Effect of Mohbad..If they admit her and she dies...it's hospital that killed her..now hospital is saying you better come with police report ...and we can cover ourselves...no one wants police wahala after the fact. This is the madness we have created for ourselves. Most hospitals now reject and say move the person to another hospital cos dead patient equals attacks from family, fake news, attack from public that don't know shit, and pressure of prosecution and damage of brand.

Time for a small education moment...Rolls Royce and Maybach and Ferraris are cars that appreciate in value with time. Yes, some rich people collect cars because the values go up. If you came into wealth, of course you will waste the money...like politicians and children of rich folks. The way you become rich is by not wasting money. Some buy these gadgets strictly for business...like social media posting, and so on...but generally speaking its the POOR appearing RICH that buy these gadgets to make themselves feel important to people that can already see through their fake lives.

Elxandre:
The same rich men buying Rolls Royce and Maybach's when a camry is just as good enough? grin
Abi the same men buying houses for small small girls?
All men have what they waste money on unless you aren't a living thing.

Go to where they sell spare parts and building materials...they make millions daily but they still use old old phones....besides these new phones can easily be hacked than the old phones it seems. I can afford any phone I want but I use Note 10. I actually used to use chinese phones but finding the parts was so hard so I switched to used samsung. I am shocked to see people that beg for money holding iphone Lol

onyxo76:
thats the point, why will i buy such a phone even if i can afford it? most rich people don't even use such phones.

Spectators:
Village women gathered to fl0log man who beats his wife

A man has been spotted in a video presently trending online being flogged for beating his wife.

He allegedly beat his wife and all the other women in the village gathered with sticks and flogged him.

This is a very rare video that has sparked reactions online as many say women are now standing up for their fellow woman harassed by her husband.

The common question was, can't the man run away?

Politics › Re: FG May Pay N1.68tn Fuel Subsidy, Marketers Forecast N900/litre by MasterTeeUSA: 10:04pm On Sep 24, 2023
Govt gave subsidy to reduce prices....marketers ship petrol to neighboring countries for higher prices and made profits...volume is low ....govt imports more and gave more subsidy to prevent petrol shortage....marketers ship more subsidized petrol to neighboring countries for more profits...you Gerrit...if you don't Gerrit, forget aborrit

RepoMan007:
so marketers benefitted from subsidy? I don't think so.

They benefitted from the corruption aspect of it and the masses from the subsidy itself. That's why people are complaining and the marketers too are angling for return of their corruption window. Corruption can be fixed is the message and point from the average Nigeria out there.
Where are the palliatives now if not for corruption?

It won't get to SW...go to Ibadan and you will see how Oyo State has started working on erosion...still got a long way to go...Lagos..we know how they reclaimed land from the Ocean...but SE...a Gov that should have done something invested in beer...and still yet he was given 95% vote while houses are being swept away...so maybe just maybe we shouldn't spend billions on overheard bridges cos the Govt didn't get accolades from SE on Niger Bridge 2...mostly ungrateful comments

Kobojunkie:
And when the erosions finish swallowing the SE and arrive in the SW and NC, where will you run to then? undecided

Pls quote all the rubbish I've been typing or what I said that is considered rubbish...the Govt spent so much on Niger Bridge 2...yall said it shouldn't be called Buhari..they want to put tolls because they want to take Igbo money...they didn't do any project in SE.. all comments attributed to ungrateful people in SE...so before the Govt decide to spend trillions to prevent erosion...yall must sign the dotted lines...case closed

Generalmystic:
Must you type rubbish everytime? . Is stupidity ingrained in your lineage?
Travel › Re: Onitsha-Owerri Federal Highway Bows To The Force Of Erosion (Photos, Video) by MasterTeeUSA: 10:25pm On Sep 23, 2023
Maybe we should just create pathways through SE for gully erosion and move everyone to SW and NC...the rate of erosion and the cost will be enormous...and given that they will be ungrateful anyways like Niger Bridge 2...it's not necessary to bother..

Now on the other hand if they can clean their criminals and desire to be grateful...option number 2 is overhead bridge and cement concrete barriers to protect houses and farmlands...with large gutters for waters to drain to the SS and into the Ocean...this will cost trillions so we need to have them put all these promises in writing lol

Decentralization is the key but it can't be via LGA...some LGAs don't have the capacity to pay salaries not to talk of running electricity into households and maintaining the infrastructure. When people talk, they should always consider the "Naija" factor not just textbook analysis. Now If you say combine some LGAs with less capacity and let some stand alone then determine which LGAs will get Govt subsidy and so on...we can talk but not blanket statement like 10MW per LGAs or whatever...some LGAs will also require more and some will require less.

You should know they are the ones that benefitted from subsidy, and they are so quick to put out nonsense..Let the Fed Govt speak to whatever they are doing or plan to do. Sit down and create a simple budget....and I mean really do the calculations well. If you are net positive even by N5k...it's probably best you do it so you can at least give hubby extra N5k...if you are net negative or net zero..sit down and discuss with hubby so it won't look like you don't want to work...cos you don't want to take a job and be using what you have been managing to sustain the new job...that is a net stupid move.

Sadly some people go for net stupid moves. like Schools they can't afford, house poor renting in places they can't afford, cars they can't maintain and wonder why they are stuck poor. .. it's not village people....you are just net stupid.

Properties › Re: How To Handle A Wicked Landlord please help by MasterTeeUSA: 12:36pm On Aug 22, 2023
Tenants can be funny. It is possible he discovered that you just wanted to use him for 1 month before moving into where you actually intended to move into.

Be that as it may..did you collect proofs of the leaks and communication where he acknowledged that that you should move out and agreed to a refund?

If not, you are still under lease...now if you have evidence that he has re-rented your place....that strengthens your case..if he has not...best to speak to Elders in your community because you are burning away your rent and he can say that you moved out by choice without his consent and you had both agreed on payment and length of stay.

Next time...check where you want to live in before paying.. and when you pay..learn to endure for that year especially if others were turned down for you...don't be the ungrateful fellow and want refund and start drama...Landlord have responsibilities too...once you pay..the money has probably gone to their children's school fees or medicals...they don't keep it under the pillow or in banks ...that is how economy works....distribution of money.

If you ain't matured enough to look for, discover and inspect apartment properly before moving in...please, take a friend, stay with a friend or remain in parent's house. I am tired of tenants moving in and immediately it's this or that...you have responsibility of maintaining your rented flat and keeping it in the condition given to you.

loricara:
I rented an apartment in March when I moved in I discovered the house was leaking water all over the places according to landlord he said more than 30 places but I think it was around 10 places.

We agreed he will refund me house rent and agreement and I left immediately in April.

This is 4 months he has rented the house still refused to refund me.

Every time from one story to another he has more than 6 shops he has 2 story building yet he said no money business is not moving.

I'm tired someone please help me we are both Igbos in this Lagos and I'm 22 I need my money back please help me.
Education › Re: Gov Sani Reduces School Fees Of All State-owned Tertiary Institutions In Kaduna by MasterTeeUSA: 4:20am On Aug 22, 2023
I hope this was not done on impulse. Gov Makinde stopped public schools from collecting any fees...now, they need to write to the Secretariat just to get funds for the basics...and State Gov don't often respond because according to them, there are tons of schools to cater to. Why eliminate the fees when you can provide alternates? Now NGOs like IDAGBA is helping renovate schools, but the Principals would have loved to do some of these by themselves. You can demand accountability, provide options for those that cant pay but eliminating fees or reducing them without ways to fix things...bad move.

Even as a tenant, I didnt feel entitled. I moved out when I needed to, cleaned up after myself and paid my rent. When someone has to chase you for staying in their houses without paying rent...you are already part of the problem in the country. We need to start laying curses...or better still, throw everything out...tenants can go to court and justify why they ought to be living rent free at the expense of landlords....ridiculous.

Properties › Re: How Do You Manage To Pay Rent In This Bad Economy? by MasterTeeUSA: 3:58pm On Aug 21, 2023
It's simple....if you can't pay rent. .move back to your family house...don't feel entitled to the Landlord's house rent free ...he or she has responsibilities too. When tenants start having meetings and conspiring...it's always at the expense of the Landlord..No one forces anyone to pay the rent ...but please do the needful and move out unless the Landlord agrees otherwise. Doing otherwise will just show you are a cheater and while tenants think they are getting away with it...they will bare the consequences or their children...You can't make life unbearable for landlord
