can you boast of 25 million?

about 95% never had that full fees..

if they have it not up to 50 Nigerians will travel for school abroad. but ask your self why over 58k Nigerians left last year and over 100k left this year.. are Nigerians that rich?

just type POF service on Google and see what i mean

Dude we know all that and that was why i asked you the very first question.

You have been in nairaland for 8yrs plus and we have been warning people like you about using untouchable loan to get a visa then travel with little or nothing but still people still do it and then open a thread like this to cry a river.

This is self inflected injury and you should blame yourself for this.

You want someone who is trying to survive with little resource to go into trading?

i wont answer you on this. because if i do now you will say am like the emdee tiamiyu

We all know the answer to that question.

Don't tell people not to come to the UK because according to you ...Indians, Pakistani, Malaysia, china etc is overwhelming...

Tell them to come with that money they showed the embassy and the university before getting CAS and visa

If you have that money you will be focusing on your studies now and not job and how to pay remaining fees.

i have been in UK since 1 month plus. but getting a job as a migrant or new commer without UK experience is not easy.
in fact i have sent over 200 job application for cleaner, care assistant etc but all came with a sorry we have moved on to the next stage.

school fees has to be paid. school has sent mail threatening to report to the immigration if school fees is not paid in the next few weeks.

no job, house rent is expensive.. going for 450 to 600 pounds per month.

travelling through student route is not really easy because you have to balance between work and school.. 'even at that where is the job as a new migrant.

Please if you are considering coming to UK for now.. please put on hold. the crowd from Indians, Pakistani, Malaysia, china etc is overwhelming.

it's not worth selling your home to be here.

i sleep in indeed and all this job site.. still yet nothing, bills mounting up.

all my colleague i came with are still with no jobs in other cities

after spending 13 million coming here chai
You got the visa because you presented bank statement showing that you have all your school fees and maintenance money.

So where is that money?

Talking about insurance...life insurance protects your family from potentially devastating financial losses that could result if something happens to you.

Remember when you said you won't get life insurance because you will setup your children well (something like that), in other words, you are not planning to leave your family in an 'anyhow' state so no need for life insurance, same thing here, I'm not planning for divorce so no need to make such preparations.
You are mixing things up here, i specifically mentioned car insurance.

Leave the guy...when we were discussing life insurance the other time, he said he won't get one (because he was thinking positive o). As if the person that spoke about life insurance was wishing him bad 😀

And on a serious note, if not for regulations, how many people for dey do car insurance if we want to be honest?
You are all over the place, i'm not sure you read my post regarding life insurance let alone understood it

The point is, plan for a successful marriage and hope it does not break down, if it breaks down, so be it. Don't plan for a broken marriage and hope it becomes successful.
So who gave you the idea that we are planning for marriage to breakdown? This is like me telling you about car insurance policy in the UK and you get angry accusing me of planning for you to get accident

Honestly some people here are funny,
we are talking about what happens when marriage breaks down in the western world and some people are getting worked up about it.

You can be the best husband or wife and work hard to make your marriage work but if your better half thinks otherwise then you have to face the reality.

If you want us to discuss this objectively , we can. I didn't mention praying and fasting as the only elements of building a foundation for a strong lasting marriage relationship.

You dey find my mouth.

Marriage is run on principles and principles don't respect anyone. You break it, it breaks you.

Knowledge of the elements to enjoy a good marriage is more important than seeking for how to share properties or protect oneself after a divorce.

The mindset with which you choose to engage this journey is very important.

I say again... you can either choose to build a stable fortress or go seeking Knowledge of how to leave with the chunk sum when the house collapses.

Through wisdom is a house built, by Knowledge it is established and by understanding it's Chambers are furnished .

Hello everyone,
I just have birth 10 days ago. I got a letter to regularize my child's status or the baby won't be able to use the NHS after 3months.
How do I go about this? My current visa will expire next year February. (I already got a sponsorship with the NHS but my letter can. Only be given 3 months to my current visa expiry)
Do I apply for enter clearance or new visa? I don't know. Anyone that has experience with a newborn please
My wife gave birth few months ago and she got the same letter, I can’t remember the exact wording but I think they are trying to know the immigration status of the parent so as to know if you need to pay for NHS services you used. If you are on student or work visa then you have nothing to worry about. Follow the instructions on that letter.

The accused.
I have said this many times here, yes there are agents here actively contributing in this section but I have no control over what they do outside this section. If anybody here decides to dm them and get scammed then I have no right to intervene. If you can not ask question here or study materials already available and decided to engage any of these agents then you deserve whatever you get out of it.

Nigerian agents are heartless and are ready to break any immigration rules with no regard for their victims.
I ban any of them that advertise here or asked members to contact them privately.

Disciplinary process should be imposed on who? The accused or the accusers?

Honestly,

They just making someone plan for failed marriage, channel that energy towards planning for a successful marriage instead.
You are getting the whole thing twisted.

Nobody is planning for marriage to fail but if that happens unfortunately you have to deal with the reality of divorce in the west. Probably it will help you deal with issues differently unlike how it goes in Nigeria.

Marriage is a business partnership, of two people coming together, to build & strengthen their values .....

Its, i don't believe that the woman should be left empty handed when marriage ends. There has to be fairness.

Now the question is while the husband works full time, is that not supporting the wife too to ensure family doesn't lack financially? You see support and looking after the home is relative.
You will only value the work madam does in the house and the kids when you hire a nanny or house help to do that job.

You will still support the house financially and pay the nanny and your kids and house will be in the hands of a complete stranger.

You can not put a price tag or value to the work a good supporting wife does. Peace of mind alone is priceless.

My wife works part time because of the kids while i work full time, she does the school run, shopping, cook etc. I don't have the same insistent she has with the kids. I do look after the kids after work or on my off days and i know i struggle sometimes, so i have deeper appreciation.

I will be more than happy to share 50/50 with her

50/50 of all their assets or only his ?
His assets if he is the higher earner and madam is a home maker, looking after the kids etc, your investments, salary earned or money made through business while married will be regarded as family assets and as such will be on the table to be shared with madam and kids if marriage ends.

I think you are the one misinformed over here as a visitor visa holder I get to Canada on a visit visa and I apply for a job and the company agree to offer me a job with an LMIA. I can then change me visit visa to work permit just agree you don't know about this and let's move on from here. There are so many ways you can convert you visit visa to PR in Canada even in Atlantic region. You can get a job as a visitor visa holder in the Atlantic region in Canada. Once the employer is under the designated employer in the region you can convert you visa to work permit and even get pr faster than people that choose the school route. No need of LMIA in Atlantic region, the company only need to endorse the employee then you will be qualify to apply for permanent resident. You are no wiser than Canadian government that made all this possible...
So is that working with visiting visa? Or are you another confused dude? Can you work legally with visiting visa? Yes or No

It’s very unfortunate to read comments here about people intentionally planning or already abusing the visit visa system.

At the end of the day, Nigerians are truly the problem before the government. The same Nigerians complaining about long interrogations at Toronto airport because of frequent cases of the visit vsia abuse, are the same Nigerians still planing to do the same.

Tomorrow when Canada bans Nigerians like the UAE did or make the application stricter, you same abusers will blame it on the government.

If you are guilty of this and reading this, a big shame on you! And I truly hope that nemesis catches up with you. There’s no excuse for illegality. Nothing stops you from going through the EE route or even student visa route. Infact, having the visit visa alone makes the study visa easier to get. But no, you want to feel smart and cheat the system and make things harder for future applicants.

See, You will never gain anything fruitful as you abuse the privilege. You will suffer from day 1 and eventually leave there out of frustration. I hope that majority of you are eventually deported in shame. You will all labour in vain.

You can take this to wherever you wish.
