The case has not been dormant since 2015, It has been with the grand jury and it was a grand jury of 23 ordinary US citizens that voted to indict him.

Secondly, Another grand jury in GA has returned an indictment against him for trying to manipulate the 2020 Election, but the DA there is waiting to unseal it... guess what, GA is a Republican State.

Thirdly, Mike Pence will be testifying against Trump on the DOJ panel, I guess Mike Pence is one of those Democrats plotting against Trump, don't you think?

Yes, nothing prevents him from contesting from a jail cell or prison and Yes, it will be very difficult to convict any President in the USA including Trump despite being guilty, because all 12 Juries must return the YES, which is very difficult because the 12, all he needs is one sympathetic jury.

Lastly, achieve this post, Trump will never win a National Election in the USA, do not get me wrong, he will win the GOP Presidential nomination, and that is bad for the GOP because they would have succeeded in fielding a weak National candidate. Trump's appeal is only for the hardcore right-wing Republicans. He has to win Independents in the middle and some Democrats as well in order to win the Presidency.

Ron DeSantis is a guy that will give Biden a good run for his money, Biden has his weakness, he is very old and voters would have some reservation about him, Ron is young and agile...but Ron has been trying lately to appease right-wing primary voters by taking Florida to the hard core right with his new policy initiatives there. He is doing all that to see if he can best Trump in the primaries. His challenge will be pivoting to the center to win Independents and some Democrats during the General Elections.

You did not understand it, but the 23 grand jury of ordinary US citizens who voted to indict him understands it.

He used campaign money to pay off stormy daniels and write it off as campaign expenses. It was not his personal money, had it been it is his personal money, he would have been free, or had it been he discloses it as payment to stormy daniel, it would have just been rejected as not an eligible campaign expenditure, he knew this and hid as legal fees to his attorney.

That same attorney has served one year behind bars as a result and he is in corporation with the State.

Funny thing is that they're making the guy look like he's being politically persecuted which is to his advantage because it'd make him gather much more sympathy votes from the people and make him even more popular amongst the people. On the one hand, Finalnd should not do this really. Russia just does not want to be surrounded by enemies...which is why it is acting the way it acts. If you guys read Russian history, Russia has been invaded too many times because it has a very long land border, and enemies can easily penetrate without bothering about a response. Not all places in Newark are like that, North Newark is a good neighborhood.

Plus, many Universities e.g. Rutgers, NJIT are in Newark, so many foreign students can avoid it altogether, especially for the fact that, it is relatively cheaper and public transportation is ubiquitous compared to neighboring cities if you don't drive.

You also have Seton Hall a good medical school nearby, also Kean University, and a lot more.....many people who work and schools in Manhattan find solace in Newark as well.

You clearly forgot that Trump own lawyer Michael Cohen he used to pay those hush money have finished serving his prison terms and he is the one that gave the grand jury inside scope of how it all went down.

The UK doctor misled Ike that once they pretended that the donor is a family member all will be well. They however did not train the donor well during the interview for the operation and he failed. So the hospital refused to proceed with the transplant operation. Had to start looking at options in Turkey.

Help us balance this. There are States in the same USA with anti gay law, but USA impose sanction on countries she consider less powerful. Look at what happen during the world cup in Qatar.

Untill we start having sense as Africans, we will always be controlled like this.

There are no anti gay punitive laws in the US, gay marriages are recognized federally only a few states have certain restrictions and with time those restrictions will work their ways through the court system up to the Supreme Court which would abide by the federal law.

US does not have the power to punish or sanction any country, they will just withdraw their friendship, cooperation, assistance, etc which is better for Africa. If a friend withdrew their friendship because of conflicts in their value systems, I think it is a good thing for both.

After all, most of not all the money and aide poured into Africa goes directly to enrich African politicians, I will even advocate that No Western aide to any Africa country henceforth, believe me, we will fine, we will even be better off.
