^^^ Which ones are cheaper especially for the monthly subscription of NGN5,000 They are just doing what Starcomms et al already have. We'll still get to the removal of all these data cap nonsense very soon. |
That babe has left Chelsea?? No way! Last chance saloon for Torres now. He has blamed everything under the sun including his teammates now he has Benitez in his corner let's see how it goes
^^^ We all knew that anyway. Players do have people they like working with. Mikel would not forget AVB in a hurry so this is where I don't agree with the result-oriented approach at the expense of psychology like they're paperbags and not humans. There are reports that fans wanna protest during the next match on Sunday. #PushedToTheWallLimits |
Rafael manages short term and Pep comes in - the latter must be taking English classes during this break of his. All Romanus' coaches have always been INTERIM! Abramovich sacks the fan favourite, RDM, who won their first ever CL title and replaces him with Benitez who is hated by Chelsea fans. Odd.

I can feel your plight. I was once into web design at some point and it's weird how your work can be underappreciated. Leaving sentiments aside, based on what you've written, this job is currently a source of cash flow to you every month so I'd suggest you still keep it. Secondly, if it's taking so much of your time you don't have, I think that has got to do with you, not your client/employer - it's dependent on how much you manage your time between work |
It always appear green on the other side. Your last post just reminds me of the Indian guys that were being discussed on a particular programme this morning - they felt they'd get it better here only to meet different 'wahala' by Nigerian officials to their surprise. There's nothing wrong in the society free from ills as you claim but have you really given it a good thought? Because this thread was posted in the career section, K0239's advice is sufficient. The security job doesn't seem appealing to me and it's a misfit to your qualifications - the same way we have physicians cum bankers here. Don't let the 'know people in high places' sentiment get the better of you in your career. Just do well and your work will speak for you - learn not to tie your knots on some people's collars. |
The answer to this question depends on the type of business - the entity must have done some research to determine which place is best for its business then consider the accrued benefits and consequences of such decision. Some international companies have (moved) their HQs in Islands just because of the tax If the costs of being in a particular place outweigh the benefits, it's a no-no. It's the same way some manufacturing coys relocated from Kano while some moved from Lagos to Ghana cos of power. Localization of industries is also a factor. |
Some people feel they must 'hammer' or get to a certain position first before marrying - I want to believe that's where your question is coming from. Before or after marriage, one needs to manage responsibilities adequately as they come. It must be noted that before marriage (aka home alone), you're selfish and you do have enough time for yourself and career but this could also backlash and prevent you from having time for your prospective other half - also, people tend to seek a HOME (not a house) to go to after the day's work which a marriage provides for ceteris paribus. Some people also want to get to a certain level so that when they marry, they have enough time for their children as they have become more like consultants but the reality is YOLO - it is difficult to delay. So, whichever way you plan your personal + career life, just remember the effects of each one and ask yourself if you can deal with. |
Whilst the Drogba -ish is no longer looking like a joke, the same Drogba will depart January for AFCON nau |
Like someone pointed out, RDM was never AB's fancy. Public 'pressure' gave him the continuity letter, however methinks it's not nice changing managers like diapers - players do factor this in deciding whether to stay at a club or join a club. It appears AB was waiting for the 'perfect' opportunity to relieve RDM of his job. RDM was so blunt talking about dropping Torres etc and I was like "ahn ahn, where dis guy been get liver from?" Apparently, he knew his days were numbered. One Di Matteo - thank you. AB seems to have his eyes set on Pep whilst a Rafail Beneath-us manages on the interim. |
BlueDiva: Meanwhile, rumour says Drog has appealed to FIFA for permission for emergency transfer from China. This must be a 'romanus' joke - the head of the cabal again? ![]() |
Crespo, Shevchenko and now Torres! Roman's godsons. The last 3 Chelsea coaches have been sacked after leaving Torres out. |
Please sharp man, can you give me a 'source'? What section of their act? Cos the last time I checked via the report on standards and codes (my first post on this thread), they were not statutorily empowered to do so. Thanks. |
'One Di Matteo' has become 'No Di Matteo'. Abrahammmmmmmm. . . |
From 'One Di Matteo' to 'No Di Matteo' - AVB makes analysis a difficult one with his orgy for perfection. He's simply intolerable to failure. As it has been pointed out, "shey na your money" ![]() iHiss No sense of continuity. Abrupt changes, season in, season out. |

^^^ That still doesn't answer the issue of STATUTORY AUDITING. ![]() |
From the club's official website - The team's recent performances and results have not been good enough and the owner and the Board felt that a change was necessary now to keep the club moving in the right direction as we head into a vitally important part of the season.http://www.chelseafc.com/news-article/article/2986865/title/statement-on-roberto-di-matteo The ever patient Roman Abrahamovich! Thus, Roman sacks whenever there's any glitch. AVB must be having a good laugh now - he who wears the shoes. . . |
Oh no, not again: @chelseafc: Chelsea Football Club has parted company this morning with manager Roberto Di Matteo. More to follow... #CFChttps://twitter.com/chelseafc/status/271176161176981504?p=v |
aktunde: My dad would never say sorry to any of his child even though he later realized he has beaten you unjustly. Even if its obvious he has realized his own mistake, his face will still portray "and so 4cking what"?. I just hate this. Even if he is feeling too big to say sorry, at least he can show some remorse or find a way of pulling you closer. But for my old man, na lie! He has always been like that even till date. |
Well summed up. Just like beauty, who knows - what happens if the other person with ALL qualities has an accident that condemns the fellow to the wheelchair ![]() Beauty, really is in the eyes of the BEEholder. |
BetaThings: The strategy will soon backfire. Nobody will believe again unless Jonathan himself speaksVery true. People will only want to hear from the horse's mouth. |
Dee60: And he was sincere to tell Nigerians the truth that they all have been evading: Nigeria is broke! Remi and not anyone else was also the first to point out the subsidy gaps and how a mighty hole was being created at NNPC. he must have been forced to resign because he exposed the FG. Abati may follow very soon if fails to read between the lines. He resigned after his portfolio was changed to another ministry - if I recall, he was transferred to special duties and then, resigned. |
gregg2: Nobody told Premiumtimes anything.PT may have made up the headline or the "sources" but it still doesn't dispute the fact that the president has given us contradictory statements - his wife's sickness for example. Are people trying to 'mumufy' us again as to the representation of the statements of spokesmen Dis naija na wa o, nothing wey we no go see |
^^^ Bane of Nigeria's youth! |
GEJ admitted his wife was sick. His aides said she went for vacation, we should mind our business etc. They also told us to pray for her but GEJ still said that "She is fine. In fact, she was at the church service with us today. What happened is that Nigerians are always looking for negative things. Noting bad that she was ill . She received treatment and immediately she came back, she is still recuperating; she couldn’t get very active role. She is okay.” ![]() Nigerians are always looking for negative things The truth, really has no hiding space. |
dabossman: I'm not, but I did my primary assignment on a military base after the 3 weeks camp. We were afforded officers status because we were graduates and even old sergeants respected us. I often felt embarrassed when grandfathers called me 'sir' or served me at the officer's mess.Oga, please tell me where in the bye laws that it's permitted for such treatments to be meted out to corpers? Don't equate the cantoment to the orientation camp. The soldiers are merely taking advantage of the corpers' ignorance. Even when you leave camp and you're still serving, you'd only be foolish to let any soldier 'frog jump' you - call it 'mouth' or warreva, but the ignorant person pays for his/her ignorance. The state coordinator never allowed such a thing to happen. There are camps where things like this happens but there are also camps where the state coordinator reminds the corpers of their rights. Nobody flogs them bros!!! We need to separate personal sentiments, anomalies in everyday Nigeria from the NYSC act here. "Government shoe is not your size". |
