In the last administration, Saraki was accused of being the reason for his failure, let's hope no one would be the reason this time.

RIP to him sha, even though he was a cultist.
The only reason he's getting my RIP is because nairalanders gave a good account of him.

NeoBlack Movement called him bam Lord.

The guy na strong Axeman be that.

None of my fvcking business though.

RIP once again
If not that Nigerian guys abuse cultism by using it as a tool to oppress others, maybe you wouldn't be condemning everyone for being into cultism.
Cultism is one of the most powerful means to build a complete MAN and unite men of all races and tribes to improve humanity. Some of the great countries of the world you all like rushing into were built by men who came together in cults.

RIP to you rugged brother @Hungerbad!
Politics › Re: Akpabio: God Will Soon Expose Those Who Rigged Me Out Of Senate by Jman06(m): 2:00am On Jun 10, 2019
Akpabio joined APC thinking that it'll be easy for him to rig himself back into the senate. But all his gimmicks were busted and prevented by Akwaibom people

All this noise he's making now are just to pretend. I'm sure he knew it wasn't going to be possible for APC to win a senatorial sit in Akwaibom where majority of the people are against APC and whatever the party stands for. Is he a baby in politics not to know what's up?? He simply thought it would be easy for him to rig!
Christianity Etc › Why Do Religious Fanatics Fight Against Cloning And Gmos!!! by Jman06(op): 7:29pm On Jun 09, 2019
Advancement in genetics and molecular biotechnology has opened the door for so many possibilities in proffering solutions to the myriads of challenges the world face in the areas of healthcare and Agriculture.

By careful manipulation of genes, many inherited disorders such as sickle cell anaemia, cystic fibrosis, Alzheimer's disease, cancers etc can now be cured. Also, using this same technology, agricultural products with improved quality can now be produced.

In 1996, a group of scientists in the UK cloned the first mammal and named it "dolly" sheep. This gave insight into the possibility of human cloning! With the human genome project on the verge of being completed, it could become a possibility to clone a human being.

But all these lofty achievements have been greeted with stiff opposition from religious fanatics. This is because they believe that allowing such great scientific projects could expose the fallacious belief system they have held on to for so long. I mean, the believe that humans were created by a "god" who lives up there in the sky would be further weakened if we can now create a human being in the lab. Also, it would further expose the fraudulent pastors who go about defrauding people with the claims of miraculous healing. Most of the ailments they claim to be spiritual can actually be traced to the genes and if we can now get off such bad genes, a lot of those ailments would be cured and our "gods of men" would go out of business. Perhaps, this explains why they have mounted serious campaigns and propaganda against biotechnological advancements.

Agreed that the process of gene recombination could go awry if not properly handled, I think boycotting it entirely is not in the interest of humanity. We should rather put in place a system to control the process and to check abuses of this noble and interesting area of science.

Religious people should please stop constituting a clog in our wheels of progress. Thank you!

Op, you are a farmer but could not recognise a python when you see one. For killing that harmless python, you deserve to lose your farms this year. But since it was done in error, I will give you two options, eat it or send it to lalasticlala. He knows what to do to it.

Please when next you come across such a snake, just let it go, it's harmless.
Python is not harmless!

Remember the case of the Indonesian young woman that was recently strangled and swallowed by python. It only seems harmless when it is not grown.

Kill all snakes and other harmful animals!

All these yeye companies should stop insulting pharmacists. If you know you are not ready to pay well, go and use the BSc guys you guys like using! At last you'll count your losses and maybe then you'll realize that it is better to pay a pharmacist who has the requisite knowledge and contacts to deliver required results.

All these baloney are for males like me, who are poor cool sad cool

Women keep saying one thing but doing the opposite.
Women are not seen or treated as commodities.

But it is what they have made themselves.

They have openly kept themselves as objects to be bought by the highest bidder -- applying the law of demand and supply. This hitherto, had been there albeit subtly.

Look at Ned and Regina. Why on earth did Regina leave the young, handsome boyfriend for Ned? Love?

The man bought her. Simple. Like you go to a car stand and buy a benz.
Look
Ubi franklin and his mamas
Iara and Oshiomhole
Davido, WizKids and mamas. Why would chioma stick with Davido for 5 years?

In these 5 years he had imprenated many girls, yet she stayed put. Why? Because of money, fame and affluence.

I admit that there are exceptions like the Jeff Bezoz's wife but it's just few.

So no need playing the victims. Women made themselves commodities. They aren't treated as such but they made themselves so.

At any rate, I won't support the slut shaming of women as seen in this forum. I also understand why men do it. It's survival instinct. Only a few would understand.

Shout out to my nigga franchasng. cool shocked
You have said it all!

Initially on this forum, I used to be an advocate of gender equality and women empowerment, but along the line I discovered that most Nigerian ladies seem to be comfortable in being a commodity and property to their men. They seem not to want to be empowered but to remain as subordinates to men.
They loath being independent and pulling their own weights just like their male counterparts. Yet the same people would turn around to complain when men demand submission and total authority over them!

The wise men said that he who pays the piper dictates its tune. I can not acquire you like a commodity only for you to want equality with me.

Only ladies who truly pull their own weights deserve respect and equality with men. Not those acquired like commodities

Am not saying you ain't smart anyways. Get the message and judge yourself tongue.
That name thing is inconsequential! It should never be considered a reason for a lady to dump all her problems on a man. Better still, you can decide to keep your surname if bearing my name is the only "value" you're gonna add to my life. I don't fucccking care!

No please, I was not trying to look down on the amount of bride price, ok? My problem is that the men complain about it, they make so much fuss about bride price, they feel the women are not worth it. Yes, the bride price is significant, I only mentioned that some bride prices are so cheap, to clarify my views on why men should stop complaining, cuz it's not too much a sacrifice. Am not even bothered about name change, my point is, men should always remember that a woman had to let go her father's name, which is a big deal, to bear his name, show a little appreciation, simple.
Changing your father's name is not a big deal and shouldn't be a meal ticket into a man's pocket! Otherwise, we can decide to flip it ie I bear your name while you empty your bank account on top my head Lolzzz, how about thathuh

I will rather sue you for defamation! Its just like saying don't go to a hospital because the doctors there kill people. Or don't go to that law firm because they lose innocent cases that ruins people lives. These things happen once in a while in these institutions as a result of certain factors. Not because it doesn't concern you, it
makes it okay for you to slander others. As a doctor, have you always been perfect? How many patients have their health gone worse under your watch due to your mistakes? I am saying these things happen in every facet of life, just go to a place where it is least likely to occur. I have helped a couple of doctors take care of their mess and I didn't go out to discredit them. It happens even to the best of professionals. I am a medical laboratory scientist and you I am disappointed in this kind of statement coming from a fellow professional.
We all know that errors are bound to happen in every profession, but when the error becomes recurrent, it calls for concerns!

Now, how sure are you that the people operating those labs are trained medical lab scientists?? Nigeria is a messed up country where everything happens. Just like anybody can wake up one day and start selling drugs in the name of patent medicine dealers and the ministry of health would pretend like they don't know the dangers inherent in indiscriminate use of drugs.
Health › Re: Some Labs Are Giving False HIV Results In Lagos - Doctor Olufunmilayo by Jman06(m): 3:55pm On Jun 07, 2019
kingi777:
Why should somebody kill himself or herself just because of HIV test that's not confirmed. If a Lab tells you are positive, the best to do is to go for confirmatory test in other facilities. I know most labs advice their clients to confirm at heart to heart centres in various primary health centres, general hospitals or any nearby hospital which is free. HIV test is free in most government and USAID sponsored hospitals but costs at most #1000 in private health establishment due to some logistics.
In developed world all health workers work synergistically for the good of the patients but in Nigeria, it's pull him syndrome/ supremacy tussle that's the order of the day. Everybody is a lab scientists whether you studied science lab, CHEW, biology or any science or art course in Nigeria. When these people churn out questionable results, you turn to blame qualified and licensed med lab scientists that suffered for 6 years studying and acquiring experience. Everywhere labs, even some hospitals, pharmacies, PHC, maternity have labs manned by those who have no business being there because the employers cannot pay qualified scientists.
Many pharmacies abound for e.g. in Abuja but few are manned by real pharmacists.
Please try to identify real Doctors, Pharmacists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, other health professionals and verify the registration status of their facilities before patronising. Thanks.
Honestly ehn, the thing is just too bad!

The ministry of health that is supposed to regulate the different facilities are even helping to worsen the situation.

I have been hustling all my life, I hustle legitimately to put my self through school, I am still hustling, should I continue hustling without thinking of having a family? Should I be thinking of that in my fourthies? I am even behind time now maritally, I have dated a girl who I was supposed to settle down with during my service year, she is a fashion designer, she is making money on a daily basis but then I don't look at her money, I was even richer than she was then I even spend more on her than someone who is not working, she was totally a misfit thank God it didn't came through, I would have regretted it. So bro I am not looking at her financial status rather just want a way of making her more valuable while she becomes my wife owning to financial constraints.
Don't respond to all these people condemning you for your relationship with the young lady! Many of them are small boys who feel threatened when a relatively older guy is planning on marrying a younger lady! There's nothing wrong in somebody of your age marrying a girl in her 18. In fact, that's the best age gap that should exist between a man and his wife.
