Their pay and allowances is also good.

You can also easily become a security consultant after your service with the agency.

If you choose immigration, you will be hoping to be posted to a Passport processing office, a lucrative outfield office, MMIA (having low activities now), Oil platform like NLNG or the juiciest which is getting foreign posting to a first class European Country , USA , Canada .

Most of the job bit in Immigration are 'safe' except those in the outfield but they are mostly safe too if they don't involve in smuggling deals.

Basic Entry Salary for a Graduate in Immigration is also above 100k so its not a bad option too.

More money is made in either of the job options from 'runs' with Immigration having more of this but I believe this wouldn't be your focus. Lol

For DSS, if you are posted to Ops, it may be a little tricky when it comes to safety as you are exposed to all sorts of high calibre criminals but they are still far safer than say Nigeria Police or those in the Armies as some of them are only on the fields for intelligence gathering.

I graduated from Unical and I never paid any money to collect my result! I collected it a few days prior to my NYSC exercise. So I don't know about other schools. Those of you claiming you paid heavily to collect yours, have you checked whether you were owing school fees/ charges? No responsible University will charge you for your certificate collection, except perhaps on the condition that it's been with them for ages, therefore, it may attract a token of Surcharge.

It's not far fetched... believe it or not, we are living in perilous times and the quest for money is at its highest highs and people would do anything for it.

It is very important that u dont suddenly get too enticed by a guys wealth or his flashy, luxurious or extravagant lifestyle that u jump at any slightest opportunity of dating him or hanging around him as friends. Be careful !!!

There are a thousand and one things that may go wrong and put u in harms way if u neglect due diligence, the price may be too heavy... u might sometimes be lucky to come out of it unscathed and most times u may not.

It's difficult to really enjoy life with all these up-tight schedules. Unwittingly, someone will be 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 getting ready to die without savoring the very essense of life.

What is life without simple luxuries?
No vacations, no nature rides, insecurity everywhere even in urban cities/centers, mannually wash your clothes, cook your food, have date nights at home, don't visit spas, don't go to cinemas, don't attend live-shows, reduce your already-reduced food portions.

Somedays, even fruits, milk, sardines, mayonnaise, salads are considered grandeur. Buy thrift-clothes, second-hand gadgets, drive car without AC, sometimes jump danfo to save fuel, many forgone alternatives, no room for self-pampering! Nothing nothing!

Just existing, mentally calculating every penny through each day. Life is not fun for many Nigerians
