some people have got no time to exercise their bodies. The pregnant men are mostly those rich men that do nothing than sitting in their offices everyday. How wud they have time for exercise? cheesy
The truth is exercise is overrated in the department of losing weight. And it has been the downfall of many and discouragement to many more in their attempt to lose weight.

All things being equal i.e. your metabolical rate being normal; weight loss or weight gain is simply the net of your daily food intake. If you take in too much carb or sugar than you can burn, you gain weight; but if you take less, you lose weight.

Exercise plan a role of toning your muscle and giving you core strength; the irony is, if you do too much exercise, your craving for food increases astronomically and when you eat more to offset the craving as a result of the exercise, you gain weight because 90% of the time you will over eat.

The true way to lose weight is to eliminate all/nearly all carbs and sugar from your diet, if you can take out the carb and replace them with protein, fruit, etc; the weight will come off, even if you did not exercise for a single day....jump on the scale now, then try this for just seven days and you will notice the difference, plus you do not necessary have to reduce your protein in take, eat protein, pepper soup, etc until you are full.

The laws of natural selection at work again, cleaning up the gene pool.

Anyone, who takes or attempt to take his/her own live for whatever reason(s), is not fit to reproduce their kind. We have enough problems as it is, there is no need adding the unnecessary responsibility of watching or saving grown adults, who should have known better from themselves.

You might say, mine is a callous and heartless comment; at least someone have to buck the trend and take a different view. I am writing this, for the seek of your very self at a cross road and are reading this now; and for you to know that; if you are anticipating sympathy and love from anticipated acts like these; you better stop and rethink, because you wouldn't be getting any.

surestsam:
most of you just come here nd type trash.. Usa dosnt allow civillians to wear camo. Their law states that...

10 U.S. Code § 771 -
Unauthorized wearing
prohibited

Except as otherwise provided by law, no person except a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or
Marine Corps, as the case may be, may wear—
(1) the uniform, or a distinctive
part of the uniform, of the Army,
Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps;
or
(2) a uniform any part of which
is similar to a distinctive part of
the uniform of the Army, Navy,
Air Force, or Marine Corps.
The key to that law is 'distinctive' if I buy a camo at the store or ask someone to put it together for me, it is going to be distinctive from the military uniform.

Civilians wear military camo all day in the US and it is not against the law, more-so it is a basic expression of their constitutional right to free speech and I believe one of the reasons the above code you highlighted is not enforced in the US is because, the military will lost, if a defense of free speech is put up against it, because constitutional right, trumps every legislative or congressional law or code in the US.

That code is to prosecute those who truly impersonate the military in the US. I can wear a full camo with assault weapons or guns cuspiciouly showing in the US and I am still within my right. Some states allows open carry and in the restrictive state, there is an avenue to get open carry license.

Nigerian military are extreme cowards. In the USA for example, wearing a camo in public shows your love and support for the military but here, even a wristband with camo colors na wahala. This is what happens when your military is full of retårds.
While I don't support the soldier for taking laws into his own hands, you should realize that unlike in the US, it is against the law in Nigeria to wear military camo or uniform by civilian.

Some might say, that law is barbaric, but it serves it's purpose of curtailing abuse and gives law enforcement more apparatus to fight those who impersonates the military.

and to think you said it was a joke. wait until someone objectifies your wife, then you will understand that he has every right to react.

jeez.
The truth is, it is the Nigeria society, culture and tradition that objectifies wives/women. Yes, we can ignore it and look away and take our wives for who they are, but when the underlying culture and tradition insist that one have to pay a pride price (and in some community, this is exhaustive and expansive) in exchange for his wife, it is difficult not objectify them. Even in some Nigerian culture and tradition, you will be given a receipt and a certificate from the town's elder, also the woman or her relatives are expected to return the dowry if the marriage go south.

Now, if I buy a piece of item like a radio, I expect to pay for it and if the thing malfunctions within the warranty period, I am expected to get some type of refund when I return the item; that piece of item is an object....that is exactly how our tradition and culture have treats marriage, and as I said, noble men choose to ignore this objectification....but if it walks or quacks like a duck, it must be a duck.

Finding of no guilt... Discharged and acquitted but DERANKED, on what ground? Falana will still drag them to court again
Based on the article the court martial found him guilty of counts two and three but not guilty on count one, which appear to be the more serious of fence of cowardice.

But the council found him not quilty on count three which was the weapons charge, however they affirmed the count two guilty findings and for that demoted him.

It is kind of stuff, he was found guilty of not defending his position and allowing BK to capture Baga town, ironically if he had maintained his ground, himself and many of his men would have been dead by now.

The question now for soldiers is, when is the right time to pull back or withdraw when one is taking serious fire from the opponent? Sadly in the Armed Forces, you cannot withdraw until your commanding officer say so, and the court will always defer to the judgement of the commanding officer.

The only thing this seems to achieve is to raise the cut off point by +40, the Universities are not going to admit more students now because JAMB add +40 to everyone's scores and they would not have admitted lesser number of students before, they will just scale the cut off point lower until they reach their quota.

You were just lucky, statistically you have a 25% chance of picking the right answer in an example with four answer options.

Your chance of getting five right is 5%, which is not bad and to get all 12 right, your odds is about 2%, which is really really good, far better than the odds of winning N500 from Lagos lotto.

Actually, Jamb is not the problem. The problem is students always looking for ways to cheat the system. If folks did not try to always cheat during exams, I dont think jamb would try to sophisticate anything because there is no need fixing an unbroken system. The system is just too bad where students dont even do anything anymore and the only thing they just want to do is cheat and pass their way through. Hence, the procedures Jamb has been taking over they years. One time, it was just general questions and answers for everybody and it was fine, later because the level of cheating and malpractice was just too high that they had to switch it to types. Students also beat that system, later it was changed and It would keep changing until the level of malpractice reduces which i think would not. This generation wants to be spoon fed everything. Even success!

I hope you realise you are sitting close to emergency exit door.....
I guess, it was the Airline that put the emergency door there, the manufacturer had no clue the door is going to be them.

If there is an emergency such that, you have enough time to unlatch and turn all the emergency door knobs, by the passenger with the assistance of the flight attendants, there will enough time for one of them to also latch this tray up, if it were open.

It appear that, the latch in this case is broken and can't keep the tray in place...even if that is true, they would have done it properly...believe me, in a true emergency that will necessitate theo use that door, those tapes will come flying out and will be a danger to the person sitting there and a further hindrance to anyone trying to open the door, all because the Airline decide to save a few bucks by not fixing the tray or even remove them.

If an Airline can belatedly and openly display this level of carefree attitude in things in the open that we can see and touch; what made you think that the things that we cannot see e.g. the fuselage cap is not held in place by another set of tapes, or that the brakes don't have bandages in them or that some part of the electrical wirings are not carelessly taped as well or even left hanging, since no one is seeing them?

When someone is telling lies, just look at their face and eyes....it is very difficult to conceal your feelings in your face...since your facial expressions will not be authentic i.e. in sync with your heart, it's fake-ness will show either by your over/under doing it.

Her face and his tell it all...We all know that, there are no perfect marriages out there. Every marriage have it's own wrinkles that need to be worked out every now and then and it's ups/down...Even Angels who were perfect fall and got corrupted and had to be driven from their bliss, the Holly book told us; talk-less of mere mortals dwelling in corrupted flesh and blood and surrounded by countless temptations on a daily bases....and no couple is obligated to response to rumor this or rumor that...but if you feel personally compelled to do that, do not insult the collective intelligence of the general public.

And to some extent, supposed role models contributes to marriage collapse in our society, they build this image that everything is perfect, thereby setting an unrealistic high expectations and when the younger generation gets married and faced with the practicality of their situation and 'see' that their spouse is not measuring up to what they have been told, should have happen; they easily give up with the hope that, there must be some greener pasture out there, where they can realize that true happiness. They forget that, true happiness starts from you.

You people should stop this incessant tag of ''former bread seller'' on this lady. She's a human being!!.

What makes Genevieve or Omotola better than her?
The truth is ex-bread seller tag is more relatable to many people. It gives many hope that, despite their humble beginnings all hope is not lost.

Not too many people know the beginning of Genevieve or Omotola, most of us know them when they became star, so it is very easy to write off their fame as unattainable to the suffering and struggling common folks on the street.

Remove the ex-bread seller from her story, she become lost in the crowd and her story will not be that exciting anymore.

And don't think people reference to that tag is in any trying to relegate or belittle her; rather, it is actually the opposite, it is the most common way most people can use to relate or equate themselves to her (struggle-wise), thereby keeping hopes on that one day, they themselves will tag into her experiences.
