A funny thing happened at my site yesterday. A man living Abroad came back to Nigeria last week and decided to come check the house they built for him after 13 years living Abroad. This particular house is the first house in my avenue with 100% finishing 2 flats bungalow.

He was shocked and disappointed cos he thought they built the house in lekki or ajah Axis

He said he can't live here (he can't live with the poor and average people i guess) and told them to sell the house.

He left with anger and disappoinment

Even though his person in Nigeria built the house to his taste, at least she should be honest with him with the location. But the woman said he wasn't serious and he doesn't want the man to be scared of building house that's why she just told him to send money that there is a good land in the island with cheap price

So she tricked the man out of "care" for him to manage the little he has to become a landlord cos he wants to live in ajah or lekki axis but he doesn't have the power.

The man need to thank God he saw something done with his money, it may not be in location of his choice. Let him go asked those people that send millions to their biological parent that used his money to partying over the years, or father that used his son money to marry young lady that give him additional 3 kids over the years his been sending him money for his project. His father sending him pictures of someone else project in the neighborhood.

Amazing, sometimes when I see people posting products that are fully manufactured here in Nigeria and printed made in UK, China, Dubai, US, etc., I laugh. Let me give you an example, the last time I posted that p.o.p is made in Yobe state, I knew many people would not believe it. Even as we speak there are companies producing them in Ibgesa Ogun State. Other products I know is commonly made in Nigeria is all those Pvc pipes. Label it whatever you want to, 90% are made in Nigeria between two states, Delta and Edo. So with many other products that's labeled made oversees. I don't know why our people will not patronize our locally made products not until it's labeled from somewhere else. Even those electric meters are made in Ogun State.

What I am telling you is that everyone cannot be driving to SimonKk to buy 10 pieces of light bulbs worth 8k for their small house, and that those who buy in bits are so much in the majority, and that's why the retailers are thriving.

I know those government agencies are pain in the butt. I'm going through the same thing. Excision in process is their selling point, to get you hooked. Many of those in process could be 10 years on more guys shine your eyes. I personally have one of those in process case for 8 years now we get stuck waiting for publication never happened till date, imagine getting that far in the process.

Oga spyder what to those guys are saying is true, one of the big dealers in Lagos was selling for initial 3000 I thought it was expensive. His driver called and told us that they were receiving supplies of 19 trailers of 600 bags on that faithful day when I spoke with him. He tried to convince me to buy, I didn't that was on Saturday. When I went back on Wednesday he was selling for 3300 and there was not a single bag left in his warehouse between Saturday and Wednesday. Imagine how much money he made between those days?, he's also a iron dealer I was directed to him from the manufacturer of tiger tmt. When I brought iron from him at 254k per ton, as of 2 days ago he's selling the same iron for 300k. How could that happen?.
