EkelediliBuhari:The situation is scary, once you pick her up, she becomes your responsibility. Make sure you also have some spare change and time....let’s hopes nothing happens to her during the transportation go the hospital and the hospital didn’t turn you people away; you have to pay to buy hospital card and sort out the hospital before they even admit her; unless you want to just drop her off on the floor at the hospital and zoom off, which would be cruel. |
teadrake:Distribute randomly kei, me I must get my own share oh! |
chewwie:That was hilarious! Roger Stone's Attorney selected 'Left leaning jurors'?.......All 12 Jurors are left leaning, do you know how jurors are chosen in the USA? They are chosen randomly from the citizens in that area and this is the second random set of chosen jurors that have voted him to be guilty, first was the grand jurors who returned the indictments and they voted to indict him; I guess these were 'left leaning too'? Then the trial jurors, return a unanimous vote to convict him, not just on one count, but on all counts. Given the high polarization of the political climate in the USA now, which is somehow divided almost 50-50, in any random sample of 12 US citizen, it is almost impossible not to see at least one Trump supporter or a Republican, which means this guy have everything riding in hist favor not to be found guilty, as he only need one Juror to vote NO! but that did not happen. Common sense will tell you that, this guy is guilty as sin... |
chewwie:Who are they? The guy was not convicted by a judge; he was sent to the slammer by a jury of his peer...that is ordinary twelve men and women from the street who his own attorneys helped to assemble and all twelve voted yes that he is guilty...if only one jury had voted no, he would have been a free man. |
NickD:Which of the campaign promises did he fulfill? On him winning a 2nd term, the jury is still out; but going by midterms elections in 2018 and special elections so far, that will be an uphill battle. |
Goalnaldo:I don’t see any ingenuity or creativity here. What he did is not new, we have drones like that all around us, he might have simply decoupled and repacked one of those commercially available drones. I will like to read he project thesis to see his methodology, calculations, equations, etc before concluding. He is final year Engineering student should be able to prove those. |
chinavs9ja:By who? The same people who are suffering and smiling? I very much doubt it. The same Kogi civil servants who have not received their salaries, will still queue up to collect a sachet of garri to vote Yahaya Bello back as their Governor. It is impossible to embark on any mission when you are poor and hungry. The political elites have impoverished us and have make such that we remain so. |
yeyeosoronga:The way church marriage is practiced in Nigeria, it is privilege and not a right. The churches already have a laundry list of things they can use to turn intending couples away; including not paying your tithe, wrong hairdo, wrong gown, wrong shoes, wrong makeup, visiting the other-room before church wedding, even if done after traditional wedding, having a partner from another denomination, etc. Some churches already makes it compulsory to under take genotype tests today and do counsel or deny marriages base on the results...I know deeper life have been doing that for decades now. |
devigblegble:I get your sediment, but the article clearly stated that she is a Green Card holder and therefore not a US citizen. She is still a sole Citizen of Nigeria and will be deported right after serving her time in jail. |
oluwaseyi000:Very bad advice. As a tenant non of the landlords own them any notice of explanation, they don’t have any rights in the transaction. However, they are now the tenants of the new landlord and still protected under the rental laws, but if they with held rent, that is a cause for eviction and can see themselves fight a lost court battle to be thrown out. Since, they now know that the house has been sold, the proper thing to do is to ask where to send their rents to now, but my guess is; the new owner will send them instructions with that details before the next rent due date. |
AryaSand:If na Warri boi, dem go say...., dia real fada! That last goal, na him dey pain pass, e dey cost real depression. |
This is a little strange, if that is truly Eke Idemili as that Snake is revere there and not touch. |
oz4real83:Your indignation is in order, but for the record; the judiciary cannot initiate an impeachment process. Their recourse to things like this, if they want to teach the government a lesson is to dismiss the charges against the defendant with prejudice. |
oz4real83:No body is trying to ban guns in America; both sides of the dispute know and have accepted gun ownership in America is a protected right in the constitution that no one can take away. The difference is around nationwide background checks, removing high caliber and rapid fire guns. By the way, these restrictions are in place in some states, especially the blue states in the north east corridor. And myriad of people still legally own guns there. When I go into a gun range to practice rounds, I want to be confidence that; the gun close to me carrying heaving guns with unlimited armor has been background check to ensure he or she does not have any mental issues and that due diligence was done before he or she was sold a gun and that that gun is registered, this way if it found at the bottom of the lake tomorrow and linked to a crime ownership can be traced. These will not prevent criminals from illegally get guns from the black market; but it reduces or eliminate their easy access to guns frI’m the open market. Plus, they are criminals and already a liability to society and if found with illegal firearms is straight to jail. |
One is shocked that, with such obvious physical evidence, my reactions is to come to social media and maybe buying a pepper spray? No taking this guy to the police and make him face the music of the law? Sorry! My bad, this is Africa, where the male reign supreme! |
SachaBastien:You must be out of your depths here, try looking the rule books. Tax evasion is money laundering in progressive. If seasoned prosecutors add money laundering to all tax evasion cases, they will win the addition charge. If you failed to pay tax in the amount of x dollars, and can be proven that you used x dollars or part of it to buy an asset; then you have laundered the ill gotten x dollars and hid it behind the asset....you are now guilty of two felony crimes viz tax evasion & money laundering. IRS have recognize this for a long time, and therefore add the money laundering charges to many tax evasion prosecution. So, Yes if you visit mama put, and skip paying VAT on my meal, let’s say that amount to N20/each meal and use that money to buy gum....in its basic sense, you have evaded tax & laundered the money, but no one will come after you; because it’s so minute and we all do it; moreso it is wiser to use the scare investigative & prosecutorial resources to go after the big fishes. |
SachaBastien:That distinction was obvious in my post. My post addresses the fact that money may not have been gotten fraudulently, despite the fact that what he is accused of, which is money laundering is fraud. In fact most businesses that collect some form of cash are guilt, even in the USA; so am not surprise that a car salesman is doing. Very often, when you visit your mechanic; he tells you that if you pay cash; you don’t have to pay taxes and VAT, if you do; both of you have engaged in fraudulent money laundering. Everyone who has visited the local ‘mama put’ Resturate, eaten and did not pay VAT is also guilty of fraudulent money laundering and if FIRS chooses, they can come after both because though basic & unprocessed food are excepted VAT; mama put’s food though is basic, but are processed, same with slice bread. |
nototribalist:You know money laundering does not mean the money was gotten fraudulently? Just that, he was re-channeling them to evade taxes & accountability. |
Seunpaul01:You were making valid point, until you brought Kim Kardashian into the picture. Which completely negatives your points and backs Naira’s. The last time I checked, Kim Kardashian did not have a college degree, not BSc, not Masters. It was rumored a few months ago that, She intend studying for law in California under a system that allow non college graduates to study law called ‘reading the law’. |
We were strictly warned not to marry Calabar ladies. One of our uncle then, ran away with a calabar lady, leaving his wife and children behind. He was never heard from or seen. I am certain, he must have died from old age by now. |
This is looking to be all stage and for the cameras. That is not a police station and they don’t seen scare at all. They are sitting comfortably in a luxury sofa in some luxury fashioned house. |
gabazin080:Vasectomy are generally reversible, I also believe that is the best and safest for them. Vasectomy merely disconnect and tie up the sperm duct, which can be sliced open and reconnected back anytime. |
iammo:You might be too wise for your own good! What if you flashed a legitimately acquired used phone, whose original owner legitimately disposed off and end up with an IMEI number belonging to a stolen phone? An imei number tells, who the phone manufacturer is, phone type and manufacturing date, so you most likely will duplicate another number and/or assign a number that indicates a different manufacturer, phone type and date...in essence, your phone is now a fake! And the very police armed with devices that can check imei numbers that you are trying to avoid or fool will detect the fake, thus putting you in a precarious situation to explain your innocent purchase, that you have turned into a fake & fraud! |
femijay8271:That is correct, but the fees charged will be on the 50k, which is the amount over 500k. To avoid the fees, come back tomorrow or open account in multiples banks. Also, remember the amount here is aggregate; which means if you withdraw 250k in the morning, came back in the afternoon to withdraw 200k, and in the evening you too another 100k, you will pay a fees on 50, since the culmilative withdrawal for that day was 550k. |
Insectkiller:By now, most if not all the social media sites would have taken down the link, since it's graphic content will certainly violate their term of use. However, if you head to your popular p0rn site and type in 'pastor wilson' on their search page; I can almost guarantee that; someone has uploaded the video there to generate some kool revenue from clicks and viewership.....even google 'pastor wilson + <your popular p0rn site>' should give you some hits. |
dominique:Na wa oh! So kidnappers don dey post their names and bank account for social media? What happens to the usual secret drop off spot, we hear all the time on the news? Country don hard true true, this Next Level don format some people brain sha, sotay scammers don change format, but dis format dull well well. |
MrRichmond:Follow the money & and ask a simple question. who stands to profit from this? the Banks or the Telecom companies? The Telecom companies have not been providing this service for free, the Banks have been buying bulk USSD data from the telecom companies for this before or implement USSD in-house, which is cheaper & simple but have to purchase couple of E1 trunks subscriptions from the Telecom companies. With the customer now paying, the Telco still collect their fees just like before, but instead from the consumer and the Bank end up with a more lighted CAPEx or OPEx depending on how they were expensing it. |
Results of cheap CCTV camera. CCTV or video, produces motion by capturing and reply multiple still frame pictures per second and loop them together. For most cameras, that is like 30 frames of still pictures per second. If the CCTV is cheaply made, or showing signs of wear and tear, it can skip a frame or multiple frames and the result is what you are seeing on that video. CCTV camera like these will contain multiple instances of skipped frames like these to tell you that, the real problem is the camera. |
I will say, withdraw your kid immediately and don’t pick their kid either; let her find a solution for her kid. It may be hash abandoning their kid, but you must distant your kid from any memory that will remain him of those abuse for him to heal quickly and fully. For the Police case, don’t withdraw or kill it, you might regret doing that, if something fatal befall that lady, at the same time there is not much you or the Police can do, if she does not cooperate. So, simply go back to the station and update your statement to include that, the lady badly need help but she is afraid to pursue the case, then walk away.....leave it to the Police to do what they want to do; Her Sister in New Haven must have also been aware of what is going on, you can also confide your fears and what you have experienced with her. That is all you can do, if you are religious pray for her as well. |
post=83304045:So the dead goats, didn’t have live before? PETA would beg to disagree; I think all the zoo handlers should be fired for gross negligence and incompetent for starters. |
Goldencheese:But what you described is not necessary POS transactions, I think this is a new policy and different from stamp duty on transfers, which introduced many years ago. |
