Foolish Mumukri!!! Like you ever loved Buhari and his people! Much as I believe in Nigeria and other reasonable Nigerians, I know the likes of Reno don't mean well for the generality of Nigerians! He's only seeking any possible means to remain relevant in the Nigerian political sphere. God punish Reno and his likes who instigate hatred among the Nigerian tribes in order to gain political favours! Long live the good people of Northern Nigeria! Long live the great Yoruba ethnic group! Long live the wonderful Hausa and Fulani ethnic groups!! Long live the great Igbo ethnic group!!! Long live the federal republic of Nigeria!!!! |
makavalley:FYI, I'm Igbo but the long-throatedness of our ladies is nauseating to say the least. |
That serves the long-throated Igbo lady right! I love the way she is being humiliated in this matter. After all the years of training as a lawyer she ended up being a sidechick to a married man instead of making a name for herself in the law profession. Shame!!! |
Your father is really not helping matters as he's unknowingly trying to push you back into using drugs. His attitude is likely to cause you depression which can result in you trying to find solace in those drugs. So, if you have another relative who understands your condition, I'll advise you go and stay with him/her until you've completely repaid your debt and can rent an accommodation of your own. Continually staying with your father might cause you to relapse. |
I don't blame people like Reno Omokri! I blame Igbos who have continually tried to carry the minorities in southsouth along politically, hence giving them the opportunity to come to national politics. I wish the Igbos can cut off political ties with the southsouth minorities and mend fence with the north who have been our political allies for long, then go all out against minorities like Reno. Let's stop making minority tribes like Itshekiri relevant on account of religion or regional closeness! Let's forget whatever happened during the civil war and stop this Biafra agitation and religious rivalry. If we can build the right bridges with the rest of the major ethnic groups, I'm sure the Igbos will bounce back politically in Nigeria and when we do, there should be no more attachments to any southsouth minorities! We should join the rest of the major tribes and play the politics of "Majority carries the vote" and "Winner takes it all" without having any pity or sympathy for the southsouth minorities! The political events of today have laid bare the hatred the likes of Reno, Wike and the southsouth minority politicians have for the Igbos. Please my fellow Igbos! Forget Biafra and build bridges with Yorubas and Hausas! Our unrequited love for the people of the southsouth region has caused us more harm than good! Let us learn from this mistake, form alliances with the west and north, and put the likes of Reno Mumukri where they belong---- minority! |
Jeromejnr:But he just stated the truth. Nigeria as of today can be likened to an asylum where people of different kinds of mental illness are gathered. From our leaders who fail in the task of creating a developed nation for all to citizens who fail to elect credible candidates on grounds of religion and tribe, everybody is mad here! |
What is killing our lawyers abeg?? Yesterday it was Justice Nweze and today Justice Mallong. Poor healthcare in Nigeria is really affecting life expectancy here. We need a total overhaul of the healthcare system in the country! RIP to the legal luminary |
Asari is becoming more of a comedian than a freedom fighter. He should just reach out to Mr Ibu so that they can start aligning in comic movies. |
I love sports girls! They're dope! |
Kobojunkie:They don't use it on their husbands because they think that once they're married and have kids everything stops. In fact, most married women don't even care about the husband's sexual satisfaction anymore once they have children. They're only concerned about billing the man and focusing attention on kids. The man on the other hand, just lets the wife be and explores with younger and fresher girls . |
Kobojunkie:No be missionary oo. Some of those ladies dig deeper into the men's sexual fantasies and take advantage of that. They simply understand those men's sexual psychology. There are some things the men would not want to do with wifey but would be more comfortable doing that with side chicks. It all boils down to lust. |
Dialpad:And some men crave those wild girls even though they may pretend in public. See, I can bet that the Alagwu lady never used any juju on the man but just some bodily packaging and wild bedmatics. It is well with men o |
Yoruba, because the majority of them are liberal and mentally sound |
Jim Ovia is a great guy. God bless him! |
vivavik:Most men don't recover from being cheated on You must be overrating that snail in between your legs!If I hear say I lose sleep over a cheating wife other than just sending her out of my house. |
IconicR:Nonsense excuse to justify your entitlement mentality. Times have changed, people no longer rely on tilling soils to make ends meet. They now use their brains to make money, both males and females! |
2mch:In the west, there are professional healthcare administrators but since we might not have got much of that in Nigeria, other professionals like lawyers, public administrators or people with any other qualifications aside medical and healthcare can be appointed especially those that have worked in healthcare organizations such health insurances management organizations. Such people may simply have to understudy how heathcare institutions are managed in the developed countries like the USA and replicate same here in Nigeria. |
If this list is real, it shows that Dr Pate has been dropped and that's a cheering news for me. We don't need any medical doctor with parochial interests as minister of health. This is because of their penchant to always align with NMA to subjugate other healthcare professionals in the health sector thereby denying Nigerians quality healthcare. Healthcare is a team work just like you have different organs in the military viz army, airforce and navy all working towards protecting the country's territorial integrity and defending her from external aggressors. In a similar manner, the different healthcare professionals should work as a team defending the citizens of a country from diseases with no professional group lording over the others! We need independent leadership of the ministry of health and all the government-owned healthcare institutions. People who are not medical doctors but other non healthcare professionals should take over leadership of the sector, especially those with post graduate qualifications in healthcare administration. Even if they don't have such qualifications, they can simply understudy the American healthcare system and replicate same here for optimum performance. If the above is not done, NMA in connivance with physician health ministers will continue to undermine government's efforts towards revamping our healthcare system with their unnecessary fight against other professionals. There's a reason why the developed countries have non-physicians managing their health sectors! Let's do same in Nigeria. |
successmatters:They're mostly touts. That's why they resorted to protest instead of sending delegates of market leaders to go and beg the governor (something they'll eventually do) |
Nvestor02:Yet my people will not see that there's a big problem in Igboland where youths are raised with the mindset of making money through crooked means or die trying. This has turned Igbos to a valueless tribe that practically worship ill-gotten wealth while boasting to be industrious. Even if you make your money through selling of fake and counterfeit drugs at bridgehead market Onitsha, nobody cares to know how many lives you have wasted in the process, provided you have money to throw around. We Igbos need to reinvent our value system for the better, otherwise, nobody will take us seriously both politically and in other things in Nigeria. It's too bad! |
CodeTemplar:Of what importance are pastors if I may ask How does preying on gullible minds to enrich themselves translate to pastors being important![]() If we had a holistic healthcare system where people are properly treated of sicknesses of both minds and bodies, we won't have any need for pastors in the society. Meanwhile, I'll not support these clownish set of physicians we have in Nigeria because of their parochial attitudes of fighting other professionals in the health sector unnecessarily, instead of working towards a functional and all-round healthcare system that can compete with the rest of the world. They don't know how daft they appear when they leave the core aspects of medicine to start dragging spaces with Pharmacists, nurses, lab scientists etc when Nigeria can not boast of sufficient specialists in several specialty areas of medicine. Until they face core medical practice and stop fighting other healthcare professionals, may they continue to suffer in Nigeria! |
UyaiIncomparabl:Yeah. I think the bottomline is to try and know as much as possible about the other person, and then compare and contrast their pros and cons. Thereafter we can decide if we can cope with the cons because there's no way we can find a perfect person. |
UyaiIncomparabl:Wow! So you're this wise? Thumbs up! I love your balanced judgement on this topic. Some people fail to see that they're actually the problems but would focus on the other person instead of working on themselves. |
virginprincess:And what do women have to offer That's the million dollar question that has been hindering many men from marrying |
jaephoenix:We all know how you Nigerian evil medical doctors rarry round erring colleagues and pervert the course of Justice in the event that a patient suffers losses due to your negligence. That is why I suggested an independent avenue that will be devoid of your influence! But as a typical Nigerian physician who's always under the illusion that he knows it all, you assumed that I'm ignorant of what obtains in our system. We all know that in most cases when patients try to sue erring doctors, y'all in cohort with NMA tend to thwart the course of justice through different means. Sometimes, you hide patients' folders or alter it in a bid to protect your colleagues. As a matter of fact, we urgently need independent means of checking physicians' excesses and ensuring quality control in our healthcare system devoid of interference from NMA and other physicians-only groups. That is why many of us advocate for a change in the leadership of our hospitals! Even if it is to elevate the current office of Director of administration, provided that a non-physician will take charge of overseeing the administration of the hospitals. It will definitely serve Nigerians better than what we have now. That is how hospitals are run in the developed countries and that is also why it is easier for patients to seek and get justice there! |
jaephoenix:I'm sure the MDCN are aware of the peculiarities of the different training environments and as such would base their assessments on general cases. Besides, there's no those foreign trained docs wouldn't have been taught diseases like sickle cell, malaria etc which are endemic in Nigeria if they attended good medical schools abroad. |
africanman85:That's because there are no checks and balances in our healthcare system. Nigerians should demand that government opens up an avenue to enable patients and their families sue erring medical personnel and get instant justice from any injuries, deaths or other losses suffered in the course of treatment as a result of negligence on the part of the personnel. This will help our healthcare personnel to sit up in their practices and tone down the overbloated ego. |
Originalsly:I'm not endorsing stealing of any kind but I believe that it takes extreme hunger for someone to descend so low as to steal food. That is why justice should be tampered with mercy in such cases. |
When a country allows illegalities to thrive for long, people begin to see such as normal and legal thereby making it difficult to stop such illegalities. That is why those students saw exam malpractices as their rights and resorted to beating up their teacher for daring to stop them. That is also why Nmesoma was bold enough to come to the public with a forged JAMB result claiming she should be recognized as the top candidate for this year's UTME. That is also why illegal open drug market traders would be bold enough to approach the courts in a bid to sabotage government's efforts in trying to sanitize the system. That is because some unscrupulous and unthinking individuals have been collecting money from them for long thereby giving them the audacity to think that they're above the law. So, if we really want to get Nigeria working like a normal country, we must ensure to change our attitudes by obeying rule of laws and shun all illegal acts. Otherwise, Nigeria will continue to rot and be ridiculed by the rest of the world. |
Sk5050:Which is why he shouldn't have been beaten the way they did. |
