ShopRite in the US are a dying bred with fierce competition from Wholefood store, stop n shop, etc. They are mostly found in the North East and are not affiliated with the ShopRite in Nigeria.

1. Not to get into any criminal case as convictions on that will affect him. 6. Reject all allegations and request discovery and any evidence the wife have.

If he uses marital incomes to improve a pre-marriage asset, portion of that asset can be considered marital property. If that pre-marital asset earns income e.g. rent, lease, etc…those monies less expenses to maintain the properties can be considered marital asset.
