RomanceRe: . by obi123: 3:02pm On Oct 26, 2012
sandylurv: My relationship in which I had so much hope, where I found true love and hapiness, where nothing else mattered to me in this world has just come to an end because of genotype incompatibility (AS-AS).

I feel shattered ,broken, pained, disconsolate, heavy-hearted, sorrowful, aggrieved, wounded and bruised. My heart bleeds terribly, I've cried myself to sleep several times(usually I feel better after a good cry when I feel bad) but I still don't feel better. I find myself blaming nature, my stupid genotype, and God....I loved him, I still do, with every fibre of my being.

Oh God,we had ‎so much in common, ideas, views, beliefs, birth month, family structure, physical attributes etc.I know for sure,I'll never find anyone like him **sobbing** Until now,I neva believed any human cud feel this much pain.

The amount of pain I carry in my heart at the moment is such that I keep wishing for death, maybe I would find some peace there. I cant say but maybe I feel dis bad cuz it seems soo easy for him. He has moved on, barely one week after. Even went ahead to join a dating site just before our break up. Maybe its just my imagination but it was really easy for him. I don't know if its usually so easy to let go of someone you truly and really love.

He was everything to me, he made me very happy, my world went round because of him, and now, my world feels so empty without him. We had decided to go ahead initially, with the plan of having CVS with each pregnancy but he is too scared to take that chance. This is the saddest thing that ever happened to me all my life. I still want him. Imagine finding someone you love completely, and finding all u ever wanted in that person but still not be able to have that person.

I'm praying to God for strength to carry on (even though I must be truthful, I'm sorry, but my faith and belief in him has greatly dwindled) as I really don't wanna do anything nasty.I don't understand why God would sit by and watch me go through dis and not intervene.

Any words of encouragement to help me go through dis would be appreciated, as I don't really have my friends around me at the moment and I feel so lonely in this world, plus I really needed to bare my heart one way or the other.

I hope I feel better after this. God bless you.
sorry honey i got a break up text this morning myself so i'm hurting too but i will say this to you ,its perfectly OK to feel the way you do .
You are exactly where God wants you to be so that he can show you what he is made of.He knows what you want, he knows you are hurting SO IF EVER YOU HAVE BASKED IN THE GOODNESS AND GLORY OF THE LORD, IF EVER GOD HAS DONE ANYTHING FOR YOU, BE STILL AT THIS VERY SAD TIME BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU KNOW OF GOD, you will look back in yrs to come and say phew thank goodness
and the house chores and child-rearing. who is that left for?
your way shall never be narrow mondi_cheeks IJN, very valid question indeed , men claim equality when it benefits them and this is not just fair .
FamilyRe: Coping With Marital Finances by obi123: 11:45am On Oct 25, 2012
you wonder what exactly is the role of men these days , boyfriend , husband all want you to treat them like kings, cook ,clean , take care of them, the kids, the house , sex, suck up to his family but when its time to discuss financial issues then the topic of equality comes up.

Horus: Many indians who live in Europe bring back their skills and work experience from abroad to India to boost their economy.
Nigerians living abroad should do the same to create more economic grow in Nigeria.
yes but what of the Nigerians living in Nigeria, are they not good enough ?

2 million: All u guys have said can just be summarized with one word...CORRUPTION...right from independence till date, from d public to d private sector, from churches to mosques, from govt to the masses....CORRUPTION....is our only problem. And if we wish to be greater than India or Brazil or China, we must do away with our corrupt leaders, we must spend our monies in Nigeria instead of going abroad...etc. As long as there is corruption, there must always be ethnic differences, forget the boko haram boys, if there where gainfully employed even eithout going to school they wouldn't have had the time to plot terrorism.
even these countries you have mentioned have corruption issues too but somehow they still manage to perform better than we do , the problem is that it pays a few people for us to remain where we are, for there not to be progress , in all honesty there is really no excuse for us to be where we are right now.
in fact scientists are closer to finding a cure for HIV than we are in terms of take for instance finding the solution to the electricity problem in the country, its a shame

FamilyRe: Do Mothers-In-law Have A Say In Wedding Preparation? by obi123: 10:03am On Oct 11, 2012
well you need a lot of diplomacy here , why not be flexible with some things, let her have her way with some things that you can let go of and stick ur grounds with the rest , if she inquires about something relating to the wedding preparation tell her you have sorted it , this one nko? its sorted ma and move on swiftly to another discussion , if its all sorted will she tell u to go and collect ur money back ?i think not
but allocate some tasks to her just so she is involved in some way, u need to thread carefully here , she only wants to feel like she is still relevant which is only natural.

EducationRe: JAMB Introduces Three Testing Methods For 2013 UTME by obi123: 9:43am On Oct 05, 2012
samguru: The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced three options for the 2013 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for candidates. Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, Registrar of JAMB, made the announcement, on Wednesday, when the House of Representatives Committee on Education visited him on an oversight function.

Ojerinde listed the options as Paper and Pencil Testing (PPT), Dibu Based Test (DBT), where questions would be presented on computers and answers would be on paper and Computer Based Testing (CBT) where both questions and answers would be done on computer.

Ojerinde stated that candidates were at liberty to choose one of the three options in the 2013 UTME.

The registrar said that the most advantageous part of the CBT was that candidates would get their scores few minutes after writing the examination on their GSM cell phones.

``The internet age has come to stay with us hence as actors in the new age, you cannot afford to stay on the fence, you must be prepared to join the train or else you are left behind,'' Dibu said.

He urged candidates to study hard for the 2013 UTME, adding that consistent hard work was the panacea to success in any examination.

Earlier, Rose Oko, the Chairman of the House Committee on Education, said that the members were on a visit to the board because of the importance of education to the society.

``The examination process is very key and strategic in education as well as the sanctity of the examination,'' she stressed.

Oko commended the board for its quick release of the 2012 UTME results and urged it to sustain the tempo. NAN

DAFT is an understatement, why 3 options ? what is the point of the DBT? so you get the questions online , then you provide the answers on paper, then you have the normal paper based one , then you also have computer based one where both are done online .All this just so that when the time comes for allocation of funds to implement it, there can be more than one way of stealing money .
