a book, (https://www.amazon.com/Its-Not-About-Whiteness-Wealth/dp/1408716666) on the issue of racism and wealth, but surprisingly, none of these black folks in the diaspora dey think of: why can't we have a successful black country to call our own? At least begin dey find way to implement the knowledge wey dem don garner so far. I watched a video by one second-generation British-Nigerian finance chick who is living in Dubai. She likes the place, but admits it is not a place to raise black children (technically admitting she would marry a black man as Dubai is not fair to black women with regards to dating) based on her upbringing in the UK. She complains of the lack of Black Dubai as that is where she would have raised her children. This is what the Chinese have achieved - alternatives to Mainland China, but still retaining Chinese dominance, safety and prosperity.

In this thread: https://www.nairaland.com/5886610/racism-against-blacks-reduce-drastically I mentioned that should black Africa be prosperous, many African Americans would gladly return. People tend to forget the importance of living amongst folks who look like you. Humans are tribal.

I just signed up with an agent here in Nigeria called Vesti for H1B
Has anyone used their services before?

Please i need all necessary information to work with and the right questions to ask them.

I got a notice from them that I was selected in the H1BLottery, next step is to pay $7k which have been doing finding abt them if it's real or scam. Please anyone on this track too.

Just signed up too, waiting to hear about them

I'm looking in this direction too but I know absolutely nothing about it.
You don't need an agent to file or process H1B for you. What you need is a job from a company which does the filing and processing, including payment. The employee does not pay anything.

Thank you for noting this - but the effects extend far beyond these. No culture dwelling in such hot parts will develop technologies which have at their root the search for heat. The search for heat in itself is a thing that will very naturally trigger the development of much technology which is heat based and heat reliant. And aside from this, the existence of something such as winter alone, imposes a rigor to planning without which a people would simply die off. Entirely. There is a simple saying that summarizes this: necessity is the mother of invention and that also tells us why there is a spike in inventions during times of war.

I also mentioned geography and one thing that should be noted is the way the developed nations of the world are all placed along certain latitudes on the Earth. They are almost all entirely within the temperate zones of the Earth horizontally, from the East end of Russia all the way to the West End of Canada - they fall within a certain geographical band. This is enough to trigger thinking persons towards understanding the reasons for certain things - and aside from this, the geography of that band permitted much movement and trade in ave the lowest IQ and in this, please be wary of IQ tests which are knowledge based because knowledge is not the same thing as intelligence. Also be careful enough to consider socio-economic factors in your assessment because children from hungry and deprived homes are certainly less likely to excel in school than well fed children from comfortable homes who have access to the best educational tools.
I once read that theory from this book: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guns,_Germs,_and_Steel

Some people oppose his theory, but it has some sense. However, a society in a tropical environment is supposed to invent, innovate and keep improving ways to cool themselves and their items. While too much cold can kill, too much heat can be uncomfortable.

Yes, Europe was stagnant for 1000 years, but it was not retrogressing. This was mainly due to religious and political conflicts that were rife at he retrogressing as a race and unable to build prosperous and stable societies.
The most annoying to me are Haiti, Guyana and Jamaica. Countries that were handed over to blacks to develop in the middle of the Americas, and we made a mess of them.
France messed up that country. France is a terrible coloniser. French colonies are poorer than their British counterparts. It is one of the reasons I have this belief that whites would not wish blacks to become economically powerful as China because we would avenge many atrocities. As the population of blacks (in Africa) increases, whites will become antsy. This paper talks in-depth about it: https://www.hoover.org/research/africa-2050-demographic-truth-and-consequences

(1) I agree with you. No dispute.

I want to ask though, what is QUALITY that you imply? If a tribe or race PREFERS to wallow in poverty, or is ignorant of what better prospects are out there, that shouldn't be a problem. Does that constitute a negative?
Just as we agreed, all cultures are not equal. Some cultures promote enterprise, pragmatism, integrity, freedom of thought and beliefs etc. These are characteristics that, when combined with capitalism and the protection of private property and investments, would become prosperous. On the other hand, some cultures go against those attributes I mentioned, such that even though they might be homogenous, they would never be successful and prosperous. A very good example is: Ibibios in Akwa Ibom vs ethnic Somalis. Exchange both groups to live in the other party's environment, and present-day Somalia would become a place many people from different parts of the world would desire to visit, while present-day Akwa Ibom would become hell on earth.

As you stated, it should not be a problem nor should it constitute a negative PROVIDED the group keep to itself and not spread its results to other groups. In pidgin, they should dey their dey

(2) Such a tripartite nation would NOT be stable at all if it's a democracy. That's for sure.

Good Luck to Nigeria.
Because they are different racial groups, I might agree with you because Belgium and Switzerland are examples to prove that different ethnicities promoting the same characteristics can live in harmony even with equal population percentages. Olden day Malaysia, which had the present-day Singapore, could prove you correct. However, the Malays did not promote the same characteristics as the Chinese in the now Singapore. If those Malays exhibited qualities like Germans, it would have worked seamlessly.

To be fair to him, if you want money from American investors, one has to write and speak like an American. He was doubling down on it, which got Nigerian netizens angry. I was discussing with Tensa20 say the argument which erupted yesterday would further deter/discourage white Americans from investing in the Nigerian tech space. Thankfully, China is available. The problem be say we too poor to get profits compared to other markets like Indonesia and India. It is why I have never considered tech as a leeway to Nigeria's prosperity.

Anyway, Elon Musk has garnered new disciples in his anti-black ideology. As the population of blacks increase while whites decline, we should expect more outrage and backlash. The future go get as e be.

Japanese housewives literally receive their husbands’ salaries and determine what goes to the hands of the husbands. They have no choice but to prefer being housewives.
But Emirati women don't get all of their husbands' salaries, but it is developed. It is men, not women, who develop and chart the course of successful societies.

https://www.nairaland.com/6643241/nigerian-men-failed-women

A developed society is such that you, as the man, build it to high levels, then set societal rules for everyone to follow. Those wey no follow can go to hell, it is none of your business. You created that society. That is what Chinese men have done, and I admire them so much. As it is, all Chinese dominant societies are prosperous, safe and thriving.

Black women have an entitled mentality unlike white women who work and believe in gender equality, a typical black woman prefers her position is in the kitchen and bedroom. As long as the man is rich. A Fulfillment marrying who has money.
There is nothing wrong with that. Emirati and Japanese women prefer being housewives while their husbands earn money for the households. The koko be say, Emirati and Japanese men have built successful, safe and thiving societies. The question is: why has the black man not done the same?

Well written Cave and I share the same thoughts as you but the most annoying thing about this after coming to the realization of how low the IQ of the black race is the fact that you have no control over your being black and that you might be the only one in the midst of a billion souls who's only come to this knowledge and enlightenment.

Most Black Africans from my own observation simply do not care and would rather give in to carnal desires rather than ponder on how to improve their race. It's all man for himself. The whites do not think like that.
Na wetin I realise few years ago. Person go think tire con later realise say na only am and few others dey reason like that. I recall when David Hundyein tweeted that in the coming years, whites would not be comfortable with blacks in their midst and the only solution is building a functioning black country in Africa. Even if it means seizing power and just create a functioning black dominated society in Africa.

Furthermore, I have also written on how I am reluctant to reproduce as a Black African person because there is no leverage to my offspring to succeed in this world where we are at the bottom of the pyramid.

I have lived with white people, I have worked with white people.

I have white folks as my friends.

I have studied them, how they think, their mentality and mindset, their preference for using logic rather than emotions or sentiments in dealing with issues, their inclusive thinking to nation buildings, their perchance for meritocracy, their immediate urge to look for a solution when something goes wrong and learn from it, their formulation of laws and swiftness to punish those who disobey them, their lazy approach to work and life which in turn makes them creative and come up/build on technology to make life easier for them, their respect of people's choices and way of life so long as it's legal and in line with the law.
To be fair, those qualities can easily be implemented in societies where there is a clear dominance by groups which desire those attributes. However, as I write, there exist countries with such dominance, yet dem no dey successful. The thing tire person sha. For instance, see Equatorial Guinea and Gabon. Fine, they are ruled by dictators, but why not implement similar policies like those in the UAE and Qatar? That way, you diversify from oil and attract people from around the world to live, work and play in your countries. No point to reinventing the wheel, just copy and paste. Finish!

Thank God say the tweet by Paul Graham has revealed some of the thoughts white Americans have towards black Africans. I hope more of such revelations happen, maybe some people go develop sense by force.

African elites are dumb. They represent a larger percentage of low IQ. Hence, rather than unite at both national and Continental levels, to improve the state of their country and continent respectively, they will decide to spend it lavishly or look for a soakaway to store their money.

Yes, of course, many do have investments here and there, both domestic and international. But the point is that they don't see a need to use their position as a medium to develop their nations.

It's elites that rule and run a country; politicians are their puppeteers, from the presidential seat to the last civil servant.

However, they would rather catch a cruise or use their position to oppress the common man. See Erisco as an example.

It was American elites: Vanderbilt, Rockefeller, Ford, Carnegie, Morgan, etc. that built America. Wealthy men who in a competition to become the most richest and powerful man in America used goods, services, and creativity to better their nation.
Honestly, after wetin I don see so far, I don't rate Nigerian elites and other black elites. Nigerian elites, in particular, because we are the most populous black country and should be a leading example of black strive for excellence. We no do well. Fine, the white and even Arab men don deal with us, but we suppose get sense and re-strategise for the greater good of ourselves. See China today, I can count how many times Xi has travelled out to visit other world leaders. But for the past few months, foreign leaders have been visiting him, soliciting for deals and treaties. In return, they are negotiating ruthlessly and stating their needs with terms and conditions.

Another thing is that from observation most elites believe the country is gone. Especially those that are not too close to the corridors of power and politics. If they've lost hope in the state of the nation, their lackadaisical attitude can't be far-fetched.
That is the bad thing about diversity. People lose a sense of belonging and patriotism in the country. But then, see the sit-at-home declaration and subsequent insecurity in the south east. I wondered what Igbo elites were doing. When a society falls, I blame the elites, both private and public. Many people seem to disregard the psychological comfort of living in their dominant environment, which is clean, safe and prosperous. I wonder how African elites would cope should the West institute the citizenship revocation the US did against Chinese-American scientists. Most renounced American citizenship and moved to China. If China get as e be for them, they move to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Korea or Japan. Wahali! East Asians don try for themselves. In all of this, they would maintain the same living standards and live in prosperous places as they did in the US.

Take it from me, most Igbos WOULD turn against Peter Obi should he run alongside El-Rufai. You don't understand the philosophy and ideology of an average Igbo person, so I understand your ignorance. Mind you, Buhari paired with an Igbo man, yet Igbos voted against him.

The legendary obstetrician and gynaecologist, Professor Tiamiyu Belo-Osagie, worked at the Military Hospital, Lagos and the Lagos University Teaching Hospital on his return from the United States.

He set up his medical practice, the Osagie Medical Centre, in the 1960s (that's where he delivered my brother).

He moved to Benin in the 1970s, where he established the University of Benin Teaching Hospital. He worked (at various times) as Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Provost of the College of Medical Sciences at the University of Benin between 1972 and 1979.

He was the personal physician to the President of Nigeria in the 1980s. In this position he was involved in the births of Saudatu Shehu Shagari in 1981 and Halima Babangida in 1989.

Professor Tiamiyu Belo-Osagie returned to the Osagie Medical Centre in the 1990s where he was in high demand.

Away from the medical world, he also served as the chairman of Societe General Bank and was on the board of many companies. He was the father of Hakeem Belo-Osagie who is a former chairman of UBA (Keem Belo-Osagie started out as a special assistant to President Shagari). He recieved the national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) in 1982.

Professor Tiamiyu Belo-Osagie died in March 2005.
Hakeem Belo-Osagie is the son of Professor Tiamiyu Belo-Osagie. He attended Harvard University and worked as an assistant to Presidents Shagari and Babangida.

He has served as chairman of the boards of the United Bank for Africa (UBA), Etisalat Nigeria and Chocolate City Records.
His daughter has triple degrees from Princeton, Havard and Stanford universities. He is a relative of sort to the tech investor Victor Asemota. Malcolm Gladwell no lie when him write the book "Outliers". His trajectory mimics that of Adebayo Ogunlesi, whose dad was the first professor of medicine in Nigeria. Ogunlesi studied at Kings College Lagos, Oxford and Harvard Universities.

My annoyance be say upon all these profiles of Nigerian elites, we never even reach or attain the level of Malaysia. Some of the elites in Nigeria still believe in government subsidies. I respect Chinese elites as they used their brilliance, creativity and influence to develop their country.

The instruction code, from my research is totally serious and it takes mentally strong personae to resist the instruct set that alerts men to mate at the sight of a mature female. And it has been programmed so dangerously precise that if you resist the instruction to mate for decades, then men develop a form of cancer in their sex organs which is a direct consequence of not ejaculating the sperm when the instruction packet was sent.

What I am stating in essence, from my findings, is that the designers of humans, actually programmed men to mate or die. This is not about morality, so I can not question the designers of humans, but I can only tell them that this is a great curse to men cos sex is getting expensive and too regulated.

My assumption is that a man needs 4 wives or a wife and 3 concubines to really thrive but it is too tough on us men. I personally do not have the desire for such things, but I know these are facts. Sometimes women think sex is fun, hell no, most times we are fulfilling pressure instructions to mate.
The Biology of Cheating.

No wonder Islam is waxing strong. Muslim men have little to worry about, especially as the religion prohibits their women from marrying out and restricts those who wish to renounce the religion.

When men want faithfulness or a faithful woman for marriage, they don't tag video vixens, Nollywood actresses or Big Brother Naija women (call it stereotype, but that's the reality). You'll always find men on Nairaland, demanding virginity and all.

You all (women) should raise the moral standard too. It is not everyday steeze or money. If we have more women demanding virginity from men, things would be better. I mean, see how men are generally sitting up and calling for paternity test lately. What are you (women) doing in return? Telling a cheating man to stop cheating is already too late. An effort in futility.

When there are no known incentives for the male gender's morality, expect nothing but absolute unfaithfulness.
That would increase the divorce rates and in turn, marriage rates would plummet. It is seen in the developed world where women divorce their husbands simply because they cheated. People need to realise the effect testosterone has on men. The earlier, the better.

The man will foot the bills, build his life and empire, then marry woman.
When the man now play one away match, you go talk say he dey cheat. Cheating only applies to women. Men don’t cheat, they catch fun!
Ian “The world” rather promised her “A world” and you can have many worlds
This is my major grouse I have with modern women - they enjoyed their prime with different men admiring them, offering them gifts and privileges etc. Modern women enjoyed so much attention and gifts while in their prime. After soaking up these enjoyments, they sought husbands who out-earn them. No one should mention that kini kon women also earn money. Yes, modern women earn money, but hypergamy is still there, and they seek for men who out-earn them. They never go lower. Always higher. Fine, no problem with that. That is how women are everywhere in the world.

When men want to enjoy their prime, modern day women revolt and accuse them of cheating?! Cheating?! But when you had admirers flocking around you and taking you in cars, did anyone complain? Why seek to restrict a man, especially well-to-do men, from exercising his options? You had yours and enjoyed it, allow him to enjoys his. Life na turn by turn. If he decides not to exercise his options, fine and good.

A man who has worked so hard, it is worse for black men as opportunities are fewer, should enjoy the fruits of his labour. Women who are pissed off with cheating have three options:

- Marry a woman
- Remain single for life
- Marry a much poorer man.

Modern day women cannot aim to marry a financially comfortable man, yet keep them all to themselves. There is love in sharing. Also, they
should understand the effects of testosterone and what it means for men who have money. Testosterone is a hormone, not a mo.ron. Let's not forget that married women institute sex timetable for their husbands. Na why I wan sponsor a research to find out if sexually active married men have more or equal sexual intercourse with their wives at the same rate as sexually active bachelors.

P.S. Where a man who has concubines goes wrong: his wife was a virgin before marriage, and he does not provide for the family.

Although, that isn't to say there isn't such a thing as the 4B movement. Even then, those folks are less than the number of homosexuals in the country..
Economic situation is the basis for low birth rates across the developed world and even the developing world. Two factors are involved in low fertility rates;

- The wealthier a country, the low its birth rates
- The more educated women of a country are and regardless of its economy or culture, the lower its fertility rates. E.g. Iran. Apparently, women don't fancy birthing lots of children. Combine that with them entering the workforce, having agency for themselves, more activities to indulge in other than child-rearing, Ndi ifenemenisi etc.

The situation in Korea is terrible, as I have stated, me sef dey pity them. Theirs can be summed up with economic reasons (high cost of education, especially from young age, high cost of housing), social (a high pressure cook society, stiff competition for resources, high beauty standards, women espousing feminist ideals, men revolting), cultural clashes (Korea has the highest percentage of Christians in East Asia with the form being the Western version, so citizens easily adopt western ideals coupled with traditional Confucian beliefs etc). However, even adopting strict Confucian beliefs does not result in high fertility rates. China and North Korea are good examples.

The koko be say, to born and raise children for this century no too dey beneficial to both genders.

I like the way things are going in this matter. Very soon dating with premarital sex will be too risky, marriage will become the desired and default objective. Add prenuptial legalities and we're back to how it used to be in the 1890s. Back to the future I suppose.
I was thinking aloud a few days ago that the liberal system of the world is coming to an end, especially as the birth rates of the West - the promoter of this ideology - decline further. With the rise of Islam and the population growth in conservative countries, liberalism, especially sexual liberalism, would start changing. As the West's population declines, there would be a resurgence of sorts to protect what is left. To achieve this, Westerners would have to become conservative - becoming what they are very much against. In times of danger, humans are not liberal but conservative and tribal.

I also imagine a world with many unmarried adult men and women. In my thought process, men would benefit from this system more than women. But it is left to be seen. Men benefitting since they are used to fending for themselves as nature would have it.

Another option is to avoid marriage altogether. To my surprise a significant number of young and successful Nigerian men are CHOOSING this option. I've been shocked, but it's true. Deliberately having children out of wedlock. Consequences of the times.
I find such a phenomenon fascinating, but not surprising. However, I wager that those men are not first-generation immigrants but second-generation. The concept of marriage is still strong in first-generation Nigerian immigrants. The influence of Nigerian culture and one's immediate family is very strong for both genders. To be fair to those men though, marriage largely benefits women more than men. I explained it here: https://www.nairaland.com/8049820/marriage-benefits-women-more-than/3#129296167

That said, I was stunned upon hearing a popular second-generation Nigerian-American lady who is 30, lamenting that she had only attended three weddings of her friends in her entire life as a resident in New York. This was further corroborated by another Nairalander who resides in the US on the large number of spinsters in the church he attends. I know that marriage rates have nose-dived in the US, just as they have across the developed world. But the US is a peculiar case due to its racial demographics. Some women of a race are disadvantaged when they move locations. Asian women in Atlanta and black women on the West Coast.

A final point worth reiterating - premarital sex has zero upside for women. And the reasons are mainly biological reality, not religious.
We share similar views, so I see. I am a strong advocate of sexual liberalism; after all, my parents own hotels. It would be hypocritical to be a prude. However, I do concede (which I have written elsewhere on NL) that premarital sex and, in worst cases, wanton sexual intercourse do more harm than good to females rather than males. Testosterone is a hormone, not a m.oron. To be a man is to fvck, while women are largely demisexual. Feminism has made it easier for men to get the milk without buying the cow or catering to the ranch. On the aspect of sexuality, feminism has done more good to men than women. For that reason, I love feminism. grin

Many single men are rejecting marriage. It's really a tragedy, I've tried to talk a few of them to change their mind, but they actually convinced me they're on the right path.

Marriage has become dangerous to men...but a good intact marriage and family is good for both the married couple, their children and society. I believe in marriage and family.

Socialist ideology has broken marriage.

Good Luck to Nigeria
I beg to disagree. Capitalism, as much as we adore and promote it, has done more harm to marriage than socialism. Capitalism necessitated the inclusion of women into the workforce, thus reducing jobs for the average man and giving women money, thus power. When women have both features, birth rates, and in some places including marriage rates, plummet drastically. Even in countries with fewer or no women's rights, birth rates have plunged, but not as in capitalist countries. Having both parents work just to eke a living has strained relationships. Also, capitalism promotes individualism which goes against the tenets of having a successful marriage.

Is Africa more diverse than US or China?

I rest my case.
Yes, emphatically. Ethnic and religious with some even having racial diversity (Mauritania, Somalia and Sudan). Na before I dey think say diversity aids development or prosperity, but it actually slows it down due to constant bickering and disagreement. It is a major reason nuclear families are more prosperous than polygamous homes.

The US is increasingly becoming diverse, and the effects are showing. The issue isn't necessarily the diversity of ethnicities or religions, but the kind of ethnicities and religions. All cultures are not equal. Some cultures are more equal than others. Some cultures promote prosperity, pragmatism, inquiry into the unknown, striving for higher education, integrity, hard work, peacefulness etc. There are some states in Nigeria that are silent performers in higher education simply because the cultural characteristics in those states promote education.

In fact, I was thinking aloud of a country which has Germans, Chinese and Japanese, with each having about 30%+ population. The prosperity of such a country would be so profound, education rates would skyrocket and it would be one of the finest countries the world has ever seen. At the same time, there are countries in Africa that aren't too prosperous but are pretty peaceful because their cultural characteristics aren't bellicose neither do they practice religions which condone violence.

To best answer your question, excluding racial diversity, I am willing to bet that Cross River and the entire North Central and North East have more ethnic diversities amongst themselves than ethnic groups in China and the US combined. You seem to underestimate the breadth of ethnic groups in Nigeria and surrounding regions. For cultural, racial, historical and linguistic reasons, I omitted North Africa. sub-Saharan Africa is highly diversified than China.

My joy is that the smart men are watching and learning
That is what some of these women don't know. Younger men are reading, watching and drawing conclusions. Na the same way Uloma, Moe and Co., led a defamation against men on TwitterNG pre-COVID until there was a backlash by different men. Today, every day na gender war for TwitterNG. The way I see it, younger Nigerian dudes in the abroad would steer clear from home-based women and rather target other African countries or marry women in the country they live in. Even me sef wey say black woman is a mandate I would stand on, I am beginning to have a change of mind.

Oga Gerrard, why do Nigerians so often deny things that are common knowledge, things that are known to be true?

Can you provide some insight because it's really baffling. Who uses NIPOST and if they do is there adequate service?

Why?

Good Luck to Nigerians.
Nigerians are innately dishonest people, and to top it up, very stubborn at it. As I write, there is an ongoing antenatal argument on Twitter where ignorant and obdurate women are arguing that Nigerian men deliberately refuse to accompany their pregnant wives to the hospitals, whereas data shows that these men would love to, but for varying reasons, they cannot. These reasons are:

1) Their wives actually refuse them (the husbands) to visit the hospitals
2) Most workplaces would not give these men off-days for antenatal sessions.
3) Most men cannot take a day off because of the corresponding side economic effects due to their daily livelihoods

However, you have ignorant and obstinate women arguing otherwise, even with data shown to them. Cold and hard data, yet they refuse to accept. The men are no different, which is why people believe "Nigeria is rich", "Demographics are meaningless", "There is no subsidy" blah blah blah. Ignorance is one thing, the worst is their arrogance. The majority of Nigerians are notoriously arrogant with profound illiteracy. This illiteracy is not just verbal, but numeric. It is the reason they spew numbers from their yansh without evidence. And you know the worst thing about this illiteracy? When you question them about the origin or logic, they get angry. They have this foolish belief that they should not be questioned about the claims they make. Total nonsense!

Trust me, it is hard arguing or debating topical issues with the average Nigerian. It is like talking to a wall.

This is colonization by debt, it's hard to believe that poor China of yesterday has now become the world's economic and technological powerhouse, it's all about good governance and curbing corruption.

I'm sure we're owing IMF and world bank a lot of money too

Meanwhile I don't see any European country on the list, it's all africa, Asia and south America
It is not colonisation by debt as they were not forced to obtain those loans. Colonisation was by force, obtaining a loan is not by force. European countries and the US are wealthy enough to sustain themselves or print Euros and dollars yanfu yanfu and the effects would be less since the Euro and Dollars are used across the world.

P.S. Nigeria owes more to Western countries and institutions than to China.
