Education › Re: Are Nigerian Graduates Useless, Especially Engineers ? by lastpage: 5:37pm On Jul 06, 2011
@buzegee
lol to be honest with you engineering is a noble profession. of course i know there are many setbacks in naija etc etc. ok maybe the question is kinda harsh lol but this applies all across the board in nigeria. folks dont want to apply themselves. they sit all the blame with the govt. i would like to think that if i was an engineer, i would try to create something (from my mama basement), i would keep at it till i perfect it. then i would look for venture capitalists or even the govt to sponsor it. you know what i think the problem is ?
1, the wrong people go into engineering and for the wrong reasons. if you are not technical minded, you have no reason going into engineering. people wrongly go into it because they feel it is prestigious. see, they went into it for the wrong reasons while they are not mentally equipped to critical think their way out of the box that university learning constrains you to. thats the problem. the wrong people go into it for the wrong reasons. my personal opinion
2, naija man has a classist mindset which he feels precludes him from getting dirty. this is obviously a negative for the field of engineering
3, the avg naijaman is into instant gratification, this is also a negative as you have to be long suffering in a field like this.

so all in all, i guess the blame lies on the people and slightly with the govt
My Bigger bros!
I am just curious.
"WHAT" EXACTLY ARE YOU?
I mean what is your "calling" in life"

You've said you are NOT an Engineer.
Now l can understand your "reckless" statement concerning Engineers.

BTW: Do you know that "some" Engineers have developed themselves to the point where they are qualified "consultants" with higher-degree-level qualifications in two or three callings?
The world is moving away from the classic, old-stereotyped, "straight-jacket, occupational definition" to "multi-diverse, cross-functional competencies"!
These are the people that "Stand-out and oustand everyone else" in the firm or at an interview!
It takes years though, and loads of "relevant" work experience
Education › Re: Are Nigerian Graduates Useless, Especially Engineers ? by lastpage: 11:33pm On Jul 05, 2011
@buzegee
all the engineers and petroleun engineers we have in nigeria and they cannot refine crude oil and neither can they build oil rigs. what exactly do nigerian engineers learn in school apart from how to balance moinmoin on top of eko so that it does not fall down ?
Is this a silly joke or something?
I hate myself for getting into this discourse but after watching the same trash being regurgitated for three pages, l am constrained to "contribute" just a few lines.
Honestly speaking, if l consider any of my kids and the kind of knowledge they have in their head, the kind of "models" they have done with ordinary paper, the "activities" they do in school and the exposure they even have from watching TV (watching programs like "How Things are made", How Stuffs made", e.t.c), l tell myself, "No wonder they are very much more brilliant than me, at their age"! grin grin grin

Now, do l blame myself for that? NO, not in anyway.

I was the best l could be, at that time, based on the "resources available and the environment" l found myself (and l am talking about somebody given birth to, by Graduate parents who are traveled and work in decent places!).

I dont know "buzegee" or what he does for a living but "whatever" he is doing right now, l want to assure him that he is at least 75% under-utilized! Yes, you are only delivering 25% of what you are actually capable of! Prove me wrong if you can.

Have you ever wondered why some who struggle to graduate in Nigeria suddenly become a sort of "Genius", graduating with first class honors, when they come abroad? Just give it a thought and dont abuse me yet! huh

Like others have pointed out, go to NIFOR, go to FIRRO and many other places (l was part of a team at the Biomedical Engineering Dept, LUTH, that developed a Baby incubator, in those days and we took it to a trade fair! We've done our part, as students and l was not even a "core-engineer" by then!).

Let me share this with you: My B.Sc project was in the "Design and construction of a remote controlled car demobilizer" (this was decades ago, then it was a novel idea!). I designed and constructed it, installed the "Receiver part" in my Dad's car and brought it to the campus during project defense. I got an A+ in that 6-Units course!
Many years later,l went back to my Dept and saw my Project with so much dust on it (it cost me a lot of money to build it as everything was done the hard and manual way!) and asked that l should at least be allowed to take it away and show it to my kids, if not for anything else! grin Well, the request was denied. wink

Now, in a good country, (as is done in Europe and the Americas) the "Venture Capitalists" (Rich businessmen) are always on the prole looking for "good and innovative ideas" to pump money into!
They will invest in it, commercialize it and make their money back in multiple fold!

Lets leave the Nigerian Govt out of it for now.
Have you ever wondered why our own rich men (even if they did loot our national treasury) will rather stash their loot in Monaco, Belize or a Swiss bank, rather than "multiply it" by investing in such innovations?
Go to "Silicon Valley" (in the U.S) today and see how "start-up Ventures" get financed and encouraged.

With money, you can "fine-tune" your invention in a way that it can compete with others from other parts of the world.
You can have access to latest technology, materials and fabrication methods.

Do you know that Engineer Awojobi built a "local car" that was on display at Unilag, for so many decades?
How many "Aba-boys" have built cars and whatever you can think of?

I feel very sad for you, that you can insult "Engineers" like this, if you are one, you will know what it takes to even graduate, talk-less of becoming a "qualified" engineer!

Again, you need to understand that by our curricula, University Engineers dont "BUILD" things! We have two-tiers of Engineers.

1.)University trained (B.Eng, B.Sc, e.t.c) : Their job is to "conceptualize, and design" engineering solutions.
They are like the Architect that "designs a building" and supervises it construction on ground! His job is to ensure that the "design" is followed, during construction, offering expertise where needed. Though if need be (and this is very rare), he will enter the  trench with them. This is to ensure that their level of knowledge is not encumbered by "rudimentary tasks" that "others" can handle, without waste in manpower!

2.) Institute & College of Technologies (HND's, e.t.c): This group is by no mean inferior or subordinate to the first group, they are both experts and competent leaders but  in different areas! Their job is to "pick-up" what the first group has "designed" and "bring it to life". They are involved in actual construction and their curricula is more practical-based but devoid of the finesse expected of an Engineer who is supposed to "negotiate" a project financing! (That wan need grammar small naah!  grin)

Now, both "groups one and two" will always work together. And you can find them like that in all advance economies.

The problem with the "Nigerian system" is that around the 80's, people saw that it was easier to "have access to and loot funds", if you are in the office! grin .,, and that is where you will find the first group! wink , On the drawing board! Pen Robbers! tongue and everybody wants to be one!

Again, due to our "silly colonial mentality", "idiots" began to ascribe "superiority" to the first group and began to pay them more than the second group! But the reverse should actually be the case!. The same reason you see some "Oga" sitting on a swivel chair all day in the office and he gets paid ten times more than the people who actually do the work!
It does not happen like that in advance economies except for some "few experienced Specialists".
A "bricklayer" gets paid as much, if not more than a bank cashier, for example, in Europe and America. (I know this for a fact).

Putting all these together, l will conclude by saying that "the Engineers" are not the problem, our environment is the problem!
What sort of engineering prowess do you expect from a country where the Presidential Villa makes a yearly budget for "GENERATORS"? grin
We have a govt that pays "lip-service" to technological advancement, that is just the fact and l am not surprised, in a country that is 50yrs old, we just got a first graduate President at 48yrs! grin
And they are not even "honors" graduates wink
In a country where the head of the CBN is a graduate of Islamic Banking! (where are the chartered Accountants, the Economists, the Financial Managers, e.t.c ?)
In a country where mediocrity is the order of the day and round pegs are put in square holes, just because we must abide by "Federal Character and Quota Systems"? (Name one developed Nation that operates on Quota system or Federal Character?)

The system we operate right now is just so rotten we should actually recognize the "ingenuity" of Nigerian Engineers (and students in general) who can survive the constant abuse and deprivation called Nigerian Educational system.
What manner of Engineers can you produce from Universities with empty Laboratories and constant black-outs? Is that the students fault?

Maybe "buzeege" is still too young or too inexperienced to grasp the enormity of the 'rot' and hence his frustration on "Nigerian Engineers" but really, they are not the problem.
Can any Engineer walk into a bank with his invention and ask the bank to fund its production? No way!
But they are willing to give unsecured loans to @Sin-nators@ and one crooked business man who will share them 25% and refuse to payback the loan wink

I weep for my country.

I think history will damn Sanusi (CBN Guvnor) eventually!

There is something dangerous about leaders who look on themselves as "ALL KNOWING"! angry

Apart from not having the requisite academic pedigree (Graduate of Islamic Studies!LKWMD), this guy refuses to listen to other people's advice!

Now, l will not be surprised if this CBN Guvnor drives this country aground (Just like the CBN Guvnor did when SAP was implemented in the middle 80's)

With all the number of Agric Banks, Agric Enterpreneurs and so on in the landscape, THIS CLUELESS CBN GOVNOR HAS NOW TAKEN "CENTRAL BANKING TO A NEW LEVEL"!
HE WANTS CBN TO BE A POULTRY FARMER! grin grin huh

Really, we need to check-out what "Sanusi is smoking" in his bedroom! angry angry
Even ganja does not makes one so 'locco' as this one has become.

If (and If)  GEJ does not have the constitutional Power to remove him, if the National Assembly are too compromised to remove him,
ITS TIME "PEOPLE's POWER", BY PUBLIC PROTESTS, FORCE HIM OUT OF OFFICE!

Its our life, its our money and it will be our pain, if we dont get this charlatan out of office quickly!

Lets go on FACEBOOK and other Social Networking Sites and Mobilize support.
It changed Govts in North Africa, the Middle East and its still on-going, Why not Nigeria?

Or are we TOO CHICKEN that Lamido Sanusi thinks we deserve a POULTRY! grin

Reports reaching us also indicates that the CBN will now build stalls in ALL BUS STOPS in Nigeria so as to sell "STANDARD SHEPPE" as opposed to the inferior ones being produced by illiterate people.

This would in turn generate at least a thousand jobs in the near future!

Bravo to our ever indefatigable SANUSI!

Now l know what makes Sanusi "high", no wonder! grin

Health › Re: Medical Council Outlaws Strike For Doctors by lastpage: 12:21am On Jul 05, 2011
I think the article is not worth the paper it is written on!

On one hand, he states emphatically that they cannot go on strike!
He then says they can go on strike in extreme cases!

And we all know that "Nigeria is replete with extreme cases"! grin

Looking at it, under the labour law, every worker, including Doctors, have a right to unionize and as such, "strike" is one of the extreme ways to drive the message home! wink

I wish they never could go on strike because of the kind of service they render but l also wish the Govt will play its own part and eradicate those conditions that make it impossible for them not to go on Strike!

The sad thing is that "Wishes are not Horses, otherwise beggars would rise"!

The body, including the uterus, is very elastic. They can stretch as mush as required. Thanks to evolution.

I mean, if a man should suddenly have reason for his Tummy to get that big within a few months (as against gradual enlargement over the years due to bad-lifestyle choices), The Man will surely pass-over to the great beyond!

I dont get your point. The enlargement was gradual. She did not become like that overnight. Thats 32 weeks of gradual enlargement for you.

There is nothing God-ish here. Fifity years, more or less, from now, trust me , we will start creating human beings ourselves, no need to have someone carry the baby for 9 months, not very efficient. They are the God that should get all the plaudits. Think about it for a second, when family member go in to thier church or mosque and they fall on their knees and they pray to God that she doesn't miscarry, or that she doesn't bleed to death, or that she doesn't suffer acute trauma/DIC from post-operative shock, who do you think they're praying to?

Now, you go ahead and read your Bible or Quran, and you may go to your church/ mosque/shrine, and with any luck you might win the annual raffle, but if you're looking for God, the one that delivered Bimbo Ayelabola of her quintuplets, he was in different operating rooms at Homerton Hospital , London, on April 28th, 2011 delivering Quintuplets. and he doesnt like to be disrespected they way you just did.

My point is that there is no invincible hand, God, anywhere here. There is no plan, nothing. It just happens.
I get your point even without the elaborate analogy!
But trust me, you entitled to your own "God-less" way of life, its your move! wink

Did you see the Guvnors apologizing to the Militants in those days?

For those who are blaming GEJ for the whimpering behavior of the Guvnors, IS IT PRESIDENT JONATHAN THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING THEM IN THEIR OWN STATE OR WAS IT GEJ THAT WAS IMPLEMENTING SHARIA IN THEIR STATES?

Every clown blames GEJ for about anything they can think of!

Anyway, Boko Haram knows their size sha, if they want to "disappear completely", why dont they issue their "fatwa" on the President as well? grin

Myself, I don't have issues with what El Rufai stated. U have issues with what he stated so, don't be lazy to do your findings especially with fact that, he gave you his source.

Get to work and ;
1. Prove him wrong.
2. Cut down on waste and frivolities
3. Tell oga GEJ to stop appropriating funds to poo causes.
4. Tell him to fire and institute a probe against any incompetent ministers, police chiefs and other Govt official.
5. Tell him to get to work as regards security issues, electricity, infrastrural development,.

@Don Shark
:
@@Lastpage.I like your reply to the post expatiating the need for the shameless chameleon to hide his head in shame, but I'm arguing a clause on your post where you said the legislative is independent, that's true but the president has the absolute power to everything knowing fully well that an act is not yet an act until the president has appended his signature on it.
In the other sense, I don't see any reason why the SSS will arrest El-Rufai(prior to his article) since we are practicing democracy,I see it as an encroachment on his fundamental human right.
This is a case of a thief accusing a fellow thief.
All the same,if what he's saying is true,he should be freed and on the opposite side,he should be charged for infiltrating divisive and seditious sentiments and also spewing false reports.
Thanks
@Agitator
Same way the legislature can also not pass the appropriation bill or remove elements from it to frustrate the president/executive.
it is more of blackmail. than law making.

In advance democracies the supreme court has the power to declare a law null and void even though same had been passed by the legislature and signed into law by the president.
We have been ruled by the military for a long time that's why so many people have the mindset that the president must rule like a dictator.
everybody remember Obama promising to close guatanamo bay within six months in power at most a year, but the reverse is the case.
Thanks to “Don Shark and Agitator”.
I will also like to thank “Micklplus”

Now, let us  leave El-Rufai, as a person, out of the equation. Let us assume he is a saint, let us even leave his personality out of it and just assume the message was written by an “Anonymous Person”.
That way, we can focus on the “message” and not the “messenger”.

Now, especially to Micklplus.
I want you to “show us” that what was written (by the former FCT Minister) is TRUE and a TRUE REFLECTION OF REALITY.
I have shown in my earlier post,
why the President has to release funds for various projects and as such, justify the increasing Gov spending.
I have used the Amnesty issue and the Security Vote funding as examples.

I don’t want to repeat myself, what l want you to do is to “criticize the logic” in those decisions, based on the explanations l have given earlier.
For example, if you say granting amnesty was wrong (while l say it is right since the country now pumps more crude oil in the ND, makes more money, the region is experiencing relative peace, “human capital development” is on-going and the threat to security has been relatively reduced or brought under control), then l will need you to justify your own position as to the contrary.

On the second example, the “Author”  said GEJ was wasting money on security,
l have also justified the increased spending by alluding to the fact that we now live in terrible times and we cannot just fold our hands and watch the country being bombed to smithereens. Nothing good comes cheap, America today spends trillions on security alone!
If we don’t invest in latest security technology, train our security manpower,  and booster our intelligence gathering capabilities, “we simply get what we pay for”, weakness, like we are currently experiencing and these is exemplified by the comments of the Army chief! Surprise, surprise, l have never seen this kind of tactics before (lol).

Now, its up to you to justify what the “message” said about “GEJ wasting money on security” and prove to us that this assertion is actually true. The ball is in your court.

BTW: If l may add,  l am not into party politics here, l am not “liking or disliking” GEJ, l am just addressing the policies and the criticisms of them by another Nigerian.
When we are done with these journey, we can then come back and debate the “incarceration of El-Rufai, why he was locked-up and whether it is justified or not.
Thanks and Cheers.

Politics › Re: The Article That Got El Rufai Into Trouble by lastpage: 4:48am On Jul 04, 2011
Look at my silly brothers and sisters, they are at it again!
Just "one faceless person" (no pun intended at naijaking 1, but all we can work on is his pseudo-name on Nairaland!) came here and bandied El-Rufai's article "as the reason why he was arrested" and you'all are jumping all over yourself?

Did you ask yourself whether there might be other reasons known to the govt but which you are not aware of, that necessitated his arrest? (At times l wonder the kind of people, in real life, who post on this NL!)

Always put a "caveat" on whatever you say, if you're not 100% sure it's a fact.
Like "if this was the only reason" then so-so-so and so!

Now, having said the above, lets go back to the article itself.
BTW: I have no single interest in GEJ or his government, l just like to give everyone a fair hearing and see things objectively.

Two things will strike you in that article.
1.) What GEJ proposes to spend on "Security" (Defense Ministry, NSA, amnesty, Police, e.t.c)
2.) The"ills and malaise" in our society (bribery, corruption, huge salary of National assembly members, payment of Minimum wage, e.t.c)

In summary, the article by El-Rufai was about "corruption and the huge cost" of running our govt.

Now, lets "dice and slice" the article itself.
I will do a "summary" of this since a more in-depth analysis would take a lot of pages and Nairalanders are reputed for a short attention span! Some dont even have attention at all! grin

Let me start from 2; Corruption:
El-Rufai, as a member of CPC, is an opposition member and if he thinks writing crap about a sitting govt is what "opposition" is all about, he needs to go back to school.
"Opposition" is about providing "credible alternatives" to what the govt is providing, not just criticizing them all day!

Take for example, the salary of the National assembly or that of Judiciary members.
Since we operate a "three-tier federal system", all tiers are "INDEPENDENT" and there is hardly anything President Jonathan can do about that. Point is, he does not have the "Constitutional Powers" to interfere in what the other tiers are doing due to the constitutional provision of "Separation of Powers".
This is O-Level Government Stuff, no marks awarded to me at all though, as a former Minister, you can award 10points to El-Rufai, for not knowing this or for been economical with the truth here!

Again, Payment of Minimum wage is an agreement with the Trade Unions. An agreement is an agreement, the alternative is for the Unions to go on strike and we all know that will lead to further losses and deaths (Universities, Health Sector, Power Sector, e.t.c). That GEJ is honoring these agreements and providing funds is actually a credit to his "uprightness" unlike El-Rufai's govt under OBJ when "agreements" means nothing!

But on the issue of "Corruption" generally, the President needs to live by example.
He needs to be seen as stamping out corruption from the top.

The bad thing about our own 'brand of democracy' is that "corruption is so ingrained in it, (from voting patterns, to political alliances, Ministerial Nominations, to contract award and even to "impeachment procedures" for tackling corrupt officials!) that it will take more than just the President to stamp it out.
All Nigerians must help him, especially now that he has signed the FOI Bill!

The Police or Court or another Attorney General like "Mr. Anaconda" under former President Yar Ardua can frustrate his efforts but with the help of the populace, who must stay focused and be devoid of these "anything GEJ is bad mentality", he can do better.

This is supposed to be a short summary and its getting long! cry

Now, to Security vote/Cost
I wont earn any marks if l try to remind anyone that under the military and subsequent civilian governments, the "security outfits" of the nation has been deliberately "underfunded" (and private armies established as an alternative) and where funds are provided, it has been looted (e.g Police: Tafa Balogun and company for example).
Why does Mr. President need to fund the Security outfits, especially now that we are beginning to face "existential threats" like we have never experienced before?

1.)if the Army Chief says he has never seen this kind of "Boko Haram" tactics before, is that GEJ's fault or should GEJ "deny him funding" if he now wants to "upgrade his knowledge" and that of the Army, to cope with the situation?
What will GEJ's detractors say, if he took that decision El-Rufai is insinuating and starved them of funds?

2.) Internal security is zero otherwise, Boko haram, Kidnapping, Armed Robbery, Assassinations, e.t.c will never get to this level.
what should the President do, when the NSA or SSS ask for funding, to train and equip "intelligence officers" like never before, to infiltrate the criminals?
Should he deny such funding, as Mallam El-Rufai is insinuating?

3.) Amnesty
: In as much as those who dont come from the Delta region but have benefited most from its Petro dollars, are often quick to criticize the President, an "unbiased analysis" by anyone who have gone into the creeks will be that "injustice" has been meted to these people, they deserve better.
When the various military and civilian govt failed to do the right thing, the militants took to arms.

Nigeria's crude level, our major earner of forex, dipped dangerously!
In short, we were loosing income while at the same time, the price of oil was rising.

President GEJ took a hard look at the situation and "offered amnesty" to all militants who are ready to drop their weapons and live a normal life.
a) he offered to pay them some "living stipends " while he "re-trains" them to be able to fit-in and work in the oil industry in their backyard!
b) They agreed and downed weapons, he allocated funds (the same funds El Rufai is crying wolf about) and was paying them this stipends while they learn a trade.
c) Mean while, Nigeria's export of crude oil has been steadily increasing since then and we are earning fabulously, from the 'roof-top' price of oil, in recent times!
In other words, the "Amnesty" is actually paying for itself since the additional revenue we now earn (as a result of peace in the Niger Delta) can be split between funding the programme while the rest is diverted to other projects like Power generation and distribution grids.

Be reminded that Babangida killed Ken Saro Wiwa for the same reason while Obasanjo obliterated two Towns in its whole entirety, using bombs (Odi and Zaki Biam) just to achieved "forced peace" in the ND but both failed woefully.
Well, President Goodluck just had the "Goodluck" of succeeding!
Now, if that is not "fresh Air" then l doubt what fresh air still means!

Left to Mallam El-rufai, he will rather GEJ deployed soldiers to level the whole of N.D, rather than "waste funds" on the amnesty programme.
The judgement is left to the public, unbiased public of course.

Thus, Mallam El-rufai is at best, a rabble-rouser, an alarmist and someone who is actually trying to cause chaos through his preachings since he came back from the exile he ran to, when he was charged for corruption.
Mind you, it was the Security Agencies that charged him, under Yar Adua, and he fled.
GEJ did not order his arrest when he came back otherwise, he would not even be daring to go into politics (if it were under Babangida, Abacha or even Obj!)

But every Tom, D.ick and Harry thinks GEJ is stewpid and can be taken advantage of, just because he follows the rule of law and is very disciplined, right?

*Is it not the same Mallam El-rufai preaching about corruption here, that was wasting money given to this country by foreign donors, by paying one of his "female Corpers " in DOLLARS, yes, American dollars!$$$$

*Was it not the same Mallam El-Rufai that was busy destroying peoples houses in Abuja (even when a court order was in place saying he should not), acting like a demi-god than has run amok? Just wait till someone like him becomes a President and you will hear "Despot, ruler for life"; Ghadafi will be a saint, walahi! grin

*Was it not the same El-Rufai that siezed people's land (saying they are not residential areas) and allocated same to his friends?

*Was it not the same Mallam El-Rufai, as FCT Minister, who allocated "choice land in Abuja" to every member of his family, government land o!

We Nigerians have very short memory and we are easily swayed by anyone making some pretentious noise in the name of "opposition"!

El-Rufai is desperate to come back to government, he has tasted "power" and is very bitter to be out of it, he is doing a "hatchet job" to get noticed but one thing is sure, "its not amusing to hear the Pot calling the Kettle black"! shocked angry (even if we assume the President is bad!)

If GEJ was looting these funds, l could understand he be called to order but if he was "generating more" and allocating them to "needed areas" and El-Rufai is inciting the "most gullible masses" against his government, then he needs to be "reminded! that he has a case to answer in court for now

BTW: If Boko Haram needed to be "re-educated" through an amnesty programme, to stop all these bombing, then so be it;
at least if the likes of "Northern leaders like El-Rufai" have not neglected these Almajeris for so long, it wont be GEJ's problem to grant them an amnesty while the same El-Rufai is busy writing bull-shyte, just to appear like he gives a hoot about the masses!

Before you start castigating this woman with your "herd mentality", sit back and THINK PLEASE!
Only silly people engage their mouth/fingers before putting their brains into gear!

1.) She's had a history of miscarriages before now. => Anyone who know anything about that knows that she will have a hard time getting pregnant afterwards and god help you if you become "A Cukoo Cock" in your husbands home!

2.) The infertility problem was why she indulged in that Drug (Stewpid Sun Newspaper should never have mentioned the name) though she should not have done so, without a Doctor's prescription and supervision

3.) With five babies in her Tommy, if it were you, will you walk-up to LUTH (maybe in darkness when PHCN is at work! Or have you not seen them doing C.S operation with Candle or Torch light?) and ask them to deliver  you of those things you've been sweating for? Be honest with your answer pls!

4.) She simply took the "best decision" for her life and her babies! (Nigerian Hospitals, lacking in almost everything, including stable power, may spell death for her and those babies). Countless cases abound where mother and child died because of poor equipment or power failure, even when they are only TWINS!. I bet if given a choice, most of you will do the same. I WILL IF I WERE A WOMAN! wink

5.) I am not against the NHS sending her a Bill, no amount of bill will equate those babies and her life!
Let her pay the damn bill instalmentally, even if it means paying for her whole life!

BTW: The husband's name was called "Ohi" and the story was that he bolted when he saw five little freaking mouths nibbling at his fingers, at the same time! But that one was just for public consumption sha or should l say "Mama's consumption" wink .
The actual truth is that "him" staying around will only complicate her efforts, as the Oyinbo people are known to "prefer to deal sympathetically with women without husbands" than a woman with a husband!
He just acted smart, in connivance with the wife! wink wink (Just let her get a "permanent stay" now and you will see my guy surface, sharp-sharp, from no-where, asking to see his children!) shocked shocked

6.) No need to expose her Tummy like that, it is not only indecent, it is a violation of her privacy. That picture looks like it was taken in a hospital and should form part of her "private medical records" at the hospital. Her lawyer should sue the Newspaper and the NHS, maybe they  would defray some of the cost (and learn a lesson or two from it). If she were "white" (say Indian or Australian), would they expose her Tummy like that? Just because she is Nigerian, she has suddenly become sub-human, abi?

7.) She has a perfect right to demand that her stay be extended and it will be extended, mark my words! You cannot travel with those little rascals  grin in a plane! The "compression at take-off"  will make their eardrums burst while the decompression  process at "landing" can suck their intestines out of their Tummy, they are still too young to travel, this is a matter of medical opinion and "Doctors" in here can attest to it.

8.) while we are all here drawing daggers and ready to murder her, can we please direct the same venom to our treasury-looting leaders (who by the way also have their own babies abroad at our own expense! shocked ) who failed to equip our own hospitals but will rather steal the money (can you still remember what Iyabo Obasanjo did with the health allocation, with that Health D.G/Minister Doctor Grange or what is her name again?).

If the British Govt Ministers and Prime Ministers have being stealing their own Health Budgets, she wont be able to run to Britain now and likewise, if our successive leaders have not been looting our own health budget, she would have stayed in Nigeria to have her babies so, THE SHAME IS NOT ON HER BUT ON WE NIGERIANS (for keeping quiet when it matters) and on our leaders who have turned ordinarily decent Nigerians into beggars worldwide!
Go figure.

But if it were me, l will report him to the nearest Police station and urge the DPP to institute criminal proceedings against him on one hand (unlawful dispossession from property, imprisonment of property

On a second line, l will get my lawyer to institute civil proceedings against him for denying me access to my place of abode(l go chop damages no be small o wink ), loss of revenue as a result, illegal ejection, deprivation, e.t.c (at least a few of them will stick!)

Depending on whether its an annual tenancy (Yearly rent => min 6months notice at first instance) or monthly tenancy (=> one month notice) but even at that, the landlord does not have the legal right to "Lock the Gates", he can only go to court to seek an Order to to retake his property!

There is currently a case in Lagos that l am aware of.
This Landlord increased his annual rent by over 40%, the Tenant meanwhile went ahead and paid the "normal" yearly rent (minus the increase) while they were still mediating on the increase.
After mediation, the tenant then went and paid the balance (increase) and now asked the Landlord to come and sign the mediation agreement.
He refused to show up but instead, went to contract another separate lawyer (apart from the one he was using as his Estate Manager) and issue a "Quit Notice" to the Tenant, using the remaining part of the six months (i.e the last six months of the one year the tenant has already paid for) as "Notice period"! huh

I just told the Tenant to ignore that quit Notice cos, having paid for the whole year (within the stipulated 3months period of grace as allowed by law, initial and additional amount), that tenant is already "in contract" with the Landlord and he cannot use such "contracted period" as Notice period!
he can only begin to think of an ejection as from next Year January when the current payment he has received (he did not even refund the rent o!) will have lapsed and even at that, he will find it very hard to prove to the court that the "Ejection Notice" was because his son who was returning from London, needed the Flat (Legally acceptable condition for the ejection of a Tenant, in "good standing"wink; as he issued the same Quit Notice to three other Tenants in the same house, for challenging his arbitrary increase!

These type of Landlords are the ones that need to be taught a very good lesson, they are damn too greedy and vicious.

As for what @harakiri related, it is true and l have seen Landlords that would rather their apartments remain empty than face the wrath of such Tenants.
Now you wonder why some people will remain "perpetual tenants" all their life? They have been wicked to a good Landlord, up-front.

In different cases, you will see Good Landlords and good Tenants and vice versa. "Balance is required".

The Nigerian police officer is the worst dressed police man. Whoever chose that all black uniform must have a weird sense of humour or was trying to pay the Police back for some past maltreatment! Black as a colour traps heat and the intensity of the sun in our country fears no police man, or woman! Imagine a police officer at a check point, in the middle of nowhere [or somewhere along Shagamu-Benin express way], on a normal sunny day, sweaty and drunk! [Yes, as an unwritten rule, there is always a woman selling assorted brands of local gin close to every police check-point]. Again, the colour black has a sad reputation of being lumped together with all that is perceived to be negative-this is erroneous though. Black sheep, “black devil”, black book, black man, black snake, black magic, and now, “black” policeman! Somebody started this mission to demonize the Nigerian police officer a long time ago by choosing to dress him in black, I dare say.
The Author has some valid points, l must say!
Growing up, l met very neatly dressed Policemen in threaded, corduroy-like, Sky-Blue Tops and Navy Blue trousers.

They look sharp and even put starch on those uniforms in those days.
You could easily identify a policeman by the "shine" on his hard-boots.

In fact, enforcres are expected to give the public the "benefit of self-correction" (as in cases of genuine mistakes) and only where they prove unrepentant, you then hold them responsible (as in this Army Corporal's case)
The "enforcers" needs to have a sense of "balance" and not just about hitting a "profit target" of so-so amount every week.
Its not a money-spinning venture, it is designed to discourage bad behavior, first and foremost.

Firstly NNPC recruitment in based on quota system. Almost equal number of applicants will be taken from all the states and FCT. This implies that you are competing against people from your state. And this will in turn go down to LGA by LGA.So if you have a family member or a cousin in the race it means u are virtually fighting for one slot.
Under this system situations arises where a Candidate from State A with 50% score in the interview will be employed while a candidate from State B with 80% score might not be employed. So those of you from educationally developed states should brace up for the challenge.I am sure you know those states

Politics › Re: Soldier Dismissed For Driving On BRT Lane! by lastpage: 11:10pm On Jun 28, 2011
@Reference
I think it goes beyond the breach of traffic laws to something alarming we quite readily overlook. The bearing of arms illegally in public without authorization. This recurring issue of a soldier in a breach calling for so called backup and his colleagues coming into civilian territory bearing arms. It is very dangerous and totally unlawful. This is tantamount to usurping government and its agents by the force of arms. If it was a military to military thing what do you call that. The chap will be sentenced to death, period.

Let's not treat this brazen illegality with kids gloves simply because we have been traumatized and cowered by decades of military rule. The police good or bad are custodians of the rights of the generality of people to live an organized, civil and just society that the military continually usurps with reckless abandon.

We know it hurts them that they are out of power but what they should remember is that above all they remain civil servants on the payslip of the people. They are paid by our sweat and our collective wealth and thus should be accountable. Let us welcome this soldier to civilian life, wasteful, brainless man. Where was he rushing to. Now I hope he has slowed down sufficiently to think through his actions.

If I was the GOC or the Army chief I would go one step further to totally ban the bearing of arms in public places and any one found contravening should be arrested and if he resists he should be shot, period.
Thank you very much for this summary!
Let me scratch it a bit further:

1.) Soldier (Military Personnel) committed a "civil offense" by driving in a Bus-only lane. He was accosted by "civilian, constituted authority".
2.) He not only disobeyed but proceeded to "assault" such govt authority, in a military Uniform (Criminal Offense of Assault)
3.) He now rallied his military colleagues, who also came, bearing "arms". (conspiracy to commit murder)
4.) They came and broke the head of some civilian and attacked other policemen charged to enforce the traffic law (Ist degree assault occasioning bodily harm). Thank God no death resulted.
5.)By their actions, they have also brought disrepute to the military institution!  (An serious offense under the military cod of behavior)

Now, how should these miscreants in uniform be dealt with?

a.) Being military personnel, they fall under the purview of military discipline and until discharge of their military commission, cannot be tried or disciplined as "a civilian"!
b.) Since multiple criminal offenses have been committed, with others at large, against the "Civilian Govt" of Lagos state, and against the military institution, the question that arises is "WHO SHOULD TRY HIM FIRST?

Being a Military Personnel, there are certain privileges that are accorded them, all over the world due to their self-less service to their motherland (an "ideal situation" as against the "Pepper Soup" military Personnel in Nigeria).
Some of these privileges include carrying weapons, exemption from some services, free ride or subsidized transport, First option to be seen as part of the "military machine" or State Sovereignty, as against a civilian.
This does not imply they are above the law but it implies that "military law" would apply to them as a first option, over civilian law!
Of course, the military law could be subject to civilian oversight, at the supreme court! (Does anyone remember the case of the 40? military personnel who took the Nigerian Army (Top brass) to court for stealing their ECOMOG allowance?).

Thus:
c.) It is in order that they be court-marshaled FIRST and if found guilty, discharged of their "military privileges" through a dismissal! (we come to the process later)
d.) After dismissal, they have now become "civilians" and should then be subjected to further investigation by the State prosecutor and charged to court for Criminal Assault.
e.)Should civilian authorities feel that "dismissal" from the Army is enough punishment, they could let them be but this is a very bad approach as such people (as some people have noted) with their knowledge of military weapons and our "poor criminal asset management", will most certainly graduate to become Armed Robbers!

The "double-phased" trial approach is better as it will give the offenders time to reflect on their criminal tendencies, learn a new trade (5yrs imprisonment should suffice wink ) and become re-orientated and re-integrated into civil society.

Right now, that ex-soldier is a very bitter, loaded gun! He MUST BE MONITORED!

Again, what about his collaborators, those who responded to the criminal call for violence?

Why are they not being punished or have they turned to "Ghosts" all of a sudden?

Concerning "procedures" for military court marshal, not likely it could be concluded "OVER A SINGLE WEEKEND!

1.) What evidence  did the military Top Brass rely on? Rumors? Word of mouth?
2.) Were civilian witnesses called to testify?
3.) Did the accuse have "legal Aid" or "military legal representation?
4.) Did the military take evidence from the plaintiff (the assaulted civilians and Policemen?)

In all, we can reasonably conclude that the "result" (dismissal of the erring officer(s)) was desirable but make no mistake that this accused was just use as a "Scape-Goat" to lauder the dirty image of the military! ITS A P.R JOB AT BEST!

He is a "small fry", a Pawn, an Expendable and the process was flawed

We hope that all those "Senior Military officers" who commit the same atrocities on a daily basis will be so equally dealt with otherwise, the military will only be destroying itself from the inside.
The impunity with which they act is not commensurate with a civilian Govt. They must be FULLY SUBJECT TO CIVILIAN AUTHORITY, which is the authority of the land, whether they are happy with it or not.

The orderly-room trial should also be extended to all those Policemen that shoot-at-sight, innocent civilians that defy their request for bribery, especially at check-points. IT SHOULD BE LIFE-FOR-LIFE
You kill an innocent civilian, you get shot yourself (or hanged).
Let us resuscitate public hanging/shooting at Bar Beach, about time!

Like some suggested, let us have a website (authorized by the office of the Attorney General) where "evidential pictures" of these law-breakers can be anonymously posted and used to discipline them, after due investigation (in this age of "photo-shopping! wink )

But l am not completely impressed.,.,. A Lance Corporal?

Police boss in US for talks over security

http://234next.com/csp/cms/sites/Next/Home/5723335-146/story.csp

The Inspector-General of Police, Hafiz Ringim, is presently in Washington, DC, for talks with US officials on the current security situation in Nigeria, sources said on Monday.

The North America correspondent of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Mr Ringim arrived in Washington on Sunday night on a five-day working visit to the US.

"Ringim will meet with FBI officials on Monday and will also hold meetings with State Department officials on issues bordering on security concerns," an unnamed official at the Nigerian Embassy in Washington told NAN.

Another official told NAN that US assistance and cooperation was vital to the battle against terrorism in Nigeria.

The visiting Nigerian police chief will also on Thursday in Washington deliver a keynote address on "The Challenge of Police Reform in Africa" at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).

According to the organisers of the event, Mr Ringim is expected to "discuss his efforts to turn the continent's largest police organisation into an accountable, professional, publicly-oriented service".

NAN reports that during a panel discussion, policing experts will assess current US efforts to support the development of capable police in Africa, and look at what the US can do to bring more attention and resources to bear on the issue.

The centre provides strategic insights and policy solutions to decision-makers in government, international institutions, the private sector, and civil society.

In my own time, you could be rest assured that Lever Brothers, P.Z., Bhonsons, Berec, e.t.c are waiting for you with a "Brand New Car and good Pay" if you're amongst the best three in your department at graduation but these days, l see and hear that even the First-Class Students struggle a lot to get a job while their "Ordinary pass" colleagues are "arraigned" by their parents, into choice positions!
See, nothing is the same again and "only the strong can survive".

Its a shyte hole, walahi! wink

The article makes a "good reflection" though, it has this "simplistic approach" and "over generalizations" to Nigeria's absurd "operating environment" and chronic problems!
For example, in U.K or E.U, at 18yrs, you dont need your parents to "survive" at all! Government pays you "Social allowances and pays for your rent" if you choose not to go to school but if you choose to advance your education, you still get "weekly back-to-school allowances" and Bursary!

Who pays our Under-graduates to study in Nigeria?
How about all those boys who could not further their education because "Daddy the bread winner" got shot by Police stray bullets?
shocked wink

See "why" the two cant think or behave alike, when they reach 25yrs of age?

Shameful and very unfair, to even think some of these countries have no "Free crude Oil" to export, unlike us!
Politics › Re: Governor Danjuma Goje Apologises To Boko Haram by lastpage: 1:52am On Jun 28, 2011
Well, the Ex-Governor apologized!
Why?
FEAR, simple and straight forward!

And it was expedient he does so quickly else, he is dead meat grin

Point is: Did the Governor even believed in "His Actions" back then when he was a Governor or was it just "Executive Rascality" he was playing?

Why cant he stand by his actions now, if he thought he was doing the right thing, back then?
This is just a classic example of how "our leaders behave" when they have power at their beck and call!.
They abuse it because they think they are not accountable but "Thanks to Boko Haram" they can at least apologize for their stewpidity! grin

What he is saying to the Boko guys is that: Look, l am a Chameleon, just let me get the "paraphernalia of office" again and l would be back to my old skin!

All those yarns about "True Muslim" is hogwash! grin Na fear catch my guy!

BTW: I think we should start issuing "Boko Haram" against those who loot our national treasury?
wink

Emmm.,.,.,where is that list sef?
If you dont return what you stole within 7days, Boko Haram is on your tail! Apologies not accepted, RETURN THE MONEY, Oga!
grin

This is getting interesting by the day!
Like "Mc Donalds advert" would say:" Tuut-turu-tuu, Am loving it"

BOKO Wetin? I dey come make l go open account for returned loot tongue
Politics › Re: Boko Haram Opens Up, Names Their Suicide Bomber by lastpage: 12:00am On Jun 28, 2011
Sending Soldiers to the place is a senseless attempt at appearing intelligent!

We are not even talking about "Protesters" here, we are talking about "Stealth Suicide Bombers"!
As usual, the Nigerian Security Personnel will round-up a few innocent guys (or at best, some rag-tag professing and bearded Almanjeris) and tell us as "Prof" Ringim was boasting earlier, WE HAVE DISMANTLED THE BOKO HARAM! grin

That is what you get when you introduce mediocrity like "National Character" or "Educationally Disadvantaged" or "Quota System" into very sensitive areas (like Security) of our national life.

Ringim or any of the current Senior Police Officers, have no clue on how to tackle this kind of threat, believe me, they are right now planning "How to send themselves (Police & Security Chiefs) Abroad, to learn how to tackle Suicide Bombing threat! grin grin
And dont forget, most of them will sleep throughout the "Lecture" 'cos they spent the previous night "doing Ashawo" in their Hotel wink
The only reason they will go for that "Training in America" has to do with the Estacodes they will get, after that, nothing else matters!

At times, you just have to wonder what our so-called Leaders do (or did) with their spare time?
For example, what program does IGP Ringim or people at his level, watch on TV? (Just using him as an example but applied to all of them leaders)
What Trainings do they attend? What sport activities do they partake in?
How do they see and understand their job, the role they play and what is even required of them, in excelling in their job?
Do they even listen to current affairs, listen to News Bulletins, read magazines and do research in their areas of responsibility?

Why am l asking these "foolish questions"?
Reason is, their level of ineptitude (even on trivial issues), baffles me beyond understanding
!

For example, instead of coming out to "boast", Uncle Ringim could have quietly set-up a "crack squad" of intelligence gathering officers.
*He could have given them fake i.d's, set-up bogus accounts for them, starve them for a few days (so they look like our friend in the Honda Halla grin ), *Ensured they are of the same stock, religion and language as our dear Boko Haram, set-up legitimate buisness for them in Maiduguri (one could be selling Suya and another riding Ashaba (Motorcycle) for a living, e.t.c.
*Some of this guys would even be seen to lead demonstrations against the Governor and a "mock arrest", trial and even a "mock escape" could be arraigned for them! And then, they would go underground "to evade further arrest" from Govt forces! shocked

At this point, l swear Boko Haram will be "honored" to allow dis kind of guys lead them!

I tell you, in less than six months, this kind of guys will gather all the evidence Uncle Ringim needs to put not just the "field boys" in the cooler for the next 50yrs but even more importantly, THOSE WHO FINANCE THEM!.
This kind of "intelligence Management" goes on and on, on a daily basis, in advanced climes and it is manned by Police Officers or members of the Security branch; No Big Deal, walahi!

With the level of sophistication of miniature cameras, video recorders and remote monitoring that are available in law-enforcement (private and public) nowadays, its so easy to listen to even GEJ's conversations with Madam Patience, no matter how much he tries to hide it! grin

But what we have is a Ringim boasting and l am somehow "worried" that the Boko-Boys have sent a "signal" to him, TO SHUT-UP or SHUT-DOWN!
grin grin

I wont blame GEJ for what is happening, l dont expect the President to be an "expert" in all fields of endeavor as much as he is willing to "EMPLOY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL" (and boot out dead woods!). Sending Troops down there is certainly just for "efuzzy", as we say in local parlance! grin

I just hope those in "position" will understand what their "inactions" may cause.
l dont expect wonders from them but the least l expect from them is "to seek help from Nigerians" who might just be able to offer "suggestions", by virtue of their exposure, at least! wink

Personal Ego should not be the important consideration right now, saving the nation from these scumbags, and doing it NOW, before things get even more ugly and uncontrollable, should be our prime objective!

BTW: I heard our Communications Minister, one Eugene, justifying why we must all submit not just our names and address, but "FINGER PRINT AND PICTURES", just to use a mobile Phone!
This is why l will repeat my "foolish question above" because l dont understand what our Ministers/Leaders/ Politicians, are smoking!

First, even in advanced countries where they have "standardized" data Protection laws,.,.,
Where they have sufficient "human and infrastructural facilities" to ensure that "Personal Data" is not compromised,.,.
Where Power is stable,.,.,
Where "low-level" corruption, like amongst Policemen or petty crooks like "office staff" are at a minimal compared to Nigeria.,.,.,.,
Where "Crisis response", in case of a breach, have been put in place and simulated.,.,.,.

They still have these "breaches" now and then!
Yet, these countries would never tell you to provide your PICTURE AND FINGER PRINT, just to get a SIM card!
So, what "magic" is this Minister and his cohorts trying to achieve?

Cant he think of a better way to capture kidnappers than to ask 90Million Nigerians to put their lives and safety in the hands of "incompetents" like him?
I dont want to go into details but believe me, if all those Data they are collecting ever gets into wrong hands (and l can assure you IT WILL, VERY SOON, ask those that collect even less critical Data for Housing or immigration , Passport, in the U.S or U.K.), the Damage would last for years and it is the owners of such Data that would suffer, not the Minister yarning trash right now!

Even if you put everyone on data file, it still wont solve the problem of "insecurity in Nigeria as a whole,; l guess the Minister has not heard of "Stolen identity" nor has he heard of "forged or scramble fingerprints"?
Or should he not have learned "something" from Jamb/Waec officials who "transcribe and swap" students "scores and data" to other favored "customers", (does anyone still remember the story of the Customs Comptroller General and the guy who wrote exams for him and how they falsified O-Level results?  grin l just dey laugh o! shocked) to know that he is trying to kill a FLY on a glass table, with a Sledge Hammer!
He might just break the table and still miss the fly!! LWKMD!!

Anyway, l have said my own, time will tell if l am just "shouting wolf" or not, at least l can still remember what happened to Sony Corp, Visa, e.t.c in the last one month wink
Cheers, its been a long epistle! This should not have been NL stuff anyway!! shocked

Mind you , such compromise might be "deliberate" (Stealing, hacking, selling for cash, e.t.c) or "in-deliberate" (loss of Hard-disk/computer, carelessness, unsecured network/hardware, misplacement or careless display of critical passwords, e.t.c).
Either way, someone is going to pay dearly fro the loos of data, eventually!

Govt should scrap this idea, at worst, just collect Name and Address.

Don’t blame me! Blame my “Raging Hormones”! Is this a joke?
Okay, its the turn of the hormones to be blamed but if l recall, in Biology 101, it was hormones that made post-puberty boys to start producing semenal.Fluid, becoming barrel-chested, developing strong thigh muscles, e.t.c while their girl-counterparts develop bigger bo.obs and bosom, curved hips and bigger backsides! Hormone did not make the boys develop busty bosom or sexy curves nor did it make gaals grow pe.nis?

Next please: Who or what next should we blame this deviant perverseness on? How about blaming it on “Eating Shrimps”?
Hormones my foot, take responsibility, at least for once, in your life and the choices you make.

Very disingenuous post.

Consequences of Same-sex relationships:

1. Infertility - homosexuality would not have been nature's choice as it does nothing to propagate the species.

2. BehindBased prolapse (or anu.s collapse  grin )

3. BehindBased Cancer

4. Increased susceptibility to Chlamydia trachomatis, HSV, HIV, HPV, viral hepatitis

5. hemorrhoids
I was just about to respond to this when l saw your response!
Like all queer people, they choose only “ideas” which support their queer lifestyle but cleverly (not so clever anyway, as in “clever through the ‘shyte-hole’!) leave out the inconvenient ones.

@Olumide
I won't answer you too since you have resulted to insults,

If you are in school, take the law course "Law and Morality" before you argue with great mind who disagreed on morals and law and then see who won!!

You two are big hypocritical bigots!!! You won't be in Britain today if it was their Morals that dictates to their law olodos!!!

Examples of state where morals dictate to the law is Saudi Arabia, Iran, infact 90% of the islamic world!!

Now their morals is obviously a fuse of religion and culture.,.,!
Did you call yourself a “Great Mind”? LKWMD!!
I will take it that you have studied “Law and Morality” in school, as well but l am ashamed that your qualification/education did not ground you properly in the “Origins of British Law”!

Lets see:
Culture is defined as the shared patterns of behaviors and interactions, cognitive constructs, and affective understanding that are learned through a process of socialization.
In summary, Culture is “how we do things over here”
Morals is “Conforming to standards of what is right or just in behavior”, “Arising from conscience or the sense of right and wrong”. Our Value System! “
In Summary, “Morals is conforming to what is “acceptable as right”, in our society”.

Now, we can see that both (Culture and Morals) are intertwined.

“What is acceptable as right here (Morals)” is exactly the same side of the coin as that which says “How we do things over here (Culture) ”  thus, culture defers from country-to-country (on a large scale) and thus morals, by the same stretch,  also defer, country to country.
There are usually “overlaps” since some things that are right (or wrong), cuts across national boundaries e.g, caring for children, not taking what belongs to others, (without permission) e.t.c

Now, pick-up any British Law Textbook and you will see that Constitutional Laws were originally derived from “Common Law”.
Common Law on the other hand, are a compilation of “Cultural and morally accepted Norms, over the years, within the British borders.
Thus, we can see the progression from: Morals >>Culture>>>Common Laws>>>Constitutional Laws
And by logic (if there was ever one in the gay.got’s arguments), Morals>>>>LAW.    Q.E.D

Thing is, these gay.gots will never  allow us be, they will always seek to gain more and more moral authority, hoping that by doing that, they would make their perverse and deviant ways acceptable to ALL OF US and thus force us to “join them”. They would use all sorts of illogical argument, threats, arm-twisting, political pressure,  subtle force and even “AID”, to achieve their aim.

We are not saying they should change their ways, WE ONLY REQUIRE THAT THEY DO IT WITHIN THEMSELVES, AMONG THEMSELVES AND NOT MAKE IT A NATIONAL REQUIREMENT THAT MUST BE OBEYED BY EVERYONE! Sensible, ain't it?

Everyone must remain on guard, lest they slip and fall into this trap of the “sons and daughters of Lucifer”.

They are doomed but don’t want to “go down” alone hence their desperate attempt to force their deviant and perverse choice on everyone.
You chose to be a gay.GOT, go ahead pls!
