ghettokid1:Inhumane! |
Someone in his right senses would not do a thing like this, especially considering the seriousness of the matter. What if it's someone else operating that account, using that guy's picture to frame him up? It's not just making any sense. |
TheSourcerer:It is not impossible that you are wrong. People who believe in God have had a range of experiences that convinced them that he exists, and some have continued (diligently) in their quests to know Him better. So your view is not supreme. As for those questions, you talk like you are going to be the dictator of things when you meet Him lol. Anyway, it's entirely up to Him to answer your questions, and not your curiosity. You cannot know more than your creator. He'll ask you, those who believed and had faith, were they born special or did they have special abilities? |
Anniversary for courtship again? Anyway, it's either of the two: She's insecure or she's got someone else. All in all, them nor dey kill body put. |
TheSourcerer:Everyone has the freedom to choose what they believe. What if you die and find out you were wrong? |
TheSourcerer:What makes it a gift? What if you die and find out you were wrong? |
TheSourcerer:Why do you lot make it seem like being an atheist is something special? Like it's a sin to believe in God and spiritual things. This is why it's believed that most of you are just proud, bitter sadists who think the world revolves around them. You don't always have to remind people that you're an atheist, you know? It's not some kind of gift or talent. |

TheSourcerer:Even after editing, you still spelt it incorrectly. Shame! |
TheSourcerer:Relax bikonu! |
Gundel001:Brother man, he's suffering from dyscalculia and a bit of dyslexia. Please let him see a therapist asap. |
I have no idea what this is, but the part where you said he doesn't know the difference between 17 and 71 got me thinking about dyslexia or dyscalculia. From your narrative, the greater part of his problem points towards arithmetics, so it's more likely to be dyscalculia. It's also possible to have more than one learning disability, so chances are he's suffering from both. People with learning disabilities are not necessarily dull (or unintelligent), it's just that the parts of their brains that are responsible for the performance of generally easy tasks which are difficult to them, are in a state of disorder. I'm a slow learner, but I don't consider myself dull, and that's because I believe every individual needs specific conditions to enable them learn effectively. That boy may be even more intelligent than all of you. He needs to visit a psychologist or learning specialist who understands what it means to have an LD. Stop wasting money on lesson teachers. I got the following from a website and it fits with some of the descriptions you made: Dyscalculia A specific learning disability that affects a person’s ability to understand numbers and learn math facts. Individuals with this type of LD may also have poor comprehension of math symbols, may struggle with memorizing and organizing numbers, have difficulty telling time, or have trouble with counting. https://ldaamerica.org/types-of-learning-disabilities/ |
Is this some kind of diary or what? |
Glink2018:Lol Plobleum? Is that a new element or what? |
Oh wow! I still have goosebumps whenever I watch the replay. It was when Fernando Torres shut the mouths of Barcelona fans, and guaranteed Chelsea a place in the UCL final in 2012. Lol I shouted at the top of my voice. Strangely, the happiness I felt when Chelsea won the trophy wasn't up to the one against Barca. |
This could be one of the reasons godly dating (no romantic attraction before marriage) is advised. Of course, no one could have thought of this before as a reason, but this case would strongly justify the kicking against sex before marriage. |
Lol this is just me. I hate compliments, especially when someone tells other people about some good features I possess or something good I did. I tell them straight up. For me, it's because I don't like people expecting the best from me. I don't want them always fixing their eyes on me, and waiting to see if the hype is worth it. I don't know if I should call that humility, but that would be bragging, isn't it? All in all, I nor like praises. |
Some years ago back in school, I boarded a bike toward a market in town, which was about 10 minutes away. Half way through, the bike I was on clashed with another (both going at high speeds and opposite directions). The road was a little bumpy and both bikers wanted to swerve to different paths, but it was like they had the same path in mind Lol. They got too close before they could change their minds, and they clashed. I don't know what happened to the other biker and the passengers he was carrying, but the one who carried me lost a lot of blood that day. One of his feet got disfigured, I think the foot really scratched the ground. I on the other hand sustained a very bad injury on my knee. I could literally see my bone. In the end, someone offered to take us to a hospital, and we were both stitched up. It took me up to a month or so to recover from that psychologically as it was my first ever auto-accident. |
Nooil:Okay! You too. |
Nooil:Based on what she wrote here, she would definitely accept without thinking twice. That's why I said the problem here goes both ways. |
Nooil:A caring and selfless lady would humbly reject that 'something' from that man. See, it doesn't matter whether he sees how considerate you are or not, you just have to make him see that it's not about just you. This works, both in and outside relationships. She shouldn't have been mad about him not giving her anything, but because he knew he had no job, and he decided to throw a mini party. He should have used that money for something worth it. |
Nooil:Lol you don't call someone who doesn't have, a stingy person. The guy in this case simply has misplaced priorities. We can't call him stingy solely based on a single case of mismanagement. |
Nooil:This raises a question: What is more important in a relationship? Finance or faithfulness? |
Nooil:That is based on a previous agreement. If it's not, then it surely isn't different from asking for appreciation. So what exactly is the difference between repayment and appreciation? |
Nooil:Please tell me the difference between them. |
GreatestA1:Lol this is exactly what I'm thinking. |
blesskewe:Hahahaha! This one muzz me. |
ABLESOFT2:Lmao! |
Get her the book "An Independent Woman" by Anna Jacobs, or “Prince Charming Isn’t Coming: How Women Get Smart About Money” by Barbara Stanny, and/or other books that address how a lady can be independent. That's one of the best gifts you can give a young lady in this age. If you're going to spend part of the little money you have on a lady, make sure it's worth it. If she doesn't like reading books, she must like this one by force. |
Nooil:I didn't see any part where she said she wanted to try him. You raised strong points though. In fact, you're right, you need to learn to appreciate people, no matter how little. However, you don't go about demanding things from people just because you did something for them in the past or you feel it's your right. If person wan do good, e go do good. If e nor wan do, you nor fit force am. I have to admit now, he's wrong for not giving to her even as little as possible, and she's also wrong for demanding. If she did what she did out of love and a good will, then she shouldn't be that bothered about a repayment for the good deed. That guy is a jerk and I support her for breaking up with him, not because he refused to give her money, but because he's not serious, and he doesn't seem to have plans for himself and their future. I think there's much more to this story though. |
Nooil:Madam, I saw that. According to her, he's jobless and someone probably gave him the money. How do you feel comfortable asking someone without a steady source of income for money? You don't do that, it makes you seem like an opportunist, and that doesn't make her different from his friends she complained about. I am not saying whatever the guy did was right, but she shouldn't ignore her faults too. It seems like she's more concerned about him taking care of her than him getting a job for himself. It just looks like that's the ultimate reason for her displeasure. |
Positivechick:You don't demand money from someone who is broke and without a job. If he decides to give to you willingly, that's cool, but demanding from him in that state is a big NO. That's why this isn't just about him, it's also about you. You don't see what you're doing wrong, and that's a problem. |
