Tertiary institutions are mini cities and mega business hubs. Over 500 direct employment as academic and non academic staff positions.
Over 5,000 indirect employment as cybercafe and transport operators, traders, restaurant owners, hawkers, passport guys, boutiques and tutorial center, bar and fast food joints, etc not forgetting loud, weed, video game, cards, lotto and betshop.

Since they are ready to settle out of court, no need to stress both parties with long trials.
File the suit in court, renegotiate the terms SLIGHTLY if their offer seems low and let the agreed settlement be adopted and published as the court order. Presented to and pronounced by the honourable judge presiding.

That's the only way to hold them by the b.allz, protect yourself from man's wickedness and the uncertainty of tomorrow.
