sisipelebe:Age is just a number. Even Nigerian girls too marry older men when doing that promises a better opportunity for them. Ask Regina Daniels! Personally though, ladies between 18-25 are ok for me |
Jgoldie:who dash monkey banana kwanu? |
sisipelebe:So, it has now become a problem to marry older ladies But when we insist on marrying younger girls here in Nigeria you ladies would still complain. Ladies and double standards! |
bonnyhope:The one you are referring to must be giant rats (ewi), not rabbits |
Born2Breed:lol! Who told you that rabbits are not found in our environment? Come to our pharmacology lab and see rabbits! Even in the forests, you can still see them. Meanwhile, rabbits are those with long ears that flip backwards or upwards with longer legs(than rats) that can run at the speed of light, not giant rats like many people erroneously believe. |
Every relationship must not end in marriage. Besides, ladies too dump guys after many years of dating and milking him dry. When they do the dumping they feel good about it but when a guy dumps they'll start disturbing our peace. Nonsense |
Wow! Such a great man! And some people think that the north is educationally backward? |
They were twins and possibly had the same gene for the same disease. |
olawonder:Thank you! Yet Nigerian government doesn't see the need to put a stop to the activities of these quacks! It's unfortunate that our politicians don't seem to know that drugs are not something to be taken just anyhow! You hear them classifying drugs as 'safe' just on the basis of toxicity index, forgetting that no drug is really safe. Most of the antibiotics that are no longer effective in Nigeria due to misuse are still very much effective in countries that understand the importance of controlling the use of these antibiotics. But Nigerian government think it is OK to continue misusing these drugs in Nigeria. |
But what evidences is she going to present in court 20yrs after the incidence ![]() |
This is why it is good to always seek the services of healthcare professionals. Some of these professionals like pharmacists don't even charge you money to talk to them, but Nigerians would rather resort to self medication! The right thing is, if you are seek, see your doctor. But when you feel you can't afford to pay consultation fee or when a doctor is not handy, at least see a pharmacist! Trained pharmacists would help to conserve your money because they know when taking a drug is necessary and the best type of drugs to give the best outcomes! They also know when it is sacrosanct to see a physician and they'll refer you accordingly. |
I doubt that father Edeh and the law enforcement agents would conspire to keep the students behind bars just because of a Facebook post! Those guys may have committed some other serious crime. Even NYSC can't just release a corp member on flimsy reasons only for the corp member to be held in detention for so long. Something else is involved! |
This would serve as deterrent to other social media lairs! The guy probably didn't know that even a certificate already issued by a university can still be suspended or "withdrawn" by simply placing an embargo on it with a written declaration such as this. Next time he'll think twice before posting trash on social media. |
That lady obviously has ugly genes in her DNA. |
That man should be arrested and charged to court immediately! It shouldn't just end in sacking him! |
Hate him or love him, Obasanjo remains one of the best we have had in this country! I was mad at him when he opposed Jonathan's government, but now I can see clearly why he vehemently opposed the government! Obasanjo means well for this country!!! |
donbachi:Are you sure that guy was really dating Regina or you drew your conclusion based on social media speculations? |
danilmo:Mtcheeeeeeeew... Thought I was communicating with a sensible person... Now I know I've been wasting my MB on a complete dunce! |
That's a good one from Buhari. I hope this new ES would work hard to ensure that a greater percentage of Nigerians are covered by the scheme!? Healthcare in this country need to be revamped so as to meet up with international standards. To do that, we have to make healthcare financing easier for the populace. Afterwards, we ensure elimination of all forms of quackery in healthcare delivery by closing all patent medicine stores and ensuring that our people get their drugs from registered pharmacies manned by qualified pharmacists upon prescription by a medical doctor. We also need to close down labs and nursing homes not manned by qualified personnel. You can't have a good healthcare system when quacks are allowed to thrive! |
danilmo:Your unnecessary hatred for other healthcare professionals would not let you reason properly now until you foolishly support privatization of hospitals in this country. That is when you'll realize that this is Nigeria! Imagine a scenario where a whole hospital has only a qualified physician (mostly likely a general practitioner) in it's employ with many other healthcare professionals so as to save cost. That is what would start happening in the event that hospitals are privatized in this country! In fact, many of you would have to go abroad for your residency training because no private manager would be willing to commit money into your training! |
danilmo:Let's privatize the damn hospitals! You guys like talking about that as though you'll not be affected by that! No manager would want to pay a pathologist like 500k when medical lab scientists with better laboratory skills can take like 300k or less(going by what's currently obtainable in public hospitals). |
optm:Your submission is very correct! |
charleymed:You're the big fool here because in the developed countries, leadership of health institutions is not an exclusive preserve of the physicians! Even world health organization is not exclusively led by medical doctors! |
Honestly this matter calls for special consideration by the federal government! There's need to listen to the demands of these healthcare professionals. You can't continue to suppress their voices and expect to have a smooth health sector that can guarantee quality healthcare delivery to Nigerians. Why can't government understudy how healthcare professionals work in synergy in the developed countries and replicate same here Stop giving advantage to only one professional group while neglecting the demands of others! You can never get things right by doing that! Medical doctors have been the ones running our health institutions for many years, yet we have one of the poorest health sectors in the world! All the time they attribute our poor health sector to lack of adequate funding by the government but as a matter of fact, that is not completely true. No matter how much government invests in the health sector, we'll continue to have poor outputs until issues relating to professional rivalry in the sector are addressed. To solve this problem once and for all, government should replicate the system being practiced in the UK here whereby professional healthcare administrators are put in charge of governing health institutions. The healthcare administrators are in a better position to manage the sector because they're usually individuals with no allegiance to any of the healthcare professional groups. So, the likelihood of being biased is greatly reduced. Nigerian medical doctors on their part need to stop being insecure and concentrate in developing the numerous medical specialties that are grossly in short supply in this country! Imagine them dragging laboratory benches and pharmacies with medical lab scientists and pharmacists when their mates in the rest of the world are busy with organ transplantation, high risk pregnancies, plastic surgeries, stem cells transplantation etc. What a shame! |
Marvelousmamuse:If you're choosing microbiology, prepare your mind on time to return to school after first degree to pursue your MSc and PhD. Else, reject the admission, write JAMB again and choose a course with a clear career path. As far as I'm concerned, it is better to learn a trade or skilled work instead of studying microbiology, biochemistry and the likes and stopping only at BSc level. Those guys end up constituting a nuisance to other people's professions by trying to do works they were never trained for eg fake pharmaceutical Reps with zero knowledge of drugs being USED by fake pharmaceutical companies. I know because I was there! |
This is one of the reasons why I don't take them gods of men serious! Many of them know that there's no such being as god, but they're just taking advantage of the gullible sheeples to enrich themselves and to have access to as much women as possible! |
SenorFax:That's not true! Check cases of wife killing their husbands since you grew up, you'll find out that more older wives or wives of same age as the man are more likely to kill their husbands. |
SenorFax:This has nothing to do with age gap! The girl is just evil! We've seen cases of older wives killing their younger husbands! |
Like someone stated above, everybody cannot be wrong! |
That's good! The reason why many men die prematurely or fail woefully in business is that they lack checks from another individual. Everybody should have someone they account for no matter how great they think they are. If you think your wife is wise enough to play that role in your life, that's even better because it'll help cement the union. |
This should never be allowed to stand in the southeast! We have no need for such. Empower the police and other established security agencies to do their jobs! Say No To Fulani Militia in the southeast!!! |
EnthronedbyGod:Why are you hiding your name and address if you're so confident of yourself oga That singular action casts doubts on all you've written |
