dalass:God does not deliver long-throated gender who are easily enticed by a man's money when they can also work and earn a living by themselves. Living at the mercy of the menfolk is the price women must pay when they depend on men for survival in this generation where nature provides equal opportunities for both genders... Fact! |
If their presence is constituting a nuisance there then the government is right in demolishing those shops. |
Ezemeiyogu:But that's the truth! You'll only understand when you have lived in other parts of the country for sometime before going back to the east. Everything there is just different! From cost of things in the market to accommodation, Igbos are simply greedy and that greed enthrones evil! |
Op, you're not alone in this boat. I too have lost excitement and lovey-dovey feelings I used to have for girls while growing up. However, my loss of interest in ladies can be traced to some disappointments and heartbrakes I had. Now, I fear I might not get married because I have lost all the patience to woo ladies. The only lady that can marry me now is one who is ready to take it by force or who doesn't care if I show less excitement about her at the beginning. Like not calling her all the time and so on. Finding such a girl is never going to be an easy task and that is why I fear I might eventually not get married. However, I know deep down that I'm a passionate lover who can lay down my life for any girl of my liking who agrees to be with me despite all the above faults. Na my mama I pity because she's always worrying herself about me getting married. |
If this ever becomes a reality, then Tinubu would be celebrated as the greatest hero of our time. |
Congratulations prof. As you take over the mantle of leadership of Maduka University, please bear in mind that there's an urgent need to redirect the mind of the average Igbo youth towards hardwork and excellence as the only legitimate means to wealth creation and not through fraud, illicit drugs peddling, fake products nor wickedly increasing costs of commodities in the markets. Our brothers and sisters in igboland need a whole lot of attitudinal change if we hope to make igboland a better place for our younger and unborn generations to thrive. We are always quick to mouth off about how wealthy and hard-working we are but an honest look into our ways of life would reveal that we actually enthrone criminality, immorality and lawlessness as against genuine hardwork and honest means of wealth creation. That's dangerous because we're actually setting up our younger and unborn generations for some chaotic life. |
sreamsense:ASUU lecturers like you put it are doing well. At least I can boldly vouch for many of them in Pharmacy. Those guys are excellent but are being limited by lack of funds and machineries to carry out research. Many of them are still managing to research from the little salary they're being paid. If we get things right in terms of funding, our lecturers in this country have all the potentials to excel above their counterparts in the international community. So, stop degrading our lecturers. It'll be much better if you channel the energy in pressuring the government to fund our universities. |
These ignorant children should better be careful. War is not fought with mouth nor internet braggadocio. |
mastermaestro:Exactly my point |
baralatie:Sorry. PCN has the legal responsibility to regulate drug supply in the country at all stages including importation, manufacturing, distribution, whoesales and retails. They regulate both the profession and practice. From your responses, I presume you're one of those compromising our healthcare system via sales of fake drugs and indiscriminate sales of drugs just to make profits at the expense of people's lives. My advice is that you brace yourself to either comply with PCN's regulatory guidelines or change business. NAFDAC and SON are also involved in drugs regulation and have their separate mandates. I'm also sure that non of them would spare you for indiscriminately poisoning Nigerians with drugs and creating more disease burdens for our fragile healthcare system. |
Why make the suspension public This public announcement would lead to stigmatization and eventually worsen his condition. Just few days ago, the president and other stakeholders advised against stigmatization of victims of drug abuse and here's AGN now fueling it against one of their own. Anybody who understands how these drugs work and the complexities of drug abuse would pity the victims and not stigmatize but help them just the way we help other seriously sick people. |
baralatie:If increasing license fee is what it'll take for PCN to close all illegal drug markets and ensure thorough regulation of the drug supply chain in the country while curtailing the so many disease burdens and untimely deaths created by the open drug markets, then I am ready to pay. It'll be my sacrifice for a better healthcare system. |
airsaylongcome:Lol... That's what we see when people use words just because it sounds nice to them or because the next person used it. |

I was going to point out that blunder but you beat me to it. |
baralatie:You clearly don't know what you're talking about, sir. Most of the public universities in the country and a good number of private universities now have schools of Pharmacy. There's an increase in the number of Pharmacists being inducted into the council and it is very necessary for PCN to intensify their regulatory activities as doing so would help generate funds for the council and also create more job opportunities for the increasing number of Pharmacists in the country while promoting good health and quality of life of Nigerians. |
baralatie:There's no lack of personnel anything! More Pharmacy schools are getting accredited both private and public. I think this news is a positive one for some of the affected councils like pcn, nmcn and mdcn if they do the right thing. |
baralatie:They don't regulate just the professionals but also the practice including manufacturing, community, distribution, hospital practice etc. So, there are many avenues for them to generate funds. |
Many of these bodies make so much money even before now. PCN for example generates alot of money and is in a position to even make alot more if they increase their regulatory activities by making sure that nobody operates outside their regulation in any part of the country. However, anti corruption agencies like efcc and icpc should also beam their searchlights on these councils to ensure that generated funds don't get diverted into private pockets. |
How I wish that Pharmacy council of Nigeria can utilize this opportunity well by closing down all illegal drug markets (open drug markets) and aggressively implementing the national drug distribution guidelines so that all drug supply chains whether manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers can be thoroughly regulated. This will ensure that everyone pays for annual registration thereby multiplying the council's revenue. PCN is in a position to make more money than even some banks if the right things are done. |
Samantha124:Yes, if the fake boobs and ass get me attracted to her. |
Samantha124:It's worse "helping" by lying |
Samantha124:Says who Let's face the reality, ass and boobs matter!Someone like myself love moderate ass and boobs ie not to big nor small. Then general feminine curves and flat tommy. It's a complete turn off when a lady looks like a man. However, another guy might like them looking like men or having flat butt/chest or massive butt/chest. Me I like something in between. Personally, I'll not also want to compromise on what I like in my ladies because I wouldn't want to be married to one while craving for those outside thereby cheating on my wife. The genesis of marital infidelity for men is that most times, circumstances force men to marry those they ain't attracted to. They keep those ones at home while frolicking with young girls that possess what they desire. That is the simple truth and it takes an honest guy like myself to disclose this fact. The reason for the above is that those ladies who haven't got great bodies and sexiness are usually the "wife materials" because they make up with being homely and more industrious while the hot babes usually don't give a Bleep because they live with the illusion that their bodies would get them any man of their choice and yes, their bodies do get them loads of men but for fun and games, not for marriage in most cases. So op, don't worry! Just be homely, nice and industrious. You'll get a man for marriage, but whether that man would not cheat on you with those hotties is what I cannot guarantee. |
Truth is that appearance matters because it determines attraction which I think is the key thing. Physical attraction is what matters most to me and people have different tastes when it comes to that. I may be attracted to a girl who is probably short but has other features that turn me on while another guy may dislike same girl but attracted to tall girls. So,except for extremely ugly people, everybody go get mates las las |
Gadafii:Provided Davido hasn't raped anybody, I don't care how many ladies he sleeps with on mutual consent. I don't even think that any man should be crucified or dragged unnecessarily for sleeping with any lady on mutual agreement. |
And so You slept with Davido on mutual agreement after you were paid, how is that supposed to be news?If I were Davido I won't give a damn about all of you slvts coming out lately to drag him via the media. So long as there's no case of rape established against him, y'all can rant to hell! |
Davido, na man you be joor! A guy has gotta enjoy!! Never mind the bitchess, they won't be with you if the money isn't there. For that reason, you owe them no loyalty once you have the dough |
PCN should be able to generate enough funds to sustain itself. If they take their regulatory activities a notch higher by ensuring closure of all open drug markets and instead establishing well-regulated mega drug distribution and wholesale centers across the country, that agency has the potentials of generating more funds than most banks in the country. |
Nice |
I have always said that no matter how much money you have, if you don't belong to the intelligentsia, you simply don't belong! |
Too bad! May their souls rest in peace...Amen |
Rivers people??! Especially their women Very heartless bunch! |
