KingEbukasBlog: Of particular interest is the coastal railway project stretching for 1402 kilometers linking Lagos in the West with Calabar in the East; a project that is expected to be financed with 12 billion U.S Dollars Chinese loan and which will create about 200,000 jobs.
Another rail project that will be up for renegotiation is the $8.3bn Lagos-Kano standard gauge modernization project, of which only a segment, Kaduna-Abuja has reached completion stage.
President Buhari is also expected to discuss ways of removing all obstacles in the way of the 3,050 MW Mambila Power Station, considered a strategic project which was conceived in 1982 but has not taken off.
The Chinese President had informed President Buhari of the willingness of his country to finance the whole project through a special loan agreement. Anyone who can't discern the importance of this trip and plenty others should have his/her sanity questioned. Anyone who can't see the immense benefit these trips can bring to Nigeria really needs help and such a persons opinion should never be taken seriously. I did not give my support to PMB to become a sidon-look president. I didnt even expect his age to permit him make such travels. But at 73, if he can make such endless trips for the betterment of Nigeria and Nigerians, I wish him more strength and anointing. Anybody who is pained (out of ignorance and irrational hate) can jump in front of a trailer if that's what pleases you, or you can dust your PVCs and wait patiently and quietly for 2019 (or 2023). |

Afam4eva: I witnessed their procession in Aba and there was no iota of violence whatsoever. Yes, Nnamdi Kanu made some inciting comments but IPOB supporters have so far no heeded to any of those comments. The only thing I don't support is depriving other people of their freedom. Like blocking highways and telling people to close their shops. That is not violence. If you want to see violence, go to Borno. Before we know it they will tell us that IPOB has overtaken bokoharam in violence lending credence to the hypocrisy of Nigerians. No... all civil unrests usually start the way these IPOB guys are presently doing. Nnamdi kanu who is a leader they revere keeps making inciting comments, for you to really think the followers will remain peacefull for much longer is a clear sign of naivety on your path. As they keep blocking roads and forcing traders to close their shops, if you understand human psychology and mob behaviour, you would get the picture very clearly that these guys are desperately looking for a confrontation, a confrontation which would be the match to ignite them to violence. So far security forces have exercised restraint (strange for the Nigerian forces), only God knows what led to the crisis yesterday. But that crisis yesterday is exactly what the IPOB giys have been waiting for, they've desperately been waiting for a reason/excuse to go irate. |

God save us from these miscreants, why would anyone want to endanger the lives of hundreds of thousands of Igbos living across Nigeria? What kind of devil incarnate urchins are these? I still strongly believe this is fuelled by politicians (who obviously have their children abroad). After GEJ conceded defeat, a lot of disgruntled people threatened violence. Most of the Igbos in this group expected the niger delta militants to unleash violence and chaos. Luckily, the Niger deltans applied wisdom and exercised restraint even as they decided to wait and see what a buhari president has to offet. Obviously, some misguided Igbos were very disappointed with the mature and peaceful reaction of the niger deltans. Now these devils have decided to take it upon themselves to cause the mayhem which the smart niger deltans refused to unleash. Now is no longer the time for reasonablr Igbos to sit on the fence quietly. Because when/if this turns into a full blown conflagration, the Igbos would be the biggest casualties due to our integrated nature across Nigeria. The imbeciless fuelling this crisis obviously do not care about this. |

When the yorubas started their campaign of hate against igbos. What did you folks say? Enough of this constant rubbish talk about "GEJ tactically handling IPOB". Only a f00l will claim not to see the link between the explosion in popularity of Nnamdi Kanu and radio biafra after the 2015 elections. Very soon someone would spew another trash that PMB first made IPOB popular when the govt tried to jam radio biafra signals, but the fact remains that, even as an Igbo man, I first heard of nnamdi kanu and radio biafra just a week after GEJ conceded defeat (and so did many others) and this was long before the attempt to jam their signals. God will surely judge these foolish devils that are about to bring sorrow to millions of reasonable Igbos across Nigeria. |

All this rubbish is a just about a hatred for Buhari. From the first day Buhari came to power, they termed him a paedophile terrorist who is killing Igbos. They have desperately been looking for an excuse to justify their hatred/stupidity and allegations. Now some miscreants amongst them have lost their patience in the peaceful protests and taken it to the next level. Now the Nigerian forces have finally been pushed, and they have done what they know how to do best (kill unarmed civilians), no the people have a genuine case to back their allegation that Buhari is killing Igbos. I weep for my people, the north east has still not recovered from the mess they put themselves in till date. Now the south east which has millions of educated and enlightened people, the south east which should know better is beginning to tow the path of the north east. Where are the voices of the reasonable ones?... Is it when things get to a disastrous point of no return that sensible Igbos will begin to speak up? |

You dont force us to stay with you we decide to stay, take note.
What i'm saying is that this should stop, you are suppose to ban all that are causing or wishing death to biafrans adn allow the people to decide where they belong.
Yesterday i was just trying to just prove some fact to someone, the next thing he uploaded was curses and death wishes, i still tried to be responsible by replying with more facts in a respectful way, what i saw was that "I can't blah, blah, blah..........," i was banned. And he was still uploading hate speeches and i was not able to close the chat i started because i was banned.

After this upload, i believe that i would be ban as i was with my former account. As soon as you finish reading copy immediately and paste on threads or create a new thread, let me see how they will stop, ban or hide this thread.

I mean, civilian rule in Nigeria is barely 16 years old, how old is Nigeria? Are they considering long term goals at all? Do they not even stop to envision Nigeria at 200 years old and counting, like America?
It's embarrassing. I'm not saying their actions aren't for a cause, but rather than the government to ignore it and just term these guys "troublemakers", why not reach a consensus and try to better relations??
It's annoying that a bunch of crazy individuals are standing, in deciding my fate as an Igbo person, when I want no part of the craze. The US only just got its first black president in the 21st century, since the 18th century of its inception!
Can we not be patient and look at long term goals? Invest those efforts into making the tribe better and respected! Believe me, Nigeria will vote an Igbo person into office if they saw an individual credible enough! Good market sells itself! There's hardly anything the government can do about these guys. These guys on the street are simply protesting over Buhari winning the presidency; forget anything else they tell you, they are simply very pissed that an Hausa man displaced GEJ from Aso Rock and they believe the best they can do is to destabilise the country to make life difficult for Buhari and APC (they believe the APC used bokoharam to make Nigeria ungovernable for GEJ and they believe they are retaliating for GEJ). The only thing that can stop these protests is if Buhari steps down (which we all know isn't going to happen). I only just pity what becomes of the economy of the south east and reasonable Igbos (like myself) who dont support this foolishness. |

I think the above logic is very simple to understand. ----------------------------------------------------------- Regarding this present allegation of illegal arms importation, I think Dasuki can easily defend himself by using the same excuse they used in the south african money laundering case; he would simply claim he was importing arms for the Nigerian military through unconventional means because of the restrictions placed on Nigeria. |

Today, December 1, 2015 I'm reporting from Abuja Nigeria and as you can see, the copy of The Nation newspaper I'm holding here in Abuja is different from the copy of the Propaganda Material they are circulating in Port Harcourt. The Nation Newspaper is reasonably inciting violence by promoting, publishing and circulating a propaganda material aimed at causing disaffection and crisis in Rivers State. This is really unethical journalism and must be condemned by all well meaning citizens of our country. _______________ GOD BLESS THE RIVERS STATE POLICE COMMAND "RE: “RIVERS: 10 BUSES BURNT AS GUNMEN ATTACK RALLY” AND “APC FLAYS ATTACK ON PARTY MEMBERS DURING PEACEFUL PROTEST IN RIVERS” The attention of Rivers State Police Command has been drawn to the above captions reported by ‘The Nation’ and ‘Vanguard’ newspapers both of Tuesday, December 1, 2015. The public were made to believe in the body of the said stories that violence marred the peaceful procession that took place on Monday 30/11/2015 in Port Harcourt Rivers State. 2. It is necessary to state that the Command exercised high degree of professionalism in handling the procession most especially that there was another opposing group on procession at almost the same spot. Policemen from the Command were deployed from the beginning to the end of the procession to prevent any untoward situation, and that they did not witness any awkward scene. The statement that ten buses were burnt and that over 60 supporters escaped death when they were attacked by gunmen is not true but spurious and misleading as there has not been any recorded case of such incident with the police. 3. The Command furthermore craves the indulgence of the media to more often than not confirm their stories to ascertain their truthfulness before making them public. Sensational journalism should be avoided so as not to mislead the public and create unnecessary public tension, please. Signed DSP. AHMAD K. Genius100: The guy is obviously on the payroll of a Naija politician.. see below on his history --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Who ‘Really’ Is this Bruce Fein?
He has been a crusty foreign lobbyist making millions of dollars peddling his foreign bosses’ interests and influence in Congress and government agencies. For Fein it has never mattered who the foreign client or what their agenda. He does not care whether his foreign clients are criminals or terrorists or dictators. As long as they pay him handsomely he’ll sell their agenda and interest no matter what they may be. The words ‘principle’ or ‘taking a stand’ have never entered this foreign lobbyist’s dictionary or comprehension: One minute, on behalf of one set of his foreign designated ‘terrorist’ bosses, Bruce Fein is busy selling the need for a genocide declaration by the US Congress against one nation . . .
The next minute, on behalf of another well-known foreign mob boss, Bruce Fein is busy peddling influence and selling Congress his foreign bosses’ anti-genocide agenda:
“In 2007, Ayasli transferred $30 million in stock to fund a new endeavor, the nonprofit Turkish Coalition of America. The organization is headquartered in a Washington suite that has also been listed as the address for the Turkish Coalition USA PAC, the lobbying firm of Lydia Borland (who has represented the Turkish government), and the law firm of Bruce Fein and Associates (Fein comprises half of the Turkish American Legal Defense Fund) . . .”
Bruce Fein sees no problem with representing foreign groups like this: Fein hit the jackpot in 1991 when he signed on to represent Mozambique’s notorious guerrilla army, RENAMO, which was seeking to overthrow its country’s leftist government. When Fein came on board, RENAMO’s reputation has hit bottom. . . . . . Even the Reagan and Bush administrations kept their distance from RENAMO, despite their anti-Communist rhetoric . . .
Fein, however, eagerly signed up to flack for Dhlakama’s terror army. Like most foreign lobbyists, he bilked his client for huge sums of money while performing virtually no work.
Here is another on-the-spot description of Real Bruce Fein as a crusty “Beltway Prostitute”: “Well, well, well. Wasn’t Bruce Fein just recently condemning the Government of Sri Lanka for trying to put an end to the LTTE? But this time he’s defending a sovereign government for protecting itself—rather than slandering it using falsehoods. Now you see what I mean when I earlier referred to Mr. Fein as a “Beltway prostitute.” He will accept money from anyone who can pay the price—regardless of where that money came from, or who his legal and public relations services might unjustly hurt. What an embarrassment to the US legal profession.”
To read further on Bruce Fein as a Foreign Agent lobbyist for Pakistan, Sudan, Turkey, Tamil and several others, to read about Fein’s overt Neocon Ties & Covert Israel Pedigree, and to find out about his ethical violations as an attorney who represented disgraced congresswoman Jean Schmidt Read: Who ‘Really’ Is this Bruce Fein?

manny4life: You have no worries because unlike many including you (although you affirmed it you read it again), I read before I comment. It's always hogwash to you, what else is new? Bruce Fein is not a hungry American seeking relevance, please read his biography. He asked important questions: If Buhari has claimed to be innocent, how can you appoint two ministers who have fraud accusation leveled against them? Is this how corruption is fought? The same U.S. where Buhari traveled to seek foreign assistance, any nominee that has a stain let alone accusation of fraud against them, such person DOES NOT see an inch past the mere announcement. Heck they won't make it to Congress let alone voting. Can Buhari comfortably say ALL his ministers are CLEAN? That's Mr. Fein's argument in a nutshell...What say you? Nigeria is still an upcoming nation and should never be compared to the US in these things; we have clearly different circumstances and you should understand that. As an example, attempting to arrest every single corrupt politician or leader would result in an implosion of the country (every single politician in Nigeria has a stain), let's stop acting like we in a utopian society. Buhari attempted that approach in 1983 but he was hounded away by his own boys into prison for years; I'm sure the man is smarter now to use a softer political approach. But obviously, what the idealists like yourself or the American are calling for is for Rome to be built in a day; that's not possible and you can't expect us as a nation not to 'do anything' because we can't 'do everything.' If you really love Nigeria, I'm sure you will understand what I'm talking about. |

This 5k handout is to appease the north for the handosme settlement handed out to the creek militants, trust me, no economic value at all I am also not in support of the 5k handout, I think it's a silly idea, a confirmed avenue to waste funds and also an avenue for fraud and more division.
