Hello everyone! I have been using my Access bank Visa card for a long time to make purchases in AliExpress but recently I have not been able to use it. I have been trying for the past 3 days all to no avail. I kept getting this response "Couldn't process this payment for security reasons. Error code: CSC_xxxxxx".

I used the card last 3 months ago and what I want to purchase is around $12.

Hi. My inverter doesn't charge my 200a 12v Lifepo4 battery efficiently. In the manual it states it's has 80a solar charger and pv input is 90-450vdc. My pv input is mostly between 126vdc to 131. The inverter at times will just stop charging and will b blinking the panel symbol.. inside hot sun at times my bms shows 12a going into my Lifepo4 cells while the inverter is not under any load. Im using 3 400w panels connected in series. My pv connection is good and intact.

L - E --> voltage reading 2
N - E --> voltage reading 3

(voltage reading 2 - voltage reading 1) + voltage reading 3 = 1.7v
I believe this falls in the expected range of 0 - 2v?

A lightening strike took out my axpert 3kva [ipowerplus] inverter and I'm so pained. Took the inverter for repairs and every where I took it in Anambra, I'm told its toast. I'm still looking for anyone that repair it maybe in Lagos. Currently in the market for a replacement and prices are scary

If you chat the customer contact centre they'll tell you to fill an international dispute form and send to them. After that when next you contact the customer care they'll inform you that international refunds takes up to 45 business days. I once had to wait up to 25 business days after filling the forms to get a refund. This was after waiting for 20 business days without seeing the refund. When I have a refund with them these days, I don't wait for 20 business days, I just fill the form and send and start the long wait.

Total wait period was approximately 45 business days. I almost gave up hope of getting the refund. This was a recent behaviour as refunds are usually gotten under 20 business days.

Honestly, it was really insensitive for the seller to tell me to take it to a technician to fix it. I asked her, why would I be "fixing" a new inverter? Who would pay for the cost of the fixing? And what if it is beyond the simple soldering issue that you speaking of? But she kept evading all of my questions.

I am putting my dispute claim together now. My worry and confusion is:

- all my communications with her was on WhatsApp and not on the Alibaba chat app. Would that be a problem?

- how many invoices should I apply for the refund on? I have made up my mind to return the item if need be, so I am requesting for refund on the invoices that will amount to 35usd extra on the cost of the item. At least, that should cover my shipping cost to Nigeria and a significant percentage of my return cost back to China.

What are your thoughts?

I bought 2 items from a seller. Because of the payment constraints on our cards, she had to split the amount across 7 invoices, afterwhich i paid. I finally got the 2 items and i discovered that one of the items has a factory defect. You need to press down the surrounding of the switch button before it comes on, and it goes off when you remove your hand. So I created 2 videos of the issue (one where i pressed down the surrounding of the switch button and one where i didnt) and sent to the seller. She was suggesting that i open the item and check for any loose ends or soldering, but i am having none of it as this should be a working item, plus who will pay for the repairs and what if it is even unrepairable?

On those basis, i am applying for a refund on 4 of the invoices (which will then be more than the price of one unit by about 5usd). I understand that this could a dicey issue and i need to be careful with my words and evidences i present so the case doesnt go against me.

Has anyone done this before? How did you about it? How would you advise i proceed in this situation? What could be the likely outcome.
