I do laugh when Blacks in the diaspora find pride in their works and achievements overseas, seeing it as an opportunity to rank on the same level as their European, Asian, or American counterparts. I'm glad of their achievements though. Happy for them. However, the White Man still dominates.

The White man is the template for Black's progress. It may not be so in the past. But that's the case now. And they can do to the Black race as they are currently doing. So what's the essence of the King Kong attitude?

I also mentioned geography and one thing that should be noted is the way the developed nations of the world are all placed along certain latitudes on the Earth. Most Black Africans from my own observation simply do not care and would rather give in to carnal desires rather than ponder on how to improve their race. It's all man for himself. The whites do not think like that.

Furthermore, I have also written on how I am reluctant to reproduce as a Black African person because there is no leverage to my offspring to succeed in this world where we are at the bottom of the pyramid.

African elites are dumb. They represent a larger percentage of low IQ. Hence, rather than unite at both national and Continental levels, to improve the state of their country and continent respectively, they will decide to spend it lavishly or look for a soakaway to store their money.

Yes, of course, many do have investments here and there, both domestic and international. But the point is that they don't see a need to use their position as a medium to develop their nations.

It's elites that rule and run a country; politicians are their puppeteers, from the presidential seat to the last civil servant.

However, they would rather catch a cruise or use their position to oppress the common man. See Erisco as an example.

It was American elites: Vanderbilt, Rockefeller, Ford, Carnegie, Morgan, etc. that built America. Wealthy men who in a competition to become the most richest and powerful man in America used goods, services, and creativity to better their nation.

Another thing is that from observation most elites believe the country is gone. Especially those that are not too close to the corridors of power and politics. If they've lost hope in the state of the nation, their lackadaisical attitude can't be far-fetched.

The legendary obstetrician and gynaecologist, Professor Tiamiyu Belo-Osagie, worked at the Military Hospital, Lagos and the Lagos University Teaching Hospital on his return from the United States.

He set up his medical practice, the Osagie Medical Centre, in the 1960s (that's where he delivered my brother).

He moved to Benin in the 1970s, where he established the University of Benin Teaching Hospital. He worked (at various times) as Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Provost of the College of Medical Sciences at the University of Benin between 1972 and 1979.

He was the personal physician to the President of Nigeria in the 1980s. In this position he was involved in the births of Saudatu Shehu Shagari in 1981 and Halima Babangida in 1989.

Professor Tiamiyu Belo-Osagie returned to the Osagie Medical Centre in the 1990s where he was in high demand.


Away from the medical world, he also served as the chairman of Societe General Bank and was on the board of many companies. He was the father of Hakeem Belo-Osagie who is a former chairman of UBA (Keem Belo-Osagie started out as a special assistant to President Shagari). He recieved the national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) in 1982.

Professor Tiamiyu Belo-Osagie died in March 2005.
Hakeem Belo-Osagie is the son of Professor Tiamiyu Belo-Osagie. He attended Harvard University and worked as an assistant to Presidents Shagari and Babangida.

He has served as chairman of the boards of the United Bank for Africa (UBA), Etisalat Nigeria and Chocolate City Records.

The instruction code, from my research is totally serious and it takes mentally strong personae to resist the instruct set that alerts men to mate at the sight of a mature female. If men continue to jump the fence and take drastic actions instead of addressing and creating solutions to their problems, it's only a matter of time before Nigerian men and women will stay very far away from marrying each other. You think getting hitched to a typical Nigerian man is all rosy? Lol Women are not just as loud as men online but believe me some don't want to get married either.

For example, NOBODY, especially financially successful men, should ever get married in the USA without a carefully crafted, iron clad prenuptial agreement reviewed by MULTIPLE lawyers specialized in family law. Even dating may require some steps to legally protect yourself from unjust accusations.

I like the way things are going in this matter. Very soon dating with premarital sex will be too risky, marriage will become the desired and default objective. Add prenuptial legalities and we're back to how it used to be in the 1890s. Back to the future I suppose.

Another option is to avoid marriage altogether. To my surprise a significant number of young and successful Nigerian men are CHOOSING this option. I've been shocked, but it's true. Deliberately having children out of wedlock. Consequences of the times.

A final point worth reiterating - premarital sex has zero upside for women. And the reasons are mainly biological reality, not religious.
