germany, australia and u.s.a are your best among the options..

driving is paying in almost every country incase you are not sure of employment. But you better have money to buy the motor and licence when you get there to hasten your chances. Your best plug will getting a car for uber or other e-hailing because some countries or cities taxi licence availability are extremely limited. You can also train to be truck driver, forklift etc or Valet (you wil be parking and retrieving customer cars from the garage at ur place of work). Taxi/uber remains best bet.

Yes many courses but only if they are directly related to those subjects you got a credit. It will not be general science course like computer or med lab, engineering or technology.

E.g Economics, Maths, Igbo, Geography and some social science courses. English also but might be hard to get depending on the school cos u don't have literature or some other arts subjects to balance but you can still enquire.
I know you are looking for how to get a certificate and you won't mind the name of the course.

Well, you don't need to use it as your main account or for your business funds but there's no risk of those things you mentioned. I currently use carbon/one finance bank as my online banking cos my bank's app is misbehaving. The world has gone digital and there are lots of digital Banking like ALAT by wema, Opay, Blueridge, KUDA and many microfinance regulated by CBN and linked to your BVN and guaranteed by Nigeria deposit insurance just like any other brick and mortar bank.
Actually they bridge the gap for a lot of things and there are lots of bills that can be paid easily through their platforms that isn't available through all these commercial banks. Like I said earlier, nobody is advising you to start using it as main account or for bulk money.
But as for safety and convenience, that one is assured from my experience. You get your own NUBAN and Any failed transaction is returned sharperly and you even get notification when the person's account receives the money you sent to avoid "I didn't get it".

Card cloning doesn't require OTP to work. Na dem know how they do it but basically they're carrying a photocopy of your card and authorisation and they can transact on any POS, ATM or website. Unless you block and change your card/pin immediately.

The same card details you are talking about is what these quick loans companies collect in order to withdraw your debt whenever the loan matured. Their fraudulent staff working with outsiders can use the information to empty your account

Quickloan apps work through flutterwave, e-tranzact, paystack and other secure platforms for card payments. Yes they can automatically debit from your account to pay any debt you owe them but Your card details are not available for viewing pleasure of the staff unless someone hacks the servers which is very possible.

Card cloning is a very different hustle. And anyone can fall prey at a public ATM or POS where the hoodlums might have installed a cloning device. OR through a fake webpage/ payment portal.

For example, I can use my card to do transactions online without holding it cos I have all the numbers memorized. Maybe the person knows you or recorded ur card details (card cloning) when you were running a transaction at an ATM, POS or even online.
