I wrote here few years ago that you increase price of fuel to ₦200 per liter ie remove subsidy, within few months, we will be back to the same story. The fuel was ₦89 per liter. Later I said something outrageous ie increase price of fuel to 1k per liter, few months later, they will tell you subsidy is being paid. I say it again, make fuel 10k per liter and in few months the same story of subsidy will arise. Why? Magomago & inflation. Our own case must me different and this is especially under a cursed party called APC! A mass spreader of poverty! A bunch of shady characters! Show me one person that does not have kleg in his past, just 1 person. Why do people commit eg financial crimes, deal in elicit substances etc, is it not to make money? You then give the keys to the bank safe to a bank robber for safe keeping. No be juju be that? Refinary will solve the embarrassment of importing petrol, refinaries are the built, abracadabra! We no have to import crude oil from America to run the refinaries, NO BE JUJU BE DATTT ![]() |
redsun:Oga, seems you do not know who this fellow is. Google him and Paris club recovery. This man at his expense took Paris club to court over excess interest charges on Nigeria's debt and recovered over $2.5b (or so) of which he got a huge percentage. That is on federal level. He also got state governors back then to sign agreements with him to enable him pursue at his expense over-charges made by international financial organizations. 40% or so to him on any money he recovers. On international level nko, he offered his services to African countries, infact he was hot cake as heads of states were looking for him after his success with that of Nigeria. All this legal stuff was handled by his law chambers in the uk. The man is a UK lawyer that returned to Nigeria 1999 to join politics. Remember the time late alafin was arrested in the uk? Ned was the lawyer that took it up to defend alafin before fgn stepped into the matter diplomatically. When you talk of commections, no person he does not know. Don't forget as one of the foremost Nigeria solicitors in the uk back then, he has contacts with all the government officials, businessmen, kings, millionaires from Nigeria as his chambers was the place to go for legal services eg buy properties codedly, open accounts, legal advice, cover etc. As you know in Naija, connections ie who you know makes you. |
Hedonisco:Exactly. Some people run deals and make a reasonable living through it. It is their luck, contacts etc. I know someone that in a year, earnings he made from such walka that I am aware amounting to over 200m, other earning I do not know are there. All clean and legit. Eg, he did the running around for an elderly lady to perfect documents and negotiations for a multi billion naira property, he got a huge cut as thank you, other properties she bought from the proceeds, he got a finders fee, he did the running around at Abuja for an old man, money came out, the man paid him over 50m, guess what, the old man's associate in Abuja slammed him another 50m. That is how this guy makes millions and it is consistent. He is called Mr fix it. It is his luck, his calling. |
chukwuoke:How much is constituency project money to this man? Suya money? |
Built2last:Google is your paddy. |
Omoawoke:So a cbn staff said. No more professionalism. Big mens children that just want to have a place they call office or work. They breeze in and pop out. They cannot be controlled, abi you Wan caution eg sanator, governor, minister or ex vp pikin? |
I hear this man is a proper person. |
Truth of the matter is that those ride apps cannot be gainful with the current situation in the country. Impossible. The PPP of Nigerians has been devastated. With the current price of petrol and other expenses on the bolt driver, the charges from the app for a ride also needs to be increased by atleast 300%. But if it is increased commensurate with inflation, and wherein people's incomes has not risen, who will be able to pay? At the current inflation, a 2k ride ought to be atleast 8k. Who go pay is the issue. While filling my tank this morning, a danfo that parked next to me bought 40k fuel, I was just shaking head, how much will the driver make to pay the owner, maintain the bus, pay his conductor and then himself? |
mariahAngel:But loosing 4k daily wount he go bankrupt before he finds his feet? Don't forget he started with fuel investment of 25k, lost 5k, poured 30k in and lost 4k, Foto! no be juju be that? One my guy tried it with his suv v6, omo, I wan laugh taya, he said he bought 30k fuel and earned 10k lol, Bros said him no try am again. Infact him don japa go Canada just last week, say naija wahala make am weak. Lol |
What kind of kids are been raised for goodness sake? For iPhone a life was taken? |
jayAjoku:You sure? Those days when we small, na so we talk say oyinbo pikin no get power, until them beat person, we get sense. That lati guy, e bi like say you no know say na ex US marine weh been de afganistan de carry machine gun as guitar. |
Mabouchibunmi:Best to stay away from them. |
Majesty2:Nigerians have mouth. You see a man standing shoulder to shoulder with dangote, otedola, aig etc ie majority shareholder of fidelity bank, just as the late wigwe owns 9% of access bank, what is your response? Obidaft? Who is the daft person rather, certainly not Obi. The joke is on you. ![]() |
FarmPlanetNG:Bros, all of them are paddies ohh. Don't forget what wigwe was to acess bank, Obi is the same to fidelity bank. When you guage how wealthy wigwe was, use the same ruler to measure obi's too. Difference is that obi likely has more than 9% shares in fidelity that wigwe has in access. On the other hand access is a bigger bank. At that level dangote, and all those guys are all paddies, nothing like tribalism, prettiness etc with such men. Them be 5&6. |
DeLaRue:Interesting. Thanks. |
Can anyone explain how this will be beneficial to Nigerians? As I did not see the part where Nigerian lawyers will reciprocatively practice in UK courts. Lawyers in the house should kindly enlighten us. |
Omo, money get levels. These are the real odogwus. Such people will not involve themselves in politics to help the country because as it is said, politics is dirty business. We have seen one or two gentlemen on thesame level with this fellow enter politics, all sorts of shit has been rubbed on them, Nigerians have chosen shady wealthy people with no visible businesses, factories ie wealth without enterprise. May his soul rest in peace. |
anslemarinze52:Lol. You sure say you de live for naija? |
Hot bodie has lead to hot wahala. ![]() |
yarimo:Opolo is deficient. |
Acidosis:Lol, you don catch am. Is it everyone that can afford solar? |
abhosts:Someone that sued a company 2015 for equivalent of $300k in Naira. He finally got judgement, the money is now worth about $27k! |
killsmith:Now imagine the highest naira ever temporarily reached during 16 years of pdp was ₦200 to $1. That meant ₦1m will put $5000 in your hand. In 9 years of this cursed, evil, poverty spreading apc, that same ₦1m will only get you $600! PDP ₦1m $5000 APC ₦1M=$650 NO BE JUJU BE THAT? |
nairalanda1:Ontop how much ticket naa? Those airlines are nearly breaking even. Give them more cost and aircrafts will start dropping from the sky. |
They will tell you to be resourceful, get a cow and keep in your backyard, or marry a wife with big tits for steady supply of meek. ![]() |
The story is not complete. Anyway, wiser ones above them will know what to do with the kudi. |

Strafudeen:As in, no be juju be dat?? |
Naija9090:Kai, you are a true Nigerian. As with Nigerians, someone cannot just die, there must be kleg somewhere. |
Obviouslyblunt:In pounds nko? |
How come all these original odogwus no de get big belle? May his soul rest in peace. |
